I think both the Room and the Hotel were thoroughly cleaned; everything was very spotless. Perhaps because my Room was on the top floor, the view was wonderful, and I found myself looking outside again and again. The layout also felt spacious—there was plenty of room even with my suitcase opened on the floor, and I really appreciated having a table-and-chair set as well. The only downside was the shower curtain. Whether it was too short or not wide enough, the floor ended up getting wet all three times (and I’m usually careful when showering). From another perspective, though, the service from an experienced female front desk staff member was excellent. She kindly responded to my request for “a place within a 15-minute walk where I can drink quietly alone and enjoy good tuna,” and explained how to get there in a very thoughtful way. Thanks to her, I got there without getting lost—and it turned out to be the best tuna I’ve ever had. I was also able to relax and take my time. A Hotel with staff who provide such attentive service will surely help younger employees grow as well (sorry if that sounds presumptuous). It’s also a big plus that there is a restaurant, a 24-hour convenience store, and a bakery on the first floor of the building where the Hotel is located. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay.

An oceanfront location right in front of the sea, delicious meals, and a private open-air bath in the Room made our stay extremely satisfying. This Hotel is highly recommended for trips with your dog.

We stayed here as a family during Golden Week. We often use Kyoritsu Resort properties, and our son—who loves Hotels—was thrilled! Considering the location and price, we felt the Room size was understandably compact. It was clean and pleasant. All the staff were cheerful, and it left a great impression that they greeted us clearly and warmly even when we just passed by. We also had breakfast here, and it was very satisfying. Of course, we fully enjoyed the Onsen on all three floors! We would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

The Room had just been renovated and the interior was lovely. Although the bathroom and toilet space was small, there was a mini sofa in the Room, which was convenient. Above all, the woman at the front desk was kind and left a very positive impression. The area is full of construction, and even the nearest station entrance has been closed, so Akasaka has changed a lot. However, getting around Tokyo was very convenient with access to the Chiyoda Line and Ginza Line. Roppongi is also within walking distance. I would stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here for the first time this February and returned because it was such great value for money. I think the price including breakfast is excellent. There is no shower in the Room, but there is a large public bath, and the front desk staff are pleasant and helpful. However, there are few convenience stores or places to eat within walking distance, and the parking lot was gravel rather than asphalt.

There was a Don Quijote nearby, which was very convenient. The location was great, and I would like to stay here again.

It’s close to the highway bus stop at the Hachijo Exit, so I always stay here. Since the renovation, there’s no step into the bathroom, and the bathtub is set lower, making it easier to use. The amenities are well stocked. It’s also helpful that you can drip coffee in the lobby and drink it freely. Breakfast isn’t crowded, and there’s everything you need—bread, salad, boiled eggs, yogurt, soup, milk and juice, and even curry. The Room is clean and has a chair and a place to put your suitcase, which is very convenient.

We stayed here for our once-a-year trip with friends. We really enjoyed the Onsen, including both the white bath and the red bath. At dinner, everything was delicious—crab, steak, and dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients—and breakfast was excellent too, with all-you-can-eat salmon roe and clam broth ramen. The Room was clean, but it felt a bit small once three futons were laid out. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again when we come back to Hakodate.

We stayed again following our visit last month! Many other Onsens tend to be quite hot, but the lukewarm Onsen here feels truly one of a kind. We also like that the meals are not a trendy buffet. Depending on the Room, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji!

Free unlimited drinks. The amenities are well stocked. The Hotel is quiet, so it’s great for a solo stay! Men are on the 8th floor and women are on the 9th floor. Both floors require a wrist key to enter, so it’s safe even for women traveling alone. There is also a smoking area on the 7th floor where the front desk is located. The capsule area is quiet and dark, so I slept well. I’d like to stay here again.

The lounge was great, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately, the chairs on the courtyard patio were badly torn and worn out. The TV didn’t receive BS channels, and the remote batteries were weak, making it hard to change channels. I also looked for the first-floor restaurant because I wanted to eat seared bonito, but it was already gone. It was still listed on the signboard—if it’s no longer available, please update the signage accordingly.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The excellent Reviews and the spacious Room were what convinced us to book. For my husband’s celebration, you provided such warm hospitality that he was delighted, and our whole family was truly moved. The property was very clean, all the staff were pleasant (especially at dinner), and we were able to enjoy local dishes—everything was delicious and we were completely satisfied! The night view was beautiful. We would love to stay with you again on another occasion. Thank you very much for your thoughtful kindness.

They promptly handled last-minute room changes. The double Room was clean as expected. Breakfast was average in taste with no complaints. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I was looking for a quiet, hidden-gem Ryokan where I could truly relax. When I found VillaRyusei on IKYU, I knew this was the one and made a Reservation right away. It felt like staying in a cottage in the woods—exactly what I had imagined. On the day of arrival, I was running a little late for check-in, but when I called to let them know, they kindly accommodated me and adjusted the meal time accordingly. The service was attentive, and with in-room dining and an open-air bath, I was able to enjoy a wonderfully relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

There is staff at the desk next to the front desk, but only one person handles check-in. I’m not sure whether they don’t notice the line or have decided to serve guests one at a time. Either way, the Room was comfortable, and it’s a shame the property is closing.

I had errands in Shinjuku, so I stayed at this Hotel in Akebonobashi. It was easy to find—just a short walk from Akebonobashi Station through the shopping street. The staff were also kind. We stayed in a triple room, and even though it’s a Business Hotel in central Tokyo, it was spacious with enough room to open our suitcases, which was great. Although we didn’t use them, there were convenience stores and restaurants along the shopping street, which seemed very convenient. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Shinjuku for work.

The hospitality, the stylish dinner, and the ochazuke breakfast were all wonderful—I’m glad I was able to stay here. However, I have some concerns about my legs, and I didn’t realize from the Accommodation photos that it is a two-story building; I would have been happier if the toilet were on the first floor. What is the entryway area inside the Room (the earthen-floor space) intended to be used for?

Our group of nine across three families stayed for three nights, and it was a clean, spacious Hotel that everyone—from adults to children—could enjoy. It was well stocked with amenities, from essentials to thoughtful extras. We’re planning to visit Miyakojima again next year and would love to stay here again.

The Western-style room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was a wide variety of dinner options, making it easy to choose. The Shinshu salmon was delicious. The soft-serve ice cream machine was self-serve, and the ice cream was rich and tasty. I’d like to visit again during the autumn foliage season.
