I had dietary requirements, and after informing them in advance, they accommodated me with great care and attention to detail. Every staff member provided excellent service, and I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to visit again!

This is our family’s favorite vacation rental. The owner is kind and attentive, and sharing local tips is always a big help. The Room and bathroom are spacious and well maintained, so we can relax and enjoy our stay. Even my elderly mother feels comfortable traveling here, so we stay at Shirakaba Terrace every year in early summer and autumn. We bring our two dogs each time as well; they’re used to it now, spending time freely in the garden dog run and sleeping soundly at night. We’d love to visit again in autumn to see the fall foliage.

We stayed with 7 people from 3 families plus a baby. The room arrangement and the pool were truly wonderful. We often use luxury hotels in Okinawa, but this time we were able to spend time with our family without any pretension and fully enjoyed the extraordinary experience of pool and barbecue. I was worried because there were reviews mentioning a musty smell or issues with amenities, but there was nothing like that at all, and it was a clean and comfortable space. Also, the nearby sea was very clear, and we could observe many small fish while snorkeling, which all the sea-loving family members enjoyed. The smart check-in was smooth without any problems. We would love to use it again. Thank you very much.

There was no customer service or maintenance, but the stay was comfortable. It would be more convenient if the price were a bit lower.

The scenery was especially beautiful, and we were very satisfied to be able to watch the sunrise rising from the horizon.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed here—at least four. As the title says, it’s five seconds to the beach. The ocean view from the living room is stunning. The sea was a bit rough this time, but the contrast between the white crests and the blue-green water made it even more striking. The Southeast Asian–style interior you can see in the photos is wonderful and exceptionally clean—nothing to complain about. It’s probably among the very best vacation rentals. Personally, I was a little disappointed that the BBQ Facility I’d enjoyed up until last year is no longer available.

I used this place for my grandmother's birthday. I had been in contact with the front desk staff in advance for arranging a cake and surprise, and they were very helpful. Also, I was looking for a clean and stylish villa where I could stay with my dog, and in conclusion, choosing Jade was really the right decision! The interior was so clean that it was hard to believe it was a pet-friendly villa, and everything we needed, such as a cage, bowls, and sheets, was provided. The living room was very spacious, and it was an extraordinary experience where I could gather with my family after a long time and have fun. When it was time for the BBQ, the staff started the fire for us, and we could start right away. The freshly cooked white rice was also delicious. We ran out of charcoal halfway through, but the staff quickly came to help, and their prompt response was excellent. It's rare to find a villa with such high-quality buildings and solid service where pets are allowed, so I will definitely be returning! Thank you to all the staff.

It seemed very new and was extremely clean. The front desk staff were kind and accommodating, which was great.

I’ve stayed here before and was very satisfied with the Crab Feast Course, but this time I wanted even more crab, so I chose the Luxury Crab Course. As a result, I was extremely satisfied with both the taste and the portion size. Also, this inn is right in front of the lift area at Hachi-Kita Ski Resort, and being able to use the bath even after check-out is a huge help. Another great service is that guests aged 55 and over can rent equipment for free. There’s also an affiliated rental shop nearby, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately it rained that day and conditions were terrible, but thanks to staying at Hisaya, it turned into a ski trip I was happy with.

We stayed with our 2-year-old child. As I was pregnant, we chose this Hotel because it seemed conveniently located near Nara Park, and we booked a stay with meals included. Dinner was delicious and so generous that we couldn’t finish it. For our 2-year-old, they brought plain rice and furikake first, which made it easy to feed our child. Breakfast was a bit lighter and didn’t quite leave us completely full, but if you plan to eat while sightseeing, it felt just right. It may be a little too light for men. The complimentary water was very helpful. However, it was a large bottle (1.5L? 2L?), so we finished it at the Hotel. There is a 700-yen parking subsidy. Parking near the Hotel often costs over 1,000 yen, but we found a parking lot a little farther away where we could park for 700 yen and used that instead. The Hotel itself is somewhat old, but it was kept very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful.

I revisited this accommodation early because I had such a great experience last month. Although the Awazu Kaiseki did not include tempura, the delicious appetizers and eight kinds of fresh sashimi made the sake taste even better. By the time I finished the pork shabu-shabu and chawanmushi, I was already full, but the seasoned rice was so delicious that I ended up overeating. For breakfast, they served "Hyakumangoku" brand rice, which is often found in ryokan in Ishikawa Prefecture. However, their cooking method was exceptional, making it more delicious than any other ryokan I've stayed at before. While abalone, nodoguro fish, and Noto beef are available as additional orders, even without them, their delicately flavored dishes were more than satisfying. The bathwater quality was gentle on my sensitive skin and allowed me to soak for long periods without feeling overheated. The therapeutic waterfall shower relieved pain in my shoulders, neck, and back when applied to those areas—I even thought about saving money to come here for a week-long hot spring retreat someday! The room had been recently renovated; it was impeccably clean with a large LCD TV for added comfort. However, since we arrived early perhaps due to timing issues—the air conditioning wasn't turned on upon arrival during wintertime—it felt cold initially; preheating would have been appreciated during colder months like these! Lastly but importantly: homemade pudding by Okami (the hostess) tasted amazing too—overall providing excellent value exceeding expectations from this accommodation!

We stayed for a maternity trip, and the staff helped us with a gender reveal surprise, which turned out to be a great success. It was truly two days of happiness. Thank you for creating memories that will last a lifetime. The food, room, and service were all excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days for a tournament. The staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for us to match the ski resort's opening at 8 AM. Each meal had a different menu, which was very satisfying. The bath was almost private, allowing us to relax and recover, with the temperature being perfect even for my husband who usually doesn't enjoy Onsen. We will definitely stay here again when we participate in next year's tournament.

It was very helpful that the property was so close to the starting point! Being able to use the parking lot until the race ended was a huge help. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was kept very clean, and it was truly comfortable. The milky white sulfur hot spring bath was also outstanding. Above all, the landlady’s cooking deserves special mention for how delicious it is. Even now that I’m back home, I can’t get the clear highland air, the breathtaking views of Mt. Norikura, and the star-filled sky that felt within reach from the open-air bath out of my mind. Thank you very much. I will definitely come again.

The Room felt like home, so I could relax and stay comfortably. A typhoon hit unexpectedly, and from check-in the staff kindly shared helpful information and reassured me. There was a long power outage, but the staff’s support was truly excellent. Experiencing a typhoon on my first trip to Miyakojima will be useful for future visits. Thank you very much. This is a wonderful apartment-style Hotel that’s easy to use for work or leisure in Miyakojima. I’d love to stay again.

It was a very comfortable Accommodation. There was rice and drinks provided, and the Room was cooled when we arrived— the owner’s thoughtfulness was outstanding. We took a walk to the beach every morning and made wonderful memories. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Okinawa.

Needless to say, the food was outstanding, and although it differed from our previous visit, it was excellent. After serving the dishes, they did not interrupt unnecessarily, so we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Just like last time, the proprietress and staff were cheerful and full of energy, which made us feel very comfortable. This is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

We stayed here as a couple during Golden Week. Above all, we were truly impressed by how wonderful the meals were. Luxurious ingredients you can only enjoy here—such as Kesennuma’s famous shark fin and shark—were served, and everything was delicious. We were moved by each and every dish. We’re originally from Shikoku and regularly enjoy fresh seafood, but the abalone sashimi and oysters in particular were exceptional—an unforgettable taste. The Accommodation was spotless throughout, and the garden was beautifully maintained, making our stay very comfortable. At breakfast, you kindly shared various stories about Oshima, and when we left, everyone waved to us until we were out of sight. Your warm hospitality left us feeling genuinely touched. This is a lovely Accommodation where you can truly relax, and it will stay with us for a long time. We took walks around the area in both the morning and evening, and found great comfort in the birdsong, the star-filled sky, the clear air, and the unhurried island pace of life. Within walking distance is Jūhachi Naruhama Beach (designated a Natural Monument), well worth a visit. (It’s a mysterious beach that makes a squeaking sound when you walk on it.) Our only regret is that we arrived just in time for check-in this trip and left early in the morning. Since we live far away we can’t visit often, but next time we would love to stay longer at a more relaxed pace. Thank you very much to everyone at the Accommodation!

During this Go To Travel campaign, I stayed at about 13 properties, and the meals here were the best—just as you’d expect from a kaiseki Ryokan. Everyone should visit at least once.
