I stayed here again. I made a Reservation for a concert day at Tokyo Opera City in Hatsudai, and it was great to be able to walk back. The next day, I could also walk to Shinjuku Station, which was very convenient. I slept so soundly that I overslept.

We stayed in an 11th-floor sea-side Room. The Hotel is right in front of the ocean, so the view was wonderful, and the sunrise was especially beautiful. Both the panoramic bath and the indoor bath were very relaxing. I also liked that the washing area was in a separate room.\nThe dining area is on the 12th floor, so we enjoyed our meal while looking out toward the mountains. At dinner, the staff offered to take photos for us, which made us happy. The food was delicious, and we were glad there were many Oita specialties. There were sashimi, karaage (Japanese fried chicken), toriten (Oita-style chicken tempura), dango-jiru soup, shiitake curry, sea bream dashi ochazuke, French toast, soft-serve ice cream, and many other tasty dishes.\nThe Room felt clean, and I liked laying out our own futons because it meant no one needed to come into the Room. All of the staff had a great atmosphere as well—overall we were extremely satisfied.

The large public bath was great, and the crowding updates were very helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. There were many gelato flavors, which was fun. The bed was spacious, so I could rest comfortably. Check-out and other procedures were simple and easy.

My son planned a relaxed, unhurried trip to visit Kasama Inari Shrine, Nakaminato Market, and buy melons in Hokota, and chose this Hotel for our stay. The Hotel itself may be older, but it has been beautifully renovated. The lobby and entrance are stylish spaces, and the view opens from the inlet out to the sea right in front of you—making a great first impression. The Room was also well designed with unnecessary items kept to a minimum. It felt clean and comfortable. Dinner was pleasantly healthy for us seniors, and we enjoyed it very much. It seemed a little light for my son’s generation, but the late-night ramen service is a nice touch (we missed it because our dinner was late). We wanted to enjoy dinner quietly and at a relaxed pace, but unfortunately it was noisy that day because we were dining alongside a large group of older guests. Breakfast was buffet-style with a good variety across different categories, and everything was tasty. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and it’s a Hotel we would like to visit again.

About a 10-minute walk from Wakayama-shi Station and right in front of Wakayama Castle, the location is excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and it offers great value for money. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Wakayama City.

This was my first stay at this Hotel in exactly 30 years. While the interior shows some age, the staff were efficient and pleasant. The Hotel is located on a hill, and we enjoyed the peaceful surrounding scenery from the Room and the open-air bath. The meals were not extravagant, but dinner was served as a kaiseki course and was delicious. The indoor bath was quite hot, so it was hard to relax, but the open-air bath was at a comfortable temperature, and there was also a tub fed by a cooler natural hot spring source where we could soak leisurely. Considering the Accommodation Fee, I felt this Accommodation offered excellent value for money.

Best of all, you can relax after taking off your shoes. The Onsen is also very comfortable.

I was surprised by how spacious the Room was, and it wasn’t a unit bath—there was a larger vanity and plenty of space, so I could relax and take my time comfortably! Breakfast was also very delicious. There was rice with raw egg (tamago kake gohan) as well as bread, and everything tasted great. I wasn’t expecting much, which made it even more impressive.

I booked this for my first solo trip in a while. The staff members were different each time—when I called the day before, when they stored my luggage before check-in, and when I returned after going out—but everyone was very helpful and made me feel at ease. The room was clean, with no unnecessary amenities cluttering the sink area, which I appreciated for its simplicity. On a personal note, I was delighted to find that the TV was SONY with the same remote as at home; I enjoyed watching YouTube. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Tenjin-Minami Station and 15 minutes from Tenjin Station. The Lawson on the corner was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again when attending live events. Thank you!

They securely stored my suitcase early in the morning, and I checked in when I returned. The only downside was that there’s just one elevator (it might be best to allow extra time, especially when you’re in a hurry). When I went out and came back to my Room, the Skytree was sparkling right in front of me. After enjoying the view to my heart’s content, I used the bath-hopping pass to head over to Nono Annex and enjoyed the black Onsen. I also made sure to enjoy the late-night soba, and then had some ice cream available in front of the Onsen on the 10th floor of this Hotel… (there were four flavors, but two were sold out… it was disappointing that the one I really wanted was gone). While relaxing with it in my Room… I could hear the guest next door snoring—honestly funny. The walls must be thin. Bad luck with this Room. The next morning, I enjoyed the 10th-floor Onsen again and had some drinks as well, and I successfully caught the early-morning Spacia X departing from Tobu Asakusa Station. Since it was so early, I only glanced at what looked like a delicious breakfast… I chose this Accommodation solely because it’s close to Tobu Asakusa Station, and aside from bad luck with my Room, everything else was completely satisfying. Thank you very much. If I asked at reception, would they have given me earplugs? lol

I stay at this accommodation almost every month. The location is quite convenient, though it's near the entrance of Nishiki-San district, and above all, it's very affordable. Mineral water service started at the end of May. Cleaning might be challenging due to staff shortages, but this time, the bottom of the unit bath was extremely slippery, possibly from soap residue. This has never happened before...

It was the season of fresh greenery, and the Accommodation was quiet and surrounded by nature. I had made a Reservation for a Room without a view, but they kindly upgraded me to a higher-floor Room with a better view. From the Room, I could see the river and mountains, and also look down on the courtyard with a pond—an open and relaxing Japanese-style room. It felt worth choosing even if it cost extra. The Onsen had an atmospheric bath with excellent water quality, and I could soak at ease. The outdoor bath lighting at night was beautiful. Dinner was half-buffet style, and I ate until I was full. I would definitely like to stay again—thank you very much.

I stayed here last year and loved it, so I came back again this year. I made my Reservation early and was able to book the Choco Ball Room for an August weekend. It was cute and relaxing. You also get some sweets as a souvenir, and the bathroom and toilet are separate; the bathroom even has a washing area, which is great. I found an “Angel” in the Room and received an extra little cute gift! Even as an adult, it’s a treat if you love cute things like I do. This Hotel uses self check-in machines, but whenever I called the front desk for a small request, the staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast is served at a sister restaurant of “HACHI,” so I was really happy to be able to enjoy their popular Napolitan pasta and omurice that always have lines at the station. Even if you wonder whether you can eat that much in the morning, it’s so good you end up finishing the whole plate. Compared with last year, they also had curry this time, with three menu options for each dish—an even better selection (though adding a hamburger steak feels a bit pricey, so I hesitate). The Hotel is located inside an arcade shopping street, so there are plenty of places nearby for dinner—very convenient. I’d stay again.

I stayed for one night and had a comfortable experience. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s very close to Sapporo Station, and within walking distance to the Clock Tower, Odori Park, and Susukino. There’s a Lawson convenience store in front of the Hotel and a Seicomart around the corner, which was very convenient. The Room was small but clean and functional. It would have been even better if mineral water was provided. Breakfast wasn’t bad but not particularly outstanding either—it was average overall. I appreciated that they had soup curry available. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was helpful. However, during check-in payment, I noticed that the amount presented was before applying the IKYU discount; if I hadn’t caught it, I might have paid the full price without realizing it. When I pointed this out, they checked and adjusted it to reflect the discounted amount. From outside, it looks simple like a typical Business Hotel; however, while not spacious, the front lobby is stylish and clean. The neighboring Aspen Hotel from the same group is larger and more impressive in appearance; still, this smaller-scale atmosphere here left a positive impression on me as well.

I stay here every month, and I’m very satisfied—the Facility is well equipped, and the meals are excellent, including freshly fried tempura. The staff’s smiles and service are wonderful, making this Hotel the perfect way to start the day. The other day, I borrowed an umbrella due to a typhoon, but I’m sorry I broke it in the strong winds and heavy rain.

It was a truly wonderful Hotel. The Room was clean and had a calm atmosphere, making it very comfortable to stay in. All the staff were kind, and their attentive care and warm hospitality left a strong impression. The atmosphere throughout the building and the Facilities were excellent, and I was able to relax from the bottom of my heart during my stay. The hospitality exceeded my expectations and became a lovely travel memory. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again. I would confidently recommend it to family and friends!

We truly felt the Hotel’s warm hospitality. Your greetings and temporary luggage storage were very helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. With the Hotel’s Kawagoe map, we were able to explore Koedo smoothly. It became a fun and memorable trip, and we felt the accommodation cost with breakfast included was a great value. The building is a Business Hotel, but it is close to Goryokaku and the bath was a natural Onsen. Some Business Hotels have large public baths, but this was my first time with a natural Onsen. I ended up soaking both at night and again in the morning.

The Hotel is very clean, and the Room is comfortable. A welcome drink is available, and it exceeded expectations for the price. The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the station. However, passing through the famous shopping street makes it manageable even in bad weather. The station layout was confusing, and navigating with my smartphone was challenging at first. If you're heading to the Hotel late at night for the first time, it might be tricky. Now that I know my way around and enjoyed exploring the unique shopping street, I would love to stay here again!

I contacted the property to say that I had missed the last bus from Hana-no-Miyako Park and would not make it in time for check-in. They kindly explained a walking route and told me that if I didn’t need dinner, I could take my time and come carefully. Taking them up on that, I had dinner on the way and checked in, where I was greeted warmly. They also helped me arrange breakfast. The Onsen was spacious, and especially the open-air bath—there were no other guests (maybe I went at a good time?)—so I could truly relax and recover from 14,000 steps of walking. In the morning, when I woke up at 4:30, Mt. Fuji was right in front of me—so close it filled my view. With subtle hues, it was breathtakingly beautiful. The morning bath and then breakfast—everything helped me forget everyday life, thanks to all the staff. Thank you very much.
