We stayed in a Japanese-style Room for 3 people. It was spacious enough and very relaxing. The large public bath was also great.

I stayed with my 4-year-old and 2-year-old sons. The meals were very delicious, and the children seemed very happy playing in the free space. The private bath was spacious and very satisfying. Since we were the first to use it, we didn’t mind, but for those using it after us, the wet bath mat might be a concern. The Room was comfortable and allowed us to relax. During our stay, my 2-year-old son accidentally got injured. When I consulted with the owner, they immediately looked up a nighttime emergency hospital for us, which was incredibly helpful. Fortunately, we were able to get him treated right away at the hospital they recommended. After returning from the hospital, they kindly listened to our concerns as well, making it a truly memorable experience for us. If we visit Nasu again in the future, we would love to stay here again!

Based on the review, I chose the plan with Maesawa beef lean rump meat and an onsen ticket. Despite being lean, the meat was moderately marbled, thick, and satisfying. Since it's a self-grill style, I could enjoy it to the fullest with my preferred level of doneness. The other dishes were as delicious as the reviews said, and I found myself in a luxurious situation where I had to be careful not to overeat the delicious new rice. The property and room themselves are not new, but they are clean, and the staff was accommodating with delays in check-in and changes in meal times, making it a comfortable stay.

We stayed at this facility as a group for green season hiking, just like last year. We enjoyed relaxing in the Japanese-Western style Room again this time. The bath is a bit small, but the Room is clean and comfortable, and the meals were both plentiful and delicious. We would love to stay here again!

Recommended when you want to relax somewhere quiet with nothing around. The food was simply delicious—I was surprised at how good the wild mountain vegetables were. The owner’s eldest son is very knowledgeable and goes to gather them himself. I was told to try eating the fish (it was char when we stayed) from head to tail; I’m not usually a fan, but I gave it a try and it wasn’t as bitter as I expected. The rice cooked with Onsen water was also delicious—the meals were outstanding. The Onsen left my skin feeling silky smooth. This may be a matter of preference, but it was a bit lukewarm for me, so I rated it 4/5—I would have liked it hotter. I rated the Facility and Room 4/5 only because I wished there had been a toilet and washbasin in the Room; it wasn’t a major deduction.

A lovely pension by Lake Kussharo. The highlight is the hard French bread, which rivals those from famous city bakeries. The meals were impressively delicious, especially considering they are self-taught, and I appreciated that proper tea was served alongside coffee. The onsen with an open-air bath was excellent. Kotan no Yu was also nearby. Although we couldn't secure a canoe reservation during the busy Obon season this time, we look forward to enjoying the enchanting winter canoe tour in the future.

Three couples over 60 stayed at the accommodation, enjoyed conversations in the spacious living room, and comfortably slept in three separate rooms. The two clean toilets and showers were very pleasant. The arrangement of a rental car at Shimojishima Airport was also very helpful. Thank you!

Affordable prices and a location right next to the slopes made for an incredibly enjoyable snowboarding and skiing experience. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay here. It feels like a condominium turned into an accommodation. During my 2-night stay, there were no major issues, but I did wonder what would happen in case of any problems since there is no front desk. 〇 Positive Points 1. It was closer to Tofukuji Station than I expected (only a 3-minute walk if you don't get stopped at the crossing). 2. The shared spaces like hallways and stairs were air-conditioned, which felt refreshing when returning from outside. 3. Most necessary amenities were provided. 4. The refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, washing machine, bathroom dryer—all made it feel like staying in a home away from home. 5. You can soak in the bathtub while watching terrestrial TV (I didn't notice this on the first day). 6. Noise from other rooms was not much of an issue. 〇 Slightly Disappointing Points 1. The inside of the bathtub felt rough initially but became smooth after cleaning with the provided body wash towel and soap (perhaps cleaning could be improved). 2. The washing machine lid was detached with a note saying "The lid is detached but usable; parts are being ordered." However, it stopped midway during use and required some trial and error to operate (I read about this issue in Google reviews before coming; it seems the part has not arrived yet). 3. Again referring to Google reviews mentioning bedbugs—I bought insect spray as a precaution before heading out for sightseeing and found small unfamiliar bugs dead on the floor upon return (not sure if they were bedbugs). Issues like the washing machine lid or potential pests could likely be resolved with better preparation beforehand. Being just one station away from Kyoto Station and offering easy access via Keihan Line makes this accommodation incredibly convenient! I would love to stay here again!

As the title suggests, it was No Meals Included, so it's hard to evaluate other aspects, but the manager was truly exceptional—this is what great hospitality looks like!

I stayed at the end of February, and I was grateful that the Room was warmed up as I had informed them of my check-in time. All Rooms were kept clean, allowing for a pleasant stay. There were also amenities provided, and coffee was available. We enjoyed playing card games with the children. The view of Setouchi from the living room with a large kotatsu was beautiful, and I would like to visit in different seasons as well.

My family and I stayed here for a Multiple Night Stay starting on 7/2. I initially rated it 4 stars because there is only a shower, but since you end up sweating a lot, I actually found that having just a shower was easier and more convenient. More than anything, the warmth and responsiveness of everyone at the Accommodation made it a total 5-star stay for us. First of all, the luxury of feeling as if you have the view of Bise Cape all to yourself from your Room. The happiness of taking an early-morning walk before sunrise and playing with cats. The Fukugi tree-lined road that somehow feels familiar even though it’s not my hometown. Breakfast enjoyed while listening to the waves and breathing in the natural air. Spending the day snorkeling in the sparkling, beautiful sea. Being surprised at night by how big the coconut crabs are. A sky full of stars. I was truly moved by what an amazing time it was. Another great point is that you can borrow snorkeling gear and receive instruction, making it easy to enjoy the ocean without bringing much luggage. There were so many fish—it was endlessly fun, and I never got tired of diving in. Everyone at the Accommodation was very polite and kind. I asked lots of questions and caused some trouble along the way, but they responded cheerfully every time. Even though we’ve just returned from Okinawa, we’re already itching to go back again. We would love to visit again—thank you very much.

Conveniently located right in front of Uno Port, making it ideal for ferry travel. The Accommodation host was friendly and attentive, and shared enjoyable stories about Naoshima.

The issues pointed out in previous reviews have not been improved, and I felt that reviews are not being reflected. It seemed that the influence of reviews is being underestimated. Additional concerns: ○ The washroom area is too small. When washing your face, water spills below and it becomes very wet. ○ There is no way to lock from the inside apart from the auto-lock, leaving security concerns. ○ The entire room is dark with only daylight color lighting. These were the points that concerned me during this stay. Good points: ○ The futon was soft and did not cause body pain. ○ Since hair on the futon under the sheets is visible, it seems necessary to make it a priority cleaning target. ○ Strong force is required to open and close the bathroom door. Even if the door glass breaks due to force (unavoidable), it should not be a liability issue. Height adjustment with a plane, etc., should be done promptly.

The room was very clean and beautiful. Towels were neatly arranged in the necessary places, and although I didn’t use the kitchen, there were lovely dishes provided. The washing machine was ready to use immediately, and since it also had a dryer, everything dried well even during my one-night stay, which was very convenient. For check-in, I visited the reception in the early afternoon; as cleaning had already been completed, I could access the room anytime. They also helped carry my luggage, which was greatly appreciated. However, the reception being far from Kyoto Station was a bit inconvenient.

Accidentally made a double payment, but the response was quick and satisfactory. The accommodation fee is affordable, which is appreciated. The room feels like staying in a room at my parents' house.
