Great value for money! We stayed as a family. It was a bit tricky to enter from the road, but it wasn't an issue. There is coin parking below, but the slope is quite steep, which was a bit scary as you need to go up quickly. The Room was very clean, and although the bathroom was somewhat small, it exceeded expectations for the price. We opted for breakfast with a bento box included. The bento had plenty of volume and felt very reasonably priced. If we have another chance, we would love to stay here again!

I’ve stayed here many times, but this time the bath water temperature in the Room was not stable.

We stayed on a Plan with dinner and breakfast included. There were a few issues with dinner, but we are grateful that the front desk staff handled everything properly. The Facilities are old, but it’s a Hotel where the people make up for it. Breakfast was also good, with just the right amount of food.

I had some business in Fukuoka and was looking for a place to stay. I found this place where I could relax and enjoy an onsen away from the city. The retro atmosphere and the friendly staff at the front desk allowed me to fully enjoy a leisurely time after a long while. The onsen and sauna were spacious and relaxing. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

During our Multiple Night Stay, all linens were replaced with brand-new ones. It was a pleasant Facility. The affordable price was very helpful. I will use it again when I visit your area. Thank you very much.

The convenient location near the station is a plus, and the Hotel offers Wi-Fi, large beds, and TVs. There are many free VOD titles available, including some of the latest movies, making for a relaxing stay. For domestic travel, APA Hotel is always one of my top choices. I was too tired and went straight to bed, so I didn't use the bath.

The staff provided very courteous service, making my stay pleasant. Located along the highway, it was convenient for accessing various destinations. I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay with my motorcycle, and I appreciated being allowed to park it near the entrance during rainy weather. There is also a convenience store nearby, which was very handy.

I booked a plan that included dinner. The room was just the right size for spending time with my family. The shower room in the room felt a bit small, but there were no issues using it. Dinner was excellent, with plenty of seafood to enjoy. There was so much food that we couldn't finish it all... We felt sorry about that. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much!

Close to Shiroishi Station on the Tozai Subway Line, with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby where you can purchase necessary groceries before heading to the accommodation. Conveniently located for quick access to Odori Station. Nango Park with its grassy area is also nearby. The accommodation features an auto-lock system, so no keys are needed. It includes a unit bath, refrigerator, and heating/cooling appliances for your comfort. The soundproofing ensures a quiet stay without external noise disturbances.

The TV remote control had a minor malfunction, but they promptly provided a replacement. I also left my smartphone's power cord behind when I checked out, but when I called later to inquire, they had kept it for me and sent it by cash on delivery. I was really grateful. I appreciate the high level of responsiveness from the staff!

2 minutes from Tokuyama Station Convenient location with a convenience store nearby. The Facility is old, but considering the cost-performance, it is sufficient. The front desk staff were very kind, even though I arrived quite late. On the day of my stay, there was a Christmas illumination lighting ceremony in front of the station, which was lovely.

A 7-minute walk from Kawasaki Station and just 5 minutes to Lazona, making it very convenient. I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

(The customer support was not found, so I am writing here) The room I used might have been an exception, but I hope this review does not define KINJO entirely. There is no doubt that this accommodation is indispensable in Okinawa, and I have full trust in it! I have stayed at Mr. KINJO's accommodations in other locations as well. I also stayed at this hotel several times when it was newly built or before the pandemic. ...Maybe it's time for reconstruction (laughs). Dust on the step of the bed headboard (I wiped it off like a perfectionist mother-in-law lol), mold on the pillowcase (I used it by flipping it over lol), a damaged floor under the cushion flooring lol, air conditioner vents that cannot be adjusted, and trash left in the elevator hall—these differences from before made me laugh (perhaps due to staff shortages leading to minimal cleaning?). The noise from the refrigerator might bother some people too. What disappointed me was that there were no KINJO T-shirts in stock for purchase lol (but I did buy a hemp bag). Even so, KINJO is very helpful. I'll use it again!
