Whenever I visit Kochi, I always stay here. The Room was clean and well kept, and breakfast was a Japanese set prepared individually; it was tasty and the portion size was just right. One small concern was that the bathtub plug chain was wrapped tightly around the faucet, which made it difficult to remove. I understand this may be unavoidable for a single Room, but I would be happier with a TV with a larger screen. I will stay here again.

While looking for a Hotel near Inuyama, I found a great Hotel at an affordable price. Breakfast was included, and you won’t find that price elsewhere. The breakfast selection was good, and I left feeling full. The room was spacious, the interior was clean, and I could relax comfortably. Free parking is also a nice perk. It’s conveniently located for sightseeing around Inuyama Castle and even close to Gifu Castle, so I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much.

The staff's service was excellent. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as a single fresh flower in the room, and the breakfast was delicious! I didn't use the large public bath, so I rated it three stars. It was an accommodation I'd love to visit again.

Close to Ningyocho Station and within walking distance to Suitengu Shrine, the location was very convenient. Since it was just for accommodation, good subway access was all I needed. This time, I looked for a hotel near Tokyo Station as I participated in the Tokyo Marathon. The route from Suitengumae Station to Otemachi Station and then Tokyo Station was convenient, as well as from Ningyocho Station to Higashi-Ginza Station on foot and then Ginza Station to Tokyo Station. To reach the starting point at Shinjuku Station, I could take the Tokyo Metro from either Ginza or Tokyo Stations.

I had a comfortable stay. The reception staff were pleasant. It was my first time staying at APA Hotel, and I thought the razor was excellent.

I used the breakfast buffet, but I couldn’t find any bread. When I asked, I was told, “We don’t have any.” If possible, I would like bread to be available as well.

I stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter—three of us. The front desk staff were very kind and listened with a warm smile to my 6-year-old granddaughter’s little stories, which made our stay truly enjoyable. It was a wonderful trip.

Since we had a Child Sharing Existing Bedding, the parking lot was far away and it was difficult. We also had to make the sheets on the bunk bed ourselves, so checking in late at night and doing that was tough, and I didn’t have the energy to go to the large public bath (lol). However, we were very satisfied with breakfast and the early-morning bath in the large public bath. It completely washed away our fatigue from the night before. Next time, since we will have a Child Sharing Existing Bedding again, I would like to request parking closer to the Hotel. Thank you for your kind support.

Even though I decided to travel at the last minute, I was lucky to find an affordable and great Accommodation. The service was good. Overall, it’s old, but it felt clean and well maintained. I would stay again.

Although it was a basement Room, I was surprised by the high quality. The bathroom and toilet had a sophisticated design and felt very clean. I wished there had been a place to hang wet towels. It’s conveniently located right in front of the station, so I’d like to stay again. I was also satisfied with dinner at the izakaya inside the Hotel.

This was my second stay. First, I checked in at the front desk using the QR code sent in advance and received the necessary amenities. I also had some light snacks. It feels just like a regular Hotel. The parking is right in front of the Room, which is convenient if you have a lot of luggage. The Room is also just like a typical Hotel, but it was comfortable at night because there was no noise from an upstairs toilet flushing.

Our family of five (four adults and our third son, 1 year and 9 months old) stayed here. We had been looking forward to this trip for a long time, but the weather on the day was terrible—so bad we were caught in a sudden torrential downpour. The heavy rain made visibility poor on the way to the Facility, and it was still pouring at check-in, but thanks to the staff’s kind and careful guidance, we were able to get into our dome tent safely. Unfortunately, the bonfire event planned at the center was canceled, but that couldn’t be helped given the weather. Even so, the Facility offered a rainy-day-only service of lending a projector free of charge (normally 1,000 yen). Thanks to that thoughtful gesture, our kids never got bored and we were able to enjoy glamping in a way that only a rainy day can offer. By the time we headed to the large public bathhouse, the rain had stopped for a while and there were few other guests. The men’s bath (with our kids) and women’s bath (for my wife) each felt like private use. We could relax without worrying about anyone else—and for our 1-year-9-month-old son it was his very first large public bath. Seeing him enjoy it without being scared put smiles on all of our faces. Even at night the weather remained unsettled—rain on and off with occasional thunder—but we couldn’t give up on seeing the stars. After putting our youngest to sleep, we took it easy with coffee. When I stepped outside around 3:00 a.m., all the clouds had cleared away, revealing an unbelievably beautiful sky full of stars. Countless stars shone brightly—far more than you could ever see in town—and I felt staying up late was truly worth it. On another note, perhaps because of the heavy rain, a few millipedes found their way into our house tent area and our older two boys made quite a fuss in the middle of night (laughs). We ended up slightly sleep-deprived, but now it has become one more funny family story—something that comes with being surrounded by nature. In the morning we woke up to birdsong. The fresh air made for an incredibly pleasant start to day—a luxurious moment you can’t experience in everyday life. The previous day’s bonfire had been canceled as an event, but they kindly arranged for each house area to enjoy one until 8:30 a.m. next morning instead. Watching fire while drinking coffee and reading was exactly what I’d hoped for. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast together as family on deck in front of house area; meals eaten in nature are something special every time—and everything was delicious. Even after returning home,we kept talking about how much we'd love come back again."

We stayed at this Accommodation during our family trip to Hiroshima and Shimane over the Obon holidays. The Room had a wonderful Showa-retro atmosphere—nostalgic, calming, and very charming. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, and we were able to relax in great comfort. The bath was under renovation during our stay, but the staff kindly provided a Shuttle Service to a nearby Facility, so we were able to use it without any inconvenience. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. Above all, the meals were outstanding! Both dinner and breakfast were generous in portion size, and the Jinseki beef was absolutely superb. The fluffy rolled omelet at breakfast was also delicious—our whole family couldn’t stop saying how good it was. We were also told that there are salamanders in front of the Accommodation, so we went to take a look. One even came close as if it had come out to meet us, which delighted our entire family. It became one of our favorite memories from the trip. Thanks to the lovely Room, delicious food, and the warm hospitality of all the staff, we had a wonderful time together as a family. We would love to stay again when we travel to the Hiroshima area. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay.

I stayed on the Plan with a sauna. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but I arrived around 1:30 PM to leave my luggage, and I really appreciated that you were able to show me to my Room right away. I booked a standard Room, and it was next door to the sauna Room, which made it easy to go back and forth and very comfortable. The sauna was very clean, and I was happy that the amenities were Aesop and the hair dryer was ReFa. It was also nice that we could bring the welcome drink back to the Room, which helped us relax. The sauna itself felt great and was very relaxing. The only disappointment was that we were told we could enjoy the sauna from check-in until check-out, but when I tried to use it in the morning, the power was off and I couldn’t use it. There wasn’t an instruction manual either; since it had been running automatically when we arrived, I didn’t know how to operate it and felt a bit stuck. Other than that, everything was very comfortable, and I think this Accommodation is highly recommended for sauna lovers.

It was a snowy morning, and the view from the window was stunning—breakfast was a truly relaxing moment. The salmon Eggs Benedict and the mushroom risotto were exceptional. The only disappointment was that when I left my luggage before check-in, I was directed to use a sofa to take items out of my suitcase, but it was quite full; I would have appreciated being shown a baggage rack or similar option instead.

We arrived by car. The steep slope and distance from the parking lot to the accommodation made it quite challenging, especially with suitcases. The accommodation itself was clean and well-maintained, including the room, toilet, and bathroom, which made for a pleasant stay. The lamps placed throughout created a unique atmosphere that was very charming. However, I did wonder how other guests spent their time in the dimly lit rooms aside from enjoying the onsen. It was refreshing to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and relax in a remote mountain area where even smartphones couldn't be used, surrounded by the sound of a flowing river and autumn leaves. I would love to visit again once the open-air bath is restored.

Even though we were on the top floor, it rained unfortunately. We couldn’t enjoy the open-air bath or the terrace.

I chose this Hotel for its great location and price. It’s close to the elevator at the Asakusa Line station, which made carrying luggage very convenient. The Room was clean. The bath area and the shelves in the Room had slightly more space, making it easy to place items, and I felt it was thoughtfully designed. The amenities were well stocked, and I especially liked that the quality of the cotton pads was better than at other Hotels. When staying in Asakusa, I would like to use it again.

I stayed with my beloved dog. The Room was clean and odor-free, and I appreciated that the trash bin was placed out of reach for my dog. There was also information about nearby pet-friendly shops. We were not disturbed by the sounds of dogs from other Rooms, allowing my dog to relax comfortably. The staff, from various countries, interacted with warm smiles without being overly formal, which left a very positive impression. I would love to stay again if given the opportunity.

I stayed overnight after a banquet the other day. The Room felt a bit small for a twin, but the view from the Room (Kansai International Airport was beautifully visible) was great, and I woke up feeling refreshed. It seems to be a relatively new Hotel, and it was very clean. The price with breakfast was also reasonable, and I would stay again if I have the chance. However, since it was my first time, it took some effort to find my way into the parking lot. From the second time on, it should be fine.
