We enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

The meals are incredibly delicious. We had a course dinner, and it was served at the perfect timing without any wait. There was an explanation of the dishes, and the portions were more than expected, so we were very satisfied. The wine recommended to us matched the food well, and we ended up finishing a full bottle and even ordering additional glasses of wine. Breakfast was also served at the right time with warm dishes, and everything was delicious. Among them, the seafood marinade and scrambled eggs were particularly delicious. The room was in the annex, very clean, quiet, with a great view, and spacious enough for a couple. The amenities were well-prepared, and we were satisfied, and the staff's service was excellent, making us want to visit again. We didn't use the bath as we went to a nearby onsen, so it wasn't a perfect score, but the nearby onsen was also good. It is a property that I highly recommend to many people and definitely want them to visit.

This Hotel is close to Hokkaido University Hospital and the ginkgo-lined avenue, and I had wanted to stay here for a long time. The Room was clean and well maintained, and it also had a microwave. The Hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I could relax as if I were in my own Room. The view from the Room was beautiful, and I took a walk around the Hokkaido University campus before heading out. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

The building and facilities are old, but I was able to stay comfortably at a reasonable price.

Stopped by during a tour to Chausuyama Kogen Road and Horaiji Mountain. Over 30 years ago, the current proprietress's father started this property by renovating their old family home. Nowadays, properties renovated from old houses are not uncommon, but the foresight to start it in that era is impressive. Urugi Village is a great place to spend a relaxing time in a rural setting. The proprietress's proud dishes of game meat and mushrooms, salt-grilled sweetfish, and horse sashimi were very satisfying. The gohei mochi served at the end was also quite filling. There was "Urugi Onsen Komadori no Yu" nearby, so we went there for a bath. Therefore, we did not use the bath at the property. It was a nice property, friendly to riders. The room has a traditional style, but the tatami room was surprisingly comfortable to stay in.

Although slightly dated, the staff's service was pleasant, making the stay enjoyable. Room service was also appreciated. Excellent value for money!

We booked two rooms, a Single and a Twin, for our family. The rooms were arranged on the same floor and close to each other. Thank you for accommodating us. The parking lot is free, spacious, and easy to park in, which was very convenient. Amenities such as toothbrushes and combs are self-service at the front desk during check-in. The staff kindly informed us about this. However, items like lotion are not provided. The room was slightly spacious. In the bathroom, there were some black marks on the wall—possibly mold or peeling paint—which caught my attention. Other than that, despite some signs of age in the facilities, we had a comfortable stay. It was No Meals Included for our stay; however, we enjoyed dinner at a nearby diner within walking distance and were satisfied with it. There isn’t a convenience store very close by, so I recommend preparing breakfast before checking in if needed. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji due to bad weather—what a pity! We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

Since it’s a condominium, I like being left alone. This was my repeat stay, but the unit bathroom was very small, and I could do without the toilet lid hitting my back while using it. The toilet seat was cold too.

There is only one room per floor, so I could stay comfortably without any concerns. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable! After my stay, I had some questions and communicated via email; the response was very polite and greatly appreciated. The surroundings of the hotel were quiet, which was also nice. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance!

Great value for the price near Utsunomiya Station, with all amenities provided. There’s a staircase nearby leading to a riverside promenade, perfect for runners. Complimentary stick coffee is available, including café au lait, tea au lait, and green tea—much appreciated in these times of rising prices. I forgot my phone charger, but surprisingly the room's desk lamp had wireless charging functionality. This feature is rare in business hotels and earns high points!

Due to a Shinkansen delay, we arrived late at night, but the staff kindly accommodated us. The Facility feels a bit old, but we had a comfortable stay.
