The Onsen on the day I stayed was not crowded, so I was able to relax very much. The water temperature was not too hot, and I could soak at a leisurely pace. The Hotel feels a bit dated, but nothing bothered me. I would like to stay again.

The Room was more spacious and cleaner than we expected. The staff were very polite, and we felt comfortable staying here. The price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. We would definitely like to stay here again when we are in the area.

Close to Nakasu’s nightlife district, yet quiet and relaxing. Simple and clean—everything experienced travelers need, and nothing more. With self check-in, a number-lock entry system, and only basic amenities, it may not suit guests expecting full service.

Everything was wonderful. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were always smiling and did their best to help, which made my stay very comfortable. The meals were delicious, but the rice at breakfast was too firm for me to eat... I think it’s just a matter of preference, but I ended up leaving some (sorry). If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious, bright, and clean, and we were very satisfied. We stayed as a group of six across two generations including children, and the 2LDK layout was perfect. Since two of us are smokers, we were also able to relax and smoke in the Room, which made everything even better. We would like to stay again. We checked various sites, but in the end IKYU offered the best price and felt the most reliable.

A private sauna in the room—what a luxury!!! This Hotel, newly built just last year, is stylish and pristine in every aspect, from the interior and exterior to the shared spaces! The welcome drink was sophisticated and satisfying. The sauna room can heat up to 110°C. It reaches 100°C in just 20-30 minutes after turning it on, and you can enjoy a perfect "löyly" session with added aroma. The cold plunge pool is ice-cold and absolutely refreshing!!! Simply flawless. I forgot something during my stay, but the staff's response and careful packaging were incredibly thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for one night before Obon as a trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 88th birthday. Although it is a bit away from the stone-paved street, it was a quiet and charming accommodation. The staff were friendly and kind with warm smiles! The room was spacious, and the meals were delicious. The attentive service by the dining staff was very much appreciated. The bath included an indoor open-air option, and there were various hair dryers from different brands available to try out, which was great! Near the front desk, there were board games that everyone could enjoy together. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!

We stayed in a special room. The service during the meal was excellent. We had the pufferfish course, and we would have been happier if it had been a bit more luxurious. Given the reasonable price, we were satisfied overall. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very courteous. There were complimentary drinks on the first floor, and the ice-cold draft beer was excellent. The Room was spacious and had a massage chair, so I could relax, but I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning—when I tried to operate it, it turned off. I filled the in-room Onsen right away and enjoyed a very pleasant bath, but my parent, who has difficulty walking, said the step was high and felt scary. Since everything is flat around it, I thought a handrail would make it safer. I understand this may be difficult as it is not barrier-free. I was looking forward to dinner. Everything was delicious, including salt-grilled ayu and chicken hot pot, and even the white rice was excellent. The children’s lunch plate was also generous in portion size, and my child happily bit into a big fried shrimp. However, there was one thing that concerned me. My child’s dessert (a mousse-like item topped with fruit) that came with the lunch plate was taken away partway through for some reason. Since I happened to be on the phone at that moment, I wondered why. After that, as if nothing had happened, the removed dessert was served to an adult instead, and jelly was placed for my child. I assumed it had been a mistake, but I believe an explanation should have been given. Taking something once served to one person and then serving it to someone else seems inappropriate etiquette-wise. At the very least, some explanation when bringing out the jelly for my child would have been appreciated. Overall it is a wonderful Accommodation; only the dinner service response bothered me. Thank you very much.

All the dishes were very delicious, and every member of the owner’s family was pleasant and kindly answered our questions. The bath is an Onsen like a pool, and it was basically assigned a time slot on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival; there was no second session, which was disappointing for someone who loves baths. The stairs were wet, perhaps because the previous guest didn’t dry off before getting out, which raised hygiene concerns. I understand that things like changing mats may be difficult, but some countermeasures might be worth considering. The Room felt clean, although the windows and other features show their age.

At first glance, I thought it was a small Accommodation, but it is actually a mid-sized Ryokan with an inner courtyard and 27 Rooms. The modern Facility, filled with the sound of music box melodies, is kept very clean. We chose a Japanese-style Room, and it was neat and well organized. The bath is an Onsen, gentle on the skin with a silky feel. It was relaxing overall, except that there were many guests that day and the staff seemed a bit busy.

The Hotel staff were very kind, and the Hotel was clean. It was great value for money, and I was very satisfied! I would love to stay again. Thank you very much! I checked in late at night, but they let me into my Room early, which was a big help.

I was moved by the sunset from the dining area on the 7th floor. The sashimi boat platter in the Plan was very fresh and delicious. The small pork hot pot was also excellent, and I really enjoyed it with beer and sake. The bath facilities are a bit old, but the water was great—my skin felt smooth, and I could relax and warm up thoroughly. From the hallway, I could see Mt. Chokai, and it looked as if the morning sun rose from its summit, which gave me energy.\nMt. Chokai, the sea, and Yuurari—I'd love to visit again.

Conveniently located near Hon-Shiogama Station, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business. The building has a sense of history, but the rooms were kept clean and I had a comfortable stay. I was also impressed by how polite and helpful the front desk staff were. Free parking was another big plus. With its calm atmosphere, I was able to rest well, and I’d like to stay here again when visiting Sendai, Shiogama, or the Matsushima area. It’s also a good option for business trips to Sendai, as it’s only about 20 minutes from Sendai on the Senseki Line.

The Accommodation offered convenient access in all directions, delicious meals, and excellent value for money. Recommended if you don’t mind that the Room does not have a private toilet or washbasin. The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi was not provided by the Facility, but via an external free Wi-Fi service (with a time limit). If that doesn’t bother you either, we recommend it.

The Room was small but clean, and the bath had sufficient water pressure and volume, so I was able to soak and relax. Breakfast was also satisfying; the croissants were especially delicious, and although there were not many side dishes, it was enough. For this price and quality, I would stay again next time.

Stayed here for the last night of a 3-night trip to Shiretoko. The new wing's Japanese-style room was clean and well-maintained. Meals were more relaxing compared to other hotels, and dishes like simmered fish were incredibly delicious. Buffets can feel hectic! The Onsen bath, though showing some age, provided a calm and enjoyable experience. The staff were cheerful and left a great impression. I would stay here again if I visit this area!

I stay here a few times every year. I’m satisfied with everything except dinner. Dinner isn’t like what the website suggests, so expectations are low. In the first year, there was more variety and the quality was higher—there was even sashimi, which was great. People who know that now choose a plan without dinner. There’s a convenience store next door. They call it buffet-style, but there are only two main dishes to choose from!? Just white fish fry and an omelet… The salad selection is good. After that, there was stew, which is unusual for a Hotel. It tastes fine, but this time there were guests with children, and I doubt they’ll come back… When the child stood up wanting more food, I heard the mother say, “No seconds!” It made me sad to hear that. It may be fine for adults, but at least offer kids a one-plate meal or even dessert as a service. Some nearby Hotels include both breakfast and dinner for 3,980 yen… As for the Room: the TV is positioned directly to the side so it’s hard to watch, and the toilet paper holder is also on the side so your arm hits it. Someone with a bigger build might even break it. The good point is that there’s a hot bath Facility at the very back, and it also has a sauna. Next time I’ll either stay without dinner or go somewhere else.
