I stayed here to watch a soccer match. It’s close to the downtown area and the station, and the rates are relatively affordable, so I’ve used it several times. The bathtub is a bit small, which is slightly disappointing, but it’s fine overall. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Following last year, we stayed again over the New Year holidays. With traditional New Year decorations and osechi at breakfast, we were able to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Kanazawa, and once again had a very satisfying stay. This year there was also snow on the ground, making the view of Kanazawa from our high-floor room even more memorable. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything this time as well.

I needed a place to park my car until after 2:00 p.m. on the day of departure due to work, and they let me park for free. It was a huge help. I also appreciated the 24-hour coffee service and the treatment buffet (?)—both were great perks. There are still many things I didn’t get to fully enjoy, such as the relaxation area and the breakfast buffet, so I’d like to try the services I missed next time. For some reason, the washlet didn’t work, so I deducted one star from the Facility rating.

The Hotel staff are always courteous, and every time I stay here, I’m glad I chose this Hotel. The breakfast is consistently delicious. It’s clearly homemade, and you can tell it’s prepared with great care and attention. Being able to enjoy a tasty, well-balanced meal in the morning leaves me truly grateful.

It was my first time staying at this Hotel, and the staff were helpful and handled the parking quickly. However, the Room lighting was different from other hotels—there was only one light, so turning it off made the Room completely dark. For a Hotel, I would like them to add more lighting like other hotels.

I often stay here when I’m on business in Tokyo. It takes 20 minutes to get to Shinagawa, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the Hotel, which is very helpful. I think it’s a good Hotel close to the station. Breakfast is reasonably tasty and sufficient, but you might get tired of it on a Multiple Night Stay... I’ll be back again.

I booked this Accommodation because it is relatively close to Tomarin. There is a nearby San-Ae and two convenience stores, and various free food options are available; it is also a valuable smoking-allowed Hotel. The toilet space feels a bit tight, and the steps up to the loft are narrow and steep, making them slightly difficult to climb, but it’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

I needed to stay overnight with my son on short notice, so I looked for a twin room. It was No Meals Included, but we were more than satisfied. The bathroom is a unit bath, but it’s a newer type and slightly more spacious. There are convenience stores and AEON right in front of the property. There are several nearby parking lots, with a maximum fee of 600 yen. The staff were also kind.

As others have mentioned, the building itself is old, but it seems the interior has been renovated. The bathroom facilities feel a bit dated, but the shower head and air conditioner were new, so I stayed very comfortably. All the staff were friendly and polite with great smiles.\n\nYou can order the 700-yen breakfast even on the day, and you can choose from toast, pancakes, curry, or a Japanese set meal—really great.\n\nOne downside: because the in-room amenities are black, dust was noticeable. The Room may have been vacant for a day or two. One set of loungewear also looked slightly discolored, so I think that should be replaced.\n\nThat’s why I’m deducting one point, but for this location at this price—no complaints at all!\n\nThe lights turn on when you insert the room key card; however, since it isn’t linked to the air conditioner or refrigerator, they had already turned on the air conditioner before I entered and set it to a comfortable temperature. Such thoughtful service.\n\nI’ll definitely stay again. Thank you!

It was located along a main street and easy to find, but the signage felt a bit small. The Room was decorated in bright tones and felt clean, but the semi-double bed was a little cramped for two people, and it was disappointing that the toilet did not have a bidet seat. Other than that, we were generally satisfied. Although we couldn’t fully enjoy the view due to rainy weather, the location is great and we would like to stay here again when visiting Matsushima.

A perfectly standard Room with no issues. Personally, I was a bit disappointed there was only one pillow, but it’s a business hotel so that’s understandable. With breakfast included at this price and a great location, it worked very well for my needs on this trip.

I’ve stayed at about 80% of the Hotels in Matsumoto, and this one felt like a top-tier, truly great find. Major chains are reassuring because they’re standardized, but this Hotel has a distinct character you won’t find there. - The Room is extremely spacious for the price. The bath is also clean. A curtain can separate the entry corridor area from the Room. - From upper floors you can see Matsumoto Castle—great views. It’s a shame that on the Northern Alps side, apartment buildings block most of the view. - Even with a no-breakfast Plan, you can sign up at the front desk for ¥550 and enjoy a buffet worth well over ¥1,000. *You can have Nozawana pickles every morning. The menu changes daily.* - The lobby has Matsumoto folk-craft furniture tables and chairs, creating a calm atmosphere that feels very “Matsumoto.” - The staff service is excellent. - It’s a bit farther from Matsumoto Station than other Hotels, but it’s closer to Matsumoto Castle and museums, and it’s also right near the downtown area. - A convenience store is nearby. One request: it would be even better if there were a large public bath.

The Hotel feels like an art gallery, with artworks displayed throughout, making it fun to explore. The Hotel makes generous use of wood and stone, creating a comfortable space, and the welcome and staff were very warm and reassuring. I was happy that the bathroom amenities were from uka. However, it was disappointing that the rooftop bath is mixed-gender and requires swimwear—I wanted to enjoy the view from the rooftop. I would appreciate it if there were designated time slots. The meals were also delicious and carefully prepared, which was great.

The staff were very kind. The Room was spacious, and it was great to have a large bathtub. I would like to stay here again when I visit Hakata.

The large public bath was excellent. The breakfast menu was diverse and fantastic. However, the air conditioner was full of dust and mold, which was disappointing. If the air conditioner is cleaned, it would be perfect.

During my trip, I suddenly needed to stay overnight in Iwaki and made a Reservation. It was the lowest price in the 7,000-yen range for a double room with breakfast for one night. On top of that, on weekdays only, they offered dinner (curry or beef bowl) plus all-you-can-drink alcoholic beverages—an excellent service. I was also able to relax and unwind in the large public bath. This is an Accommodation I’d like to use as a base for sightseeing in Fukushima.

This was my second stay. Once again, I was able to relax and rest well. The Room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. (The pudding is delicious!)

The Hotel staff were very kind, and the Hotel was clean. It was great value for money, and I was very satisfied! I would love to stay again. Thank you very much! I checked in late at night, but they let me into my Room early, which was a big help.
