We stayed again this year as it feels just like home—pet-friendly for our dog, with laundry facilities available. There are also plenty of affordable coin-operated parking lots nearby. Even when we had trouble with check-in and check-out, the support line was very helpful. It’s easy to access sightseeing spots in any direction, yet it’s quiet at night, which is great. We’d love to stay again next year! Thank you so much!!

We used this Accommodation for a three-generation trip. There were 7 adults and 4 children (ages 10, 8, 5, and 1), all boys. For a two-night, three-day stay, we booked three Rooms in Sukumotei on the front-desk floor, which was very convenient. We were able to dine together as a large group, and because the dining area felt like semi-private seating with some separation from other guests, it was great. The half-buffet was also nice and delicious. There wasn’t the kind of crowding you get at a large Hotel, so we could relax. On the second day, our one-year-old grandson developed a fever, and they made rice porridge for him and helped us find a hospital—we truly appreciated all their support. We can’t thank the staff enough for their warm care. During our stay, the children were loud—running around in the Rooms—and I’m sure it was noisy. But thanks to the unique comfort of this place, we were able to spend our time without feeling self-conscious. Thank you for making it such a memorable trip.

It had only the essentials, and I found it very comfortable. Amenities provided were a toothbrush, a razor set, and bath salts. I like taking baths with bath salts when I stay at a Hotel, so I was quietly happy not to have to buy any. There were also drip coffee packs with sugar and creamer. No bottled water was provided. It was convenient because there’s a convenience store on the first floor, and there are also a 7-Eleven and Daily Yamazaki nearby.

We chose to spend my husband’s birthday relaxing at an Onsen Accommodation and stayed at Satsuki. All the staff were kind, and the interior was lovely, with a wonderful blend of renovated areas and original features. The Onsen truly felt like a moisturizing lotion and was incredibly soothing. The meals were outstanding, thoughtfully incorporating local ingredients, and we were completely satisfied. We also appreciated being able to enjoy plenty of my husband’s favorite beer. They even prepared a birthday-style dessert for him. Breakfast was excellent as well. We would love to visit again with our children. Thank you very much!

My family of three and our dog stayed for three nights. The Room was very clean and well maintained. Although it seemed to be a busy peak season during Obon, we received a warm welcome and send-off, and the attentive care throughout our stay made us feel at ease. There were plenty of nearby attractions such as Toshiki Swimming Beach and Habu Port, as well as a good selection of places to eat, so the location was great. Above all, because this is a family-run Accommodation, we could catch glimpses of the owners’ daily life and enjoy conversations with other guest families, which made the stay feel genuinely warm and comfortable. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I was really looking forward to my stay. Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the ocean view, but the powerful rough waves were impressive in their own way and we still had a great time. The sauna also heated up to around 90°C in about two hours, so we could use it multiple times—really great! There were plenty of plates, pots, and other kitchenware in a good variety, which was very convenient. Just one thing: the bathroom on the second floor had a very strong cat smell. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from, but it filled the whole space—some guests may find it unpleasant. We stayed at Manly Accommodation. Overall it was excellent, so I hope only the odor can be improved.

R9 has become one of my recent favorites, and I had a comfortable stay here as well. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. It was also great that the popular conveyor-belt sushi restaurant I wanted to visit was nearby (a 15-minute walk). I hope more locations open up, so I’d like to keep using R9 often.

I arrived late and had given up on finding parking, but the front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate my request. Thank you. 　The Hotel was also very clean. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance to stay in Imabari.

This was my first stay in a year. The Room was very calming and comfortable, and I was able to truly relax. Spending both day and night on the spacious daybed—absentmindedly reading a book or gazing at the view—was the best. Soaking slowly in the large bathtub was also genuinely wonderful time. This has been the case for a while, but I always feel I’d really appreciate it if the internet connection could be improved a bit more. This time, I was able to enjoy ice cream after my bath, which was a delightful service. The food was consistently delicious as always, and the staff had a great atmosphere, making it a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much. I’d love to stay again.

As we didn’t have large suitcases, there was no inconvenience and it didn’t feel cramped thanks to the luggage rack and other amenities. The Room had only a shower booth, but it was more convenient than a shower curtain setup, and the toilet was separate, so there were no issues. Personally, I would have liked another type of towel in a different size. The mattress was great and I slept comfortably, and the large mirror was convenient for two people to use. Breakfast met my expectations; I was surprised they had sparkling wine available, but I enjoyed it. I’d like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

It’s close to the Kabuki-za Theatre, and even my 93-year-old mother was able to walk there. We booked No Meals Included, but the bathroom had grab bars, so she could use it safely and with peace of mind. We’d like to stay here again.

The room, large public bath, meals, and service were all satisfying. I stayed in a room with a private bath, which was clean and had a great view, making me feel like I didn’t even need to visit the large public bath. Of course, the large public bath was also excellent. I chose the dinner set plan, and everything was delicious. Personally, as someone who doesn’t drink much alcohol, I really appreciated having a pitcher of cold water placed at my table. The service was minimal yet attentive; staff checked in at just the right moments during meals, which made for a pleasant experience. Additionally, they informed me of the approximate sunrise time so I could enjoy a beautiful sunrise from my room.

I recently stayed at “Garden Above the Sky” for 2 nights and 3 days. The moment I stepped into the living and dining area, I was blown away by the dramatic Yatsugatake views filling the entire wall of large windows. The spacious living room was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the bathroom was wonderfully open—simply outstanding. The kitchen is truly professional-grade, with excellent Facilities, and I really enjoyed spending time cooking. In the beautifully maintained English garden, my dog (a French Bulldog) was thrilled and ran around happily. Mountain weather changes its mood every 15 minutes or so, but simply watching it shift from the terrace or indoors was a luxurious experience that never got old. This is a special Accommodation where you can forget everyday life and feel completely refreshed in both body and mind. I would love to visit again.

I often use Route Inn for both business trips and personal travel because it offers great value for money. Another reason I trust it is that, unlike some Hotels, it doesn’t drastically raise prices during peak seasons or right before holidays. I had assumed the experience would be the same anywhere in Japan, but during this stay I realized that the staff service here was far more polished and higher in quality than at other Route Inn locations. Even when busy, they never stopped smiling, and every staff member provided refreshingly pleasant service. This likely reflects the character of those at the top and their attentive guidance. It may also be because each employee has a strong sense of professionalism. I hope to learn from them as a person. Thank you very much.

The photos online were not exaggerated; it was a lovely Facility. The reason for giving 4 points to the Facility is that sounds, possibly from the upper floor, were slightly noticeable.

Everything was even better than I expected. Above all, the open-air bath in the Room was outstanding. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again.

I stayed the night before visiting a grave on the equinox holiday, and I truly appreciate your courteous assistance despite my late-night check-in. I stayed in the West Wing; you briefly have to go outside when using the passageway from the main building, so it was a bit cold, but acceptable. The Room was clean and a good size, and the soundproofing was excellent—although my Room faced the road, it was quiet and comfortable. The large public bath was also pleasant, though it is not a natural Onsen. Breakfast was enjoyable as well for a Business Hotel buffet. If I had to mention one drawback, it was that the parking area was hard to find. I used a lot a short distance away as instructed by the Hotel, but it seemed like there might also be parking behind the Hotel... Since it was still quite cold, I would have preferred to park as close to the Hotel as possible.

I decided to make a reservation here because Ichiran Ramen is nearby. Although the place felt slightly old, it was well-cleaned and I had a pleasant stay.

I stayed for one night on my way back from Shirakami-Sanchi via the Gono Line. The Onsen left my skin feeling wonderfully smooth, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing. The meals were sample portions, but everything was delicious. Since my train the next day was around 11:00, I wasn’t sure how to spend the time after checking out at 10:00, but the staff suggested a sightseeing Plan, and I was able to tour around on the Hotel bus, which made the trip even more fulfilling. The staff also kindly saw me off outside and were extremely helpful throughout—overall, I was very satisfied.

Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store within walking distance. There is also a large public bath available from evening until late at night. The Room is clean and comfortable.
