I stayed here alone on a day when I split up from my friends during our trip. The chef and all the staff were very friendly, and we had great conversations. The food was delicious, and I ended up drinking more than usual... The Onsen with an open-air bath felt completely private both at night and in the morning, as my time never overlapped with other guests. It was raining, so I couldn’t watch the dog run or spend time with the dogs, which was a shame—but instead, I bought a dog neck pillow to take home.

This was our second stay—another visit. My spouse and I really enjoyed our time here. The Shika-no-Yu hot spring was wonderfully relaxing and very comfortable; we ended up staying in for a long time. The meals were delicious, with seasonal ingredients, and the Hanawa beef was incredibly generous in portion yet so tender we finished it easily. The freshly cooked rice for breakfast was also excellent—we ate the whole serving (one go). The starry sky visible from the Room window was unbelievably beautiful and truly moving. You don’t need to watch TV at all here. The comfort is outstanding. Thank you very much. We will be back again.

We chose this Accommodation for our final day. The meals were served in our Room, and above all, the Onsen was outstanding. Every dish was delicious, especially the sukiyaki and the surf clam sashimi. Breakfast was also generous, and the peach we had for dessert was sweet and very tasty. I was surprised by the proprietress’s greeting as it was my first time experiencing that, but thank you for taking the time to come and greet us. We would love to visit again. We will use the bottled natural hot spring water we received at check-out as a substitute for toner.

We stayed with two families (six people). The Facility was clean and well equipped, and we had a comfortable stay. We would love to stay again!

Thank you for your continued support. I often book a Multiple Night Stay, and it’s very comfortable. I was a bit confused by the check-in procedure the first time, but from the second stay onward I understood how it works and was able to check in easily. I plan to stay again in the future. It was disappointing that there were no bottled water provided. However, having a microwave was very helpful for a Multiple Night Stay. If I had to be picky, I would have liked a toaster as well.

We stayed at this Hotel during a trip to Izu with my wife. Our first impression was excellent—every staff member was kind and courteous. The Hotel itself feels a bit old, but the Room, hallways, stairs, bathrooms, and dining area were all very well cleaned. From our Room we could hear the sound of the waves and enjoy a relaxing time. (We even saw a squirrel in the pine tree.) We were glad to spend such a wonderful time together as a couple. If we have another chance, we would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

I stayed for one night without meals to attend an early morning event. Since it was a Friday weekday, there were only two groups of guests including myself, and the large public bath was almost like a private space. I could relax and enjoy the open-air bath as well. I chose a B-type room (with a shower), which was impeccably clean, and the welcome chocolates were a nice touch. The room had a coffee server, allowing me to enjoy coffee or tea with the provided natural water. There was also a door separating the toilet and entrance hallway from the room, which was very convenient for nighttime trips to the restroom. Additionally, indoor socks were provided along with yukata robes, making my stay very comfortable. The bedding is said to be Italian-made; the pillow had just the right firmness for me to sleep soundly. Overall, it was an extremely satisfying accommodation experience, and I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity.

It was my first visit to Shinwa-no-Yu in almost 10 years, and I was able to relax very comfortably (in the Hakodate dialect). The Accommodation was clean, and I was satisfied. I look forward to staying with you again.

The interior facilities and amenities were excellent. The Room had a stylish Western feel, and I would like to stay again. The bed was very soft, and I slept comfortably. A short drive away there are many shops, and the nearby shops listed in the Hotel guide were easy to understand.

This Ryokan has an outstanding Japanese atmosphere. The view of Nishi Honganji from the Room is amazing. I would love to stay again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The private villa Room was very clean and comfortable. My wife and I were both delighted with the unique and fun dishes, such as the instant-smoked salad and a soup called “Picasso.” We made our Reservation through IKYU, and even though we only mentioned it was our honeymoon on the day of our stay, we had a wonderful time thanks to the many warm touches of hospitality. We also want to visit the restaurants recommended by the owner-chef that sounded so delicious. When we come back to Okinawa, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Highly recommended for sauna lovers! The private sauna was available anytime, so we could enjoy it as often as we liked and then relax outdoors while taking in the lush green views. The open-air bath was also spacious, and the scenery was soothing—an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed a leisurely meal. They also kindly accommodated my friend’s birthday at dessert time, which made my friend very happy. All of the staff were friendly, and we had a very comfortable stay. It’s a place that makes you want to come back. It would be lovely during cherry blossom season, or in autumn when you can enjoy chestnuts as well. We’d love to visit again. We stayed in a first-floor Room, and both the Room and the Onsen were spacious, allowing us to relax in great comfort. The tea served at check-in in our Room was truly delicious. It was the first time we’ve stayed at an Accommodation where we could freely enjoy such carefully selected tea and black tea. The selection of welcome drinks and snacks in the Room was also plentiful. I love drinking tea with good water, so having 2L of water provided was a personal highlight. I also appreciated having both yukata and loungewear. The staff were very kind. We had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

I love hotel stays and have stayed at many Hotels across Japan, but this Hotel was exceptional. In particular, the views of Mt. Yotei from the Room and the large public bath, as well as the sea of clouds I saw from the rooftop early in the morning, were breathtaking. It seemed there were only a few guests during my stay, so I was able to use both the fitness gym and the large public bath almost privately. The gym had Pilates machines and state-of-the-art equipment, which made working out even better. The shampoo and conditioner in the large public bath had a lovely scent and were very relaxing. I was also happy that the hair dryer was a Dyson product. Breakfast was served as a set course with a choice of Japanese or Western options. The portions were generous and everything was delicious. During my stay I caused some trouble by accident, but every staff member responded with great kindness—thank you very much. Personally, I loved the Room’s color scheme and interior design; it really lifted my mood. If I visit Niseko again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed at a villa for our trip to Okinawa with friends. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making our stay very enjoyable. When we opened the large windows in the living room, there was a garden with an ocean view. In the mornings, we enjoyed yoga and radio exercises by opening the windows. The beach was just steps away from the garden, where we watched beautiful sunrises and collected seashells and coral. It was such a wonderful trip to Okinawa! We would love to visit again. We chose this vacation house in the Maoi area of Naganuma Town to get away from the city noise, relax in nature, and recharge. It had already been featured by various people on YouTube, so it fully lived up to our expectations. All we could hear were birdsong, insects, and the wind. Just watching the sky change—from sunset to twilight, a sky full of stars, and then dawn—made all our worries fade away. We stayed at Maoiq konfort, designed around a Scandinavian interior concept. The Louis Poulsen pendant lights in the double-height space were beautiful as they reflected again and again in the glass against the sunset sky. For me, unlike a Hotel stay, there’s simply no alternative to a vacation house where you can spend time privately and peacefully without anyone disturbing you—so I don’t mind a small difference in cost. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Below are a few points that I felt would make it even better, from my perspective working in architecture and interiors: I would have liked an interior roller blind since the entrance door is glass. Similarly, vertical blinds on the living-room windows facing the double-height space would be helpful. It would be best if there were dimmer circuits for the lighting switches. I’d prefer outlets by the bed to be on the center side; there was nowhere convenient to place my phone while charging. The bedside light is positioned too high and falls into your line of sight when lying down. If Scandinavian design is truly the concept, I’d like to see floor or table lamps added. I wanted lower-level lighting overall. (Downlights on the double-height ceiling don’t feel necessary.) To enjoy stargazing at night, I wanted an on/off switch for the lighting that illuminates the white birch trunks across from the terrace. A luggage rack would be appreciated—I didn’t want to bring dirty suitcase wheels indoors.

It was my first time in Hakodate. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and the morning market nearby, making it easy to stay even without meals included. The Room was very spacious, and as a tall person, I felt extremely comfortable. The Room also had cutlery available, so we could reheat the "Yakitori Bento" we wanted to try using the microwave provided in the Room, plate it nicely, and share it between two people. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of warming up the Room before check-in. Highly recommended condominium!

We stayed here for our first trip with our beloved dog. The spacious and clean area we saw as soon as we opened the entrance door was amazing, and it instantly lifted our spirits. The Room was clean, well-equipped with cooking utensils, and very comfortable. The manager was very kind and helpful when I called a few times due to my lack of preparation, which I greatly appreciated. The season was perfect, and our dog seemed to enjoy running around the garden or taking walks on the sandy beach in front of the property. We had a truly wonderful time here!
