It was a six-night, seven-day trip. Since it was a long stay, being next to the laundry Room was convenient. The Room was simple as well. On the fourth night, I noticed that the mirror in the unit bath had shifted and reported it to the front desk. They said they were checking it. I avoided any trouble, but I was surprised that someone seemed to have tried to move it. I would have liked this to be explained in advance. The meals were about what you’d expect for a business hotel. Close to the station and Kokusai-dori, quiet, with many convenience stores nearby. Overall, there were no issues during my stay. There were many foreign staff members as well, which made me feel at ease. Towels were replaced daily, which was good too. I could relax and would like to stay again.

I stayed at this Hotel for a live event trip. At first, I was a bit worried about the self check-in and check-out process, but everything was explained kindly, which was very helpful. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity. The kitchen and appliances were fully equipped and very convenient.

My first stay at a container Hotel! It was affordable, clean, and came with breakfast—I was very satisfied. I’ll be staying at other R9 The Yard locations again.

It’s conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from Echigo-Yuzawa Station, and there is also parking available. It’s a bit away from the bar district, but not enough to be an issue. The Accommodation seems to have been renovated and felt clean. For the price, the bath was spacious and comfortable, though the water was a little too hot. We didn’t add breakfast, but there was complimentary chimaki and soup, which were very tasty. I would like to stay here again.

The room was clean, and the service was pleasant, making my stay very enjoyable. Although it was a short walk from American Village, it was just right for a stroll. Along the way, there were traditional steak restaurants and Okinawa soba shops, so finding meals wasn't an issue. There were also plenty of dining options along Route 58, making it hard to choose what to eat. The Chatan Town Museum was new and clean with easy-to-understand exhibits about the town's history. The beach at Sunabe Baba Park was also beautiful. With so many attractive spots around the hotel, I look forward to visiting again!

The Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious. If dinner is available, I would like to try it as well. I was very satisfied that they accommodated us from as early as 6:30 a.m. The bath is small and can get full with 2–4 people, but it is new and a good size. Since it operates on a rotating schedule for men and women, you need to pay attention to the time. It cannot be used in the morning or late at night, but since this is not a large Hotel, I think this is understandable from an operational standpoint. The location is also good, as convenience stores and roadside stations are within walking distance.

A very user-friendly Hotel I would like to stay here again next time

The building may be older, but the interior has been renovated and there were no issues at all. Having a microwave in the Room was quietly helpful. The miso soup at the amenities corner was delicious. Perhaps because the bathroom area sits between neighboring Rooms in the layout, I didn’t notice any presence from next door at all. Because it’s an older building, the layout is spacious and open, which made it easy to relax.

It was very clean and comfortable. I was impressed by how thoroughly it had been cleaned! It’s close to the station, and there are convenience stores nearby, so it was very convenient. We could watch Amazon Prime, which was really helpful since we were traveling with our 2-year-old child. We’d love to stay again!

The pleasantly warm bathwater was wonderful, and I could soak slowly for a long time. The Room was spacious and very well cleaned, so I had a comfortable stay. There is a convenience store right next door, which is very convenient. While Kumamoto City was over 30°C, Aso was cool and we didn’t need air conditioning in the mornings or evenings. I really enjoyed a relaxing hot-spring retreat. If I could ask for just one thing, it would be great if the Room lighting had a remote control.

This was my first time staying here while looking for a nearby Hotel to go out for meals. I asked many questions about dolphin watching and good restaurants, and the staff kindly helped me. Thanks to them, I was able to make a Reservation for the next day and enjoy dolphin watching comfortably. Thank you very much. The Room was also very spacious and comfortable, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Amakusa next time. I didn’t think breakfast was available, but they mentioned it at check-in, and I enjoyed a very delicious breakfast. It made traveling afterward much smoother, which I really appreciated. I will definitely stay again! Thank you very much.

The quality of the beds is truly exceptional, the best we've ever experienced. It seems that other locations in this chain use similar beds, so we look forward to staying at their properties again in the future. However, to be honest, there aren't many other standout features beyond this.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room as a family. While some parts of the Facility feel a bit dated, it was within our expectations. The price was very reasonable for this location, which really helped. Breakfast was delicious, and there is also a private bath, making it a great Hotel for families. We would like to stay again. (I don’t usually write Reviews, but we were so satisfied that I wanted to share.)

We take a family trip with our dog every summer, and this place was very clean and we were extremely satisfied—it was a wonderful Facility for our dog! If I had to mention one thing, it would be helpful to have a chair in the bathroom (haha). We’d love to come again if we can.

All the staff were very kind, and the hospitality was excellent. It was a very comfortable Hotel. I would definitely like to stay here again!

It’s very close to the station, which is convenient. The Room was clean and even provided pajamas. The shared space had a microwave, a water dispenser, and chopsticks, and I felt this Accommodation offers excellent hospitality. All the staff were very kind, making it an Accommodation I’d want to stay at again. There’s a 24-hour supermarket just a few minutes’ walk away, as well as a drugstore nearby, so it should be easy even for longer stays.

I stayed for three nights in late March. The property is family-run, and it had a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. The Room was spacious and well maintained. As mentioned in other Reviews, the breakfast was incredibly delicious!! The menu changed every morning, which made it exciting. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best weather during our stay, but we were able to see the stars early in the morning on our last day. There’s a hammock on the rooftop, so I also recommend it for anyone who wants to relax and stargaze. Next time, I’d love to watch the sunset too. It’s a little away from downtown, but even after drinking in the nightlife area, we were able to get back by taxi for around 2,000 yen. When I visit Ishigaki Island again, I will make a Reservation at Three Heart again. Thank you very much.

It was my first time staying at a container Hotel, but it exceeded my expectations. Amenities were provided, and everything I needed was available, including complimentary drinks, sleepwear, and a refrigerator. I could also choose from several types of light snacks. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming with a smile.
