For this price, I was 120% satisfied. It’s a typical Business Hotel. Check-in and check-out were a bit problematic—especially check-out. Even though there was no need to use the screen, everyone did, which caused a line to form. I wish it had been made clearer that it wasn’t necessary. Still, at that price, I can only be satisfied.

We chose this Hotel for a two-night family trip. Although it is a bit old, it was very clean and the staff were friendly, so we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was free, and both days we enjoyed tasty Japanese-style meals.

It was a stay for seniors, but we had a satisfying experience.

A very simple and comfortable Hotel. Free services such as laundry and breakfast. We stayed as a group of three, and there were properly three beds available. Stayed for two nights without any issues. Thank you for your hospitality.

I decided to stay here after making an inquiry beforehand. When I checked in and opened the Room door, it felt more like a regular home than a Hotel. I especially liked that there was a microwave, a washing machine, and bathroom drying. I think it’s rare to find a Hotel Room with all three. After taking a bath, I could do laundry and heat up convenience-store meals in the microwave and eat—all without leaving the Room, which was great. The only thing that bothered me was that the space between the table with the TV and the bed was narrow. It was a bit hard to walk through, and it made the whole Room feel small. Still, overall I’m glad I stayed here, and I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

I had to leave early in the morning, so having breakfast at the Hotel was difficult, but the Room had a microwave, which allowed me to heat up food purchased from a convenience store.

It has been quite a while since my last stay, but the check-in process was smooth.

I stayed here for a live event at Ecopa. Check-in was until 10 PM, but since I arrived at Bentenjima Station just before 10 PM and went to buy dinner at a convenience store first, I called to inform them that I would be checking in after 10 PM. The staff responded very kindly and warmly, which made me feel reassured. When I arrived, they informed me that the Onsen was open until 11 PM. When I asked if it would be okay as long as I left the bath by 11 PM, they assured me not to worry since there were still other guests who hadn't arrived yet. Although the person who answered my call earlier was different from the one who greeted me upon arrival, it felt like all staff were well-trained and caring, which left a warm impression on me. The view from my room was great. Since it was late when I checked in, I only used the room for sleeping, but it was very comfortable. Instead of traditional futons on tatami mats, there were mattresses with futons laid on top of them, allowing for a soft and restful sleep. If there's one thing I'd wish for—it would have been nice if the Onsen could also be used in the morning since its hours started from 3 PM. The location is right in front of the station with a convenience store nearby; combined with excellent service from the staff, I'd love to stay here again if I'm ever visiting Shizuoka again. I stayed here during the Expo. Although I was a bit worried due to the low hotel rating, I had a stress-free stay. The foreign staff at the reception were also kind. The facility feels a bit old, but it offers reasonable accommodation, so I was satisfied. On the other hand, if it were newer and more expensive... One thing, as mentioned in many reviews, the bathroom drainage was indeed not smooth.

This was my first stay, and I booked a Multiple Night Stay for two nights. The toilet is not equipped with a washlet, and the facilities feel old. My Room faced the Ueda Station rotary (on the 6th floor), but voices outside echoed so loudly it felt like the window was open. (As is common in regional cities, young people tend to hang around late at night.) That said, while I have several complaints, the staff are outstanding. Everyone was very pleasant and kind, more than making up for the drawbacks. The Accommodation Fee is also low. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, and there is a good izakaya on B1 as well. Overall, I think it’s a Hotel with excellent value for money.

The bed springs seemed worn out. There was no lighting, so at night I turned on the TV with the sound muted and left the bathroom door open. There was an empty plastic bottle under the bed... The front desk staff were friendly and nice. The air conditioner felt too large for the Room. The shower pressure was great, but it was hard to adjust the temperature. I was disappointed that there was no bidet toilet seat.

I used a smoking room, but thanks to the air purifier installed, the smell of cigarettes was not very noticeable.

A very retro Showa-era Hotel! It’s well cleaned. The male staff are calm and pleasant, but the female front desk staff came across as a bit harsh and condescending, so 4 stars. For meals, you can get refills of three mini rolls! It’s a little awkward to ask for more (lol). It was worth the price, and I’m glad I could stay at a low cost.

There is a shared microwave and water available in the hallway. Since I checked in after having afternoon tea at 3:00, I prepared my own dinner. Breakfast was a very tasty buffet, and I tried every item. I would like to stay again.

They were very courteous and helpful on the phone as well.

The service provided by the foreign female staff during check-in was excellent. The bento-style breakfast was appreciated, especially as it avoided the loud conversations (and flying saliva) often experienced with foreign tour groups during buffet breakfasts at other accommodations. As a senior, I found it satisfying and filling. While some wear and tear is noticeable in various parts of the facility, considering the cost-performance ratio, I find it outstanding and will use this accommodation again.

Close to the station and affordable. Clean, quiet, and relaxing. Despite mistakenly booking a smoking room instead of non-smoking, they kindly accommodated the change. Thank you very much!

It was comfortable and pleasant.

Just about a 2-minute walk from the station, making it very convenient for sightseeing in Tokyo. Although it is along the railway tracks, we couldn’t hear any noise at all. The Room was spacious and the bed was large. The bathtub was small, so it may be difficult for larger men to use, but there is also a public bathhouse nearby. Amenities are not well stocked, so women should be sure to bring essentials such as facial cleanser. You can see Tokyo Skytree and Mt. Fuji. Unfortunately, it was hazy this time, so Mt. Fuji was only faintly visible. There is also parking available, and overall satisfaction is high!

This was my first stay, but the location was great, the price was reasonable, and the Room was clean. If I had to mention one thing, the Room air conditioning did not work very well.
