Stayed in a Bali-style maisonette with a second-floor bedroom and both an open-air Onsen and indoor bath. The prior communication was smooth, allowing us to enjoy our stay comfortably like a private villa. Thank you! The kitchen was well-equipped with cooking tools and tableware, so we brought wine, salad, deli items, bread, etc., and used the microwave and toaster for simple meal preparations. The open-air Onsen is located in the garden next to the living room. While there’s space available outside, there’s no shower near it. So we had to wash up in the indoor bath of the unit bathroom first before wrapping ourselves in towels and crossing diagonally through the dining-living area to reach the outdoor Onsen—an amusing experience! It truly felt like an authentic hot spring experience and was very relaxing. One concern: while using the outdoor Onsen in the morning, I noticed that windows on the second floor of a house across from us were visible over a road. It seemed like they could see directly into our position; raising fences slightly higher would be appreciated. Additionally, regarding upstairs bedding: The double bed felt small for two people as we unconsciously (or dreamily?) fought over blankets during sleep! If possible in future updates, larger beds with bedside boards on both sides would be wonderful. Regardless of these minor points—we’ll definitely return when visiting Ito again soon! Looking forward to staying here again.

We stayed as a group of five and had a very luxurious experience. The place was clean, with a spacious terrace for BBQ and ample parking. The kitchen was convenient to use, making it enjoyable to prepare and share meals. We would love to visit again!

The Room (building) was spacious and very clean. I was impressed that the dressing room in the separate bathhouse also had air conditioning installed. It is a perfect place to enjoy a quiet garden, drink alcohol, and stargaze at night.

We stayed here on a family trip with our dog, and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Next time, we’d love to stay in winter and make pizza in the fireplace!

It was difficult to find a property where we could stay together as a family, so I always left my elderly mother with my sister when traveling. The biggest issue was the toilet. However, there were two very clean and easy-to-use toilets, so our whole family could stay. My second daughter is not fond of public baths and couldn't often enjoy onsen, but she was very satisfied with the private onsen. The room was also very clean and easy to use, and the barrier-free facilities were appreciated. Thank you for fulfilling our family's wish. The owner was also very kind. We definitely want to use it again.

The rooftop view was amazing. I stayed with No Meals Included. Since I didn't have a car, I bought supplies at Zushi Station and took a taxi to the accommodation (less than 15 minutes away). Although the details of room amenities were not fully listed, everything typically found in accommodations was available (except for pajamas). There were even laundry detergents and clothespins, making it perfect for active beach activities. Everything needed for cooking and eating was provided, except for sugar among the seasonings. The tableware was slightly heavy but consisted mostly of large plates, which were ideal for group meals. There were also playing cards available, and the TV could be connected to personal streaming subscriptions. The view from the living room was also great. Next time, I'd like to visit before summer when days are longer. It was such a fulfilling and enjoyable experience! Thank you very much!

This was our first time glamping, so we were a little nervous, but the staff were very kind and attentive, which really helped. It was easier to enjoy than we expected. The views were beautiful, the food was delicious, and having drinks while looking at Mt. Fuji was amazing. We felt truly relaxed and had a perfect day. We would definitely like to come back again.

The location was perfect for sightseeing in Hakodate, and we loved the building’s atmosphere, the view from the Room, and how convenient it was to have a kitchen.\nWe stayed as a family of seven across three generations, and everyone was very happy.

The entire accommodation, including the room, was clean and comfortable to stay in. The meals were just right and enjoyable. One issue I encountered was during dinner when I wanted to order alcohol. Despite calling out several times to the hostess in the kitchen, she didn’t notice as she was wearing earphones, so I had to give up. It would be helpful if a menu could be displayed in the dining area and orders could be taken more conveniently. Overall, it’s an accommodation with good value for money where you can relax comfortably. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed as two couples, my husband and I, along with my sister and her husband. The accommodation provided shuttle service to the nearest station, and the staff's hospitality was excellent. The meals were outstanding; the rice from Uonuma was so delicious that both the porridge at dinner and breakfast the next day left us thinking we had never tasted such amazing rice before. If I had to mention one minor disappointment, it would be that the beef steak served at dinner was cold. However, all other dishes—appetizers, wild boar dish, sashimi—were absolutely delightful. As a parting gift, they gave us souvenirs which included a photo taken during our meal from the previous day—a wonderful keepsake of our stay. Thank you very much!

I was able to use it without any dissatisfaction. I am satisfied. Since it is separate from the Facility, I did not include it in the evaluation, but if you are using it with a car, there are many areas where you need to be careful as the nearby roads are narrow.

We stayed for two nights with breakfast included for four people. The surroundings were peaceful, with the sound of the river and frogs creating a tranquil environment to relax. The breakfast was very delicious. Since it was June, we also had the wonderful experience of seeing fireflies just a short walk away. The Shuttle Service to the station was very accommodating regardless of time, which was extremely helpful. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance!

Everything was so wonderful that I hardly know where to begin. The meat, sausages, eggs, rice, bread, coffee, juice—everything was unbelievably delicious. The amenities such as shampoo and lotion were excellent as well; the Japanese-style room smelled lovely, and the garden—with its many trees and plants being grown—also seemed truly impressive. I’m not very good with words, so I can’t fully describe how amazing this place is—sorry. All I can say is that you definitely won’t regret staying here. I highly recommend it.

I forgot to check the email I received before my trip and mistakenly thought the check-in number was the digital key! I couldn’t open it because I didn’t know the villa number, so I called and they helped me right away. Once I got the number, I was able to enter the Room safely. Thank you so much!! The Room was spacious, clean, and very relaxing. If I had to mention one thing, the TV felt a bit small for the size of the Room. Other than that, everything was great. I truly enjoyed my trip to Miyakojima. Thank you very much.

At check-in, I was given a detailed explanation of how to unlock the Room key and where the amenities were placed, which left a very good impression. Also, during the meal, when I accidentally dropped my chopsticks on the floor, the person from the front desk quickly brought me a new pair, which was very helpful. Such attentiveness is appreciated. The meal, although not having a large variety, was delicious, and I was grateful for the willingness to provide additional servings of rice. If I have the opportunity to visit Kurihara City, I would definitely like to use your services again.

The building feels a bit old, but it also incorporates some newer touches here and there, creating a lovely modern atmosphere. The indoor bath is somewhat dated, but it was kept clean and I was able to enjoy it comfortably. After soaking in the Onsen, my body gradually warmed up and it felt very relaxing. The open-air bath is a private family bath, so my husband and I were able to take our time and enjoy the Onsen together. Breakfast was delicious across the board, served warm, and we were very satisfied.

Stayed with six high school friends! The Room was spacious, and the staff were very kind. I would love to stay here again!
