My spouse and I stayed in a Deluxe Double. The bed was spacious enough for an average Japanese build, and we slept very well. There are vending machines inside the Hotel where you can buy alcohol and simple snacks. As for parking, the space next to the Hotel is narrow and fills up quickly, but there is a slightly larger area about one block away. I was worried after checking Street View whether there really was free parking, so it would be nice if the website provided clearer guidance. However, when we parked on the street that day and asked at the front desk, they kindly explained it to us, so it wasn’t a problem. It’s a very typical Business Hotel, and it was comfortable. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the TV is fixed to the wall and its HDMI port is only accessible from behind, so I couldn’t plug in my laptop or smartphone to display anything (even though there’s an input button on the remote...).

Good value for money. Close to the station and very convenient. This was my third stay, and it was as good as expected.

The Room was spacious, so I could relax and unwind. I was lucky to get it at half price during a sale. This Room had more train noise than usual, but I always sleep with earplugs, so it didn’t bother me much. It was relaxing and comfortable. The Hotel staff are always pleasant.

My flight from Oita Airport was early in the morning, so I stayed the night before. The price was very affordable, and the Room was clean, making my stay comfortable.

I have stayed here several times. The front desk staff are polite and attentive, which I personally find very satisfying. Breakfast was just right and delicious.

I often visit Fukuoka on business, and this was my first time staying here. It’s a bit of a walk from Tenjin Station, but still within a reasonable distance. Above all, I enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options. I didn’t have much time on this trip due to work, but as the name suggests, the Hotel has an impressive collection of manga—perfect for manga lovers. The amenity bar, which is common these days, was also great.

Great location and affordable! The Room was very clean, and I loved that it had wooden flooring instead of carpet—it felt really nice. I was also happy that the amenities were DHC. There’s a beef tongue restaurant less than a 1-minute walk away, which was very convenient. If I get to visit Sendai again, I definitely want to stay here.

The staff were very helpful. I think this was the best Hotel I have ever experienced in terms of service. I’m glad I stayed here and would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed on a Saturday night over the weekend, and perhaps because it operates as a Business Hotel, the pricing felt very affordable. I stayed in a twin Room; it was reasonably spacious and very well cleaned. However, there was no safe in the Room, which was slightly inconvenient. There is no shared bath inside the Hotel, but we were informed that it partners with a nearby Onsen Facility. I used the in-room unit bath, though the drainage felt a bit slow. The anago hitsumabushi for dinner was excellent and truly enjoyable. With its reasonable Accommodation Fee, this Hotel is recommended for sightseeing in Onomichi and enjoying Hiroshima’s famous conger eel.

The Room was very clean, the amenities were well provided, and the Hotel staff were kind. Even without meals included, bread was available in the morning. We felt thoughtful attention in every aspect. I rated only the bathroom a 3 because the shower required adjusting both the hot and cold taps, which was slightly inconvenient. It was very comfortable, and I would like to stay again.

It was close to Disney and reasonably priced, so we chose to stay here. The Room was clean, and having the bath and toilet separate was great. I thought it would have been even better if there had been a chair in the bathroom. I’d like to stay here again when visiting Disney.

At the front desk, the staff kindly guided me through the procedures as I was unfamiliar with them. There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed time. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was also conveniently located near Kannai Station and very easy to use. The property uses smart check-in and mobile ordering throughout. Staff are of course available, so if you’re unsure about anything, they will assist you and there’s no problem. It felt like unnecessary extras have been eliminated to enhance the quality of meals and other services. The Room with a semi-open-air bath was more than spacious enough. The interior seems to have been renovated, so it didn’t feel particularly old, but the Room is not barrier-free and there were quite a few steps/level changes. The staff were friendly, and overall it was a very satisfying Accommodation. One thing: free coffee was provided in the lobby, but unfortunately it wasn’t drinkable. I used it while waiting to check in, and since that’s an important moment that shapes first impressions of an Accommodation, I wanted to mention it.

Although minimal, the Facility was well equipped. In addition to two provided chairs, there was also a chair suitable for desk work, which seemed convenient for business use.

A free shuttle bus to the airport is available, which is very convenient. Breakfast was excellent!

This was my second stay since 2018. As always, every dish at dinner was delicious, and I was very satisfied. The hospitality was also wonderful, and I truly appreciated the advice for visiting Matsumoto Castle the next day. Thanks to your guidance, we were able to sightsee smoothly without feeling the heat too much. If I have the opportunity again, I would love to stay with you in a different season. I used to stay at Mercure quite often overseas, but since I travel less these days, this was my first stay in a while. The location is very convenient—just a short walk from Shimbashi Station and Uchisaiwaicho Subway Station. I believe it was originally an office building, later converted into an annex of a neighboring Hotel, and then rebranded as Mercure. Since the property is scheduled to close soon for renovations, I was grateful to be able to stay at a very reasonable rate. Perhaps because of the location and the brand, most guests were international, and many of the front desk staff were as well (they assisted me in flawless Japanese). With an interior design inspired by a “theater,” the whole place feels even more international. The Room design was also quite bold. There is a couch-like platform near the window where you can lie down and watch trains passing by (Shinkansen, Tokaido Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line, etc.). However, getting up onto it takes some effort, and opinions may differ on how practical it really is. Aside from the décor and these design choices, it felt like a slightly upscale Business Hotel. I’m looking forward to seeing what concept it will adopt after the renovation.

Conveniently located near the station and easy to find. Although the selection is limited, a free breakfast is included. There is also a large public bath, and since I stayed in the East Wing, I could go there in my Room wear, which was very satisfying. I will use it again if I visit Kanazawa.

The downtown entertainment district was nearby, so we enjoyed great food and drinks. The front desk staff were excellent, and we were able to spend a comfortable time in the Room. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again if we have the chance.
