Arriving drenched in sweat, I was able to take a breather right away in the lounge with the complimentary shaved ice service. It felt like the best kind of hospitality. The Room felt smaller than I expected, but everything was pleasantly well kept and I had a comfortable stay. Joining the morning walk was also worthwhile—I learned things for the first time thanks to the guide’s explanations, making it a meaningful experience. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. With Kofuku-ji Temple, Nara Park, and the station all nearby, it’s an ideal location for sightseeing, so I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nara.

I have stayed here many times. The bathroom has a separate bathtub and washing area, so you can relax and enjoy a long soak. Many of the front desk staff are from Okinawa and are very kind. The breakfast is delicious, and this Hotel offers great value for the price. I highly recommend it.

Although the building feels a bit old, both the Hotel and the Room were very clean and well maintained. It was a short stay, but I was very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including many local Oita dishes, and everything was delicious. I even wondered if it was really okay to have such a satisfying breakfast at this price. If I had to mention anything, the Room air conditioner took a while to cool down, and breakfast dishware and food refills sometimes couldn’t keep up—but during peak crowds, that seems understandable. Overall, I was very satisfied and would love to stay again if I have the chance.

We stayed as a family. The family-type room with a bed and sofa was spacious and comfortable, especially with small children. However, the water stains on the walls and floor of the bathroom were quite noticeable. Since we specifically chose a separate toilet and bath type instead of a unit bath, we had higher expectations for cleanliness, which was disappointing. Although we were curious about the restaurant, we didn’t use it this time but hope to try it when our children are older!

The building and Facility aren’t necessarily new, but the room was clean and comfortable. I stayed on the 9th floor on the station side, and when I looked out the window in the morning, I could see Lake Biwa in the distance. You can hear trains, but they don’t run very often, so it didn’t bother me. It’s much more reasonably priced than central Kyoto and only about 8 minutes to Kyoto Station, so I’d like to stay here again on my next trip to Kyoto. Note: There are no disposable slippers provided, so I recommend bringing your own (for example, inexpensive ones from a 100-yen shop).

Due to my mother being critically ill, I needed Accommodation on short notice. There were various changes, such as extending my stay little by little and being placed on a waiting list for cancellations, but I truly appreciate your quick and flexible support. All of the front desk staff were kind. The cleaning was slightly lacking, but considering the price, I was fully satisfied with breakfast included. I also became a member, so I look forward to staying again if I have the opportunity.

It felt like a historic Hotel, with a luxurious interior. I have stayed in various quadruple Rooms, but this one was especially spacious, with plenty of space around each bed. The bathroom, washbasin area, and bedroom were separated, which made it very comfortable. I’m very sorry to hear it will be closing soon, but I’m glad I was able to stay here one last time.

This was my second stay, and this time I stayed in a Superior Twin Room. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which was excellent. The room also felt more than twice the size of a Double Room, making it very comfortable. Breakfast had an adequate variety and was delicious.

The made-to-order breakfast options are simply outstanding. The buffet is also well stocked, with a wide variety of drinks. I’ve only stayed in the twin Room, but it’s very clean and comfortable. The size is decent. The lounge is a calm space where you can read while enjoying delicious coffee. The staff are all very pleasant, and I think it’s a great Hotel. If I had to nitpick… the parking lot is a bit narrow. When large cars are parked there, it can be quite difficult to get in. Also, when the lot right next door is full, you have no choice but to park at the second lot a few blocks away. It’s fairly far, so it’s tough if you have lots of luggage or on extremely hot days. There was a payment issue, but the front desk staff handled it very well! I got a little lost on the way from the station, but I managed to get there. If you consider it a typical Business Hotel, I think the Facilities are reasonable. The breakfast rice porridge was delicious! If I go to Shimonoseki again, I’d like to stay here again.

Within walking distance of Gifu Hatori Station. There is a specialty koppe-pan shop nearby where you can pick up breakfast; it is also within walking distance. The Hotel has an older design, but it feels clean and comfortable, and the guest rooms are more spacious than they appear in the photos. This is just my personal impression.

It may have been just bad luck, but the noise from the neighboring Room was loud and made it hard to fall asleep. I could clearly hear footsteps and movement inside the Room, and even snoring, so I felt the walls might be a bit thin. It’s also possible the neighbor was simply noisy. Since I also tend to snore loudly, there’s a good chance I ended up bothering others as well, so I don’t think I can stay here with peace of mind next time. The location is excellent—very close to Tokyo Station and within easy walking distance from the station—but if you have large luggage (a suitcase), be aware that depending on which exit you use, some areas do not have escalators or elevators, which can make it difficult. The Room itself is extremely compact, but more than enough if you just need a place to sleep. It also seemed to be cleaned thoroughly and was very clean.

I stayed here because I had errands nearby, and it was a very simple yet properly renovated, clean Hotel. The Room looks a bit dark in the photos, but it doesn’t feel that dark when all the lights are on. I’m very satisfied to be able to stay at this price.

I was surprised to find someone else being guided to my seat when I returned after getting food during breakfast. Even though there was an "in use" sign on the table and I had left my salad bowl there.

When I put a half-finished plastic bottle in the refrigerator, it was interesting to find that about half of it had frozen by the next day. After that, it still froze even when I set the power to the lowest level (though it’s hard for me to see clearly due to presbyopia). Since I usually sleep with three pillows stacked, I asked to borrow an extra pillow. They had a two-tier pillow available, and when I stacked my original pillow on top of it, it became the same height as what I use at home, so I slept very well. It was a clean Hotel, and I had no complaints about the Room size or Facility amenities. The front desk service was also satisfactory. If I had to mention anything, it was a bit disappointing that the scrambled eggs at breakfast were too soft and hard to pick up with chopsticks, and that there were no cotton swabs among the amenities.

Everything was clean and pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, especially the shishamo. I would have liked tomato juice.

I stay here every time I visit Tokyo. This time it was cold, so I borrowed a circulator fan. Thank you for your kindness and support. All the staff were very pleasant. Thank you again—I would love to stay here again.

I traveled to Toyama on short notice and made a Reservation to stay here. The Room was clean, and all the amenities I needed were provided. There is also a sauna and a large public bath, where you can stretch out and relax. I stayed on the 7th floor, so the view was great, and it was nice being able to watch the Shinkansen from above.

Since this is a city known for its beautiful night views, we chose this Hotel for its location and Room with a great view. As a result, we were able to relax and take our time in a Room with a wonderful night view. We were surprised by the steep slope at the location and how narrow the parking area was. There are no convenience stores within walking distance; items are sold in the Hotel, but it may be better to buy what you need in advance. There is a bus stop in front of the Hotel, making it convenient to get to Nagasaki Station and the downtown area.
