First, the Hotel itself was great in terms of cleanliness, location, and security. The bathtub was large enough to stretch out in, and although it’s in a busy area, the Room was quiet and very comfortable. However, what was disappointing was the staff... When I called in advance to change my check-in time (a male staff member), he was very pleasant, and I looked forward to my stay. At check-in—skipping the details—they were polite but never smiled throughout. At check-out as well, I simply placed the key card into a box, but there were four or five male and female staff members nearby doing something, and not a single person spoke to me... so I left quietly. The only person who greeted me during my stay was a foreign female housekeeping staff member in the morning. Even though she seemed busy, she cheerfully said “Good morning!” with a smile, which felt really nice and made me happy. I’ve stayed at many Hotels before and have never once felt unsure about how the staff treated guests, so this was very disappointing. The Hotel itself is good, and I would like to stay again if I have the chance. I also think it’s a recommended Hotel—so I wrote this hoping that this point can be improved.

The Hotel is in an older building, but it is well maintained and very clean, and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The location is very close to Tsukiji Market, and it was a good, affordable Hotel for exploring Tsukiji and Ginza. It’s behind Honganji Temple, and they were holding a Bon Odori dance festival.

Right after breakfast I had to work, and they kindly kept things quiet—even during cleanup, they were very careful not to make noise. The bath was also wonderful. Some people mention insects or noise, but I didn’t experience any of that at all!

I love mountains and rivers, and this was my first stay because you can see both from the Room. As expected, you can see the Mogami River from the Room window, the open-air bath, and the dining area. I could also see the torii gate across the river. With only a small number of Rooms, I was truly able to relax. The Room had a lovely Tsugaru lacquerware sweets container. The open-air bath was quite hot so I didn’t stay in long, but my skin still felt wonderfully smooth afterward. One thing I personally appreciated was that the hair dryer in the women’s bath had strong airflow. All of the staff were very thoughtful, and it’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

A friend recommended Kiyosato to me, and my long-awaited 3-night, 4-day stay during the Obon holiday finally came true. We were very well taken care of at Country Inn Orchard. The owner welcomed us warmly, and everything—from the meals to the interior design—was beautiful, making our memories in Kiyosato truly unforgettable. By the time I boarded the train out of Kiyosato on the last day, I already wanted to come back again soon. Thank you very much!

You can feel the thoughtfulness in everything! I was so satisfied it almost felt like they went above and beyond. We only had breakfast, but you can sense the care put into each dish! Next time, I’d love to come back for dinner to try their longtooth grouper cuisine!

During our meals, we were served by international staff. They were very courteous in serving and clearing the dishes, greeted us properly, and our family was able to enjoy our meal comfortably. The food was delicious and very filling. When the staff quickly noticed that there was a minor in our group, they promptly changed the pre-dinner drink to juice. We truly appreciated their thoughtful response. In the morning, a staff member offered us refills of rice in the ohitsu, which made it easy to ask for more.

The Room we stayed in was very spacious. The bedroom and a separate lounge area with a sofa were divided into two spaces. Having an indoor bath that we could enjoy as many times as we liked at any time was wonderful. Both the Japanese breakfast and dinner were delicious. One small disappointment was that there were no extra amenity towels provided. At times, trash had not been cleared away in the tasting corner. However, overall it is a very clean Hotel, the hot water is excellent, and the meals were satisfying, so we would definitely like to stay again.

This was our first trip to Shikoku by car from the Kanto area. Since my husband loves saunas, we often look for an Accommodation with a private sauna. This one isn’t completely private, but we chose it because the view from the barrel sauna is truly one of a kind. Right up until checkout, we were picking up shells with our child, spotting fish, chasing fast-moving crabs… and we were surprised to even see a ray-like fish. Even though we’re adults, we got way too excited—now that we’re back home, it honestly feels like the Urashima Taro story. For dinner, we had the “Tamatebako” shabu-shabu and added the optional sashimi. The photos didn’t show any carbs, but the shabu-shabu came with udon noodles to finish, and the portions were more than enough for our family of four. There were two types of meat in two tiers, plus plenty of vegetables—it felt very generous and good value. We couldn’t finish everything at night and had the udon the next morning! Are those breakfast croissants sold anywhere? They were so delicious! To the woman who explained everything in the building: when you showed us to our Room and saw that we’d bought lots of alcohol, you kindly said, “Please go ahead and use the fridge as soon as possible!” That thoughtfulness made me really happy—I wondered if you enjoy drinks too. Needless to say, the scenery was incredible. We were blessed with great weather and spent an unbelievably happy time there. There aren’t pajama-like items provided, so I slept in my sauna poncho—but Nishikawa bedding was very comfortable. It was also convenient to have two hair dryers. A drum-type washer/dryer would be even more convenient someday—please consider it (haha). Next time I’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay! Thank you very much for taking care of us.

Although my arrival time was past 10 PM, I received very courteous service. The Room was also impeccably clean, allowing me to have a comfortable stay. Recently, I often use Route Inn and am always satisfied with their service.

Of course, it was my mistake—I thought it was the Kabukicho Tower Hotel I always use, but it was a different Hotel. It’s nice, but the Kabukicho Tower Hotel is probably more convenient. That said, if you’re staying in Tokyo and plan to have a few drinks, I think this is a good Accommodation.

This was my first time staying here. As it is a Business Hotel, I did not have high expectations, but the hospitality from check-in to check-out was truly impressive. I had the best sleep compared to any other hotel. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed as three generations and booked two Rooms (a barrier-free Japanese-Western Room and a Japanese-Western Room for four). ■Room Barrier-free Japanese-Western Room It felt a bit dated, but it was very clean and comfortable even with a wheelchair. That said, the view from the window was mostly the garden hillside, so the scenery was a little underwhelming, and the Room felt slightly dark at times. Japanese-Western Room (for four) A beautifully renovated, stylish space! With an amazing view of the pond right in front of us, our daughters were thrilled. ■Onsen・Facility / Inside the Accommodation The tatami hallways meant no slippers were needed—such a relaxing atmosphere. There was also a footbath area where we could unwind. The private bath in particular was spacious, so my mother could use it with peace of mind. The Onsen water quality was surprisingly rich and moisturizing—truly wonderful. ■Meals・Service The food portions were generous and everything tasted excellent. The extra-ordered horse sashimi was also very satisfying. When they prepared a cake for us, they kindly helped set things up so we could enjoy it in our Room, which we really appreciated. The free drinks after viewing hanamomo blossoms (including draft beer) were also fantastic. ■Overall The Rooms, Onsen, and meals were all outstanding—we had such a fulfilling stay. We would definitely like to return to this Accommodation.

A last-minute trip to Fukui. We stayed at Mayu-san’s Accommodation for one night, and they took great care of us. We originally made a Reservation simply because we wanted to visit a gravel beach and this was the only available place nearby, but it exceeded our expectations in the best way!! Since we had been playing at the beach, we headed straight to the bath right after check-in. There are four washing stations, and from the tub you can look out over the Sea of Japan. In the women’s bath, there were about six types of shampoo and conditioner to choose from—such a thoughtful touch! Dinner was what we had been looking forward to: an incredible boat platter packed with fresh sashimi. We actually said out loud, “Is this really for two people?!” The selection may vary by day, but everything was extremely fresh and delicious. Even though we visited in August, we also got to enjoy crab. When I asked later, I was told that Echizen crab in winter is even better—now I’m already excited. And just when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite, they served one whole fried flounder per person—what a surprise!! Rice refills were free as well. It was also great that we could enjoy everything in our Room. After dinner they laid out our futons for us, and our family of three—completely full—immediately sprawled out flat (laugh). There was only one small thing I noticed: At lights-out, it would have been nice to have a nightlight or bedside lamp! If there actually was one and I missed it, sorry about that! We also had breakfast in our Room the next morning. The grilled mackerel was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had!! Ah… I want to eat it again. The proprietress and staff were all truly cheerful and kind—we really felt their warmth. They took care of everything so efficiently that we had no inconveniences during our stay. Everything was kept very clean throughout as well, making it a comfortable stay. Since it took us over four hours each way from Nara, one night felt too short—I wanted more time to enjoy Fukui’s seafood. We’ll definitely be back!! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We stayed as a family. They kindly let us enjoy playing in the river, and the children were delighted. My mother said it was a wonderful Ryokan and that she would like to visit Kajika-so again when the cherry blossoms are in bloom. I was also happy because I had expected to sleep on futons in a Japanese-style room, so having beds was a real comfort for me since I have lower back pain. We would love to visit again as a family. An easy walk from Akashi Station to the Accommodation. The Room was very spacious and felt wonderfully open. The bath also felt almost like a private bath, as it was nearly all to myself.\n\nI was looking forward to dinner, and it exceeded my expectations. It felt like there was a top-class chef here. From the way the dashi was prepared to how the vegetables were cut, every dish was carefully made, and I was truly satisfied. With its distinguished history—such as the Tokugawa family crest—this Accommodation delighted my history-loving husband as well.\n\nThank you for taking such good care of us.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was delicious, and we could see the ocean from our Room, which made it very relaxing. We stayed with our elderly dog, so we may have caused some inconvenience, but they were kind to us until the end. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your kind assistance during my late-night check-in. I would love to visit again. Next time, I plan to arrive earlier and enjoy a more relaxing stay.

I was really looking forward to staying again after a long time. The bright room was spotless, and I appreciated that the air conditioner had already set the room to a comfortable temperature at check-in. With a mini kitchen, washer & dryer in the room, and a shower by the parking area, it’s comfortable even for long stays focused on ocean activities. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the bathtub is spacious enough to stretch out and relax. The refrigerator is also large—plenty of space for drinks and ice. The staff’s hospitality is wonderful. This time we stayed just before a major typhoon, but I was impressed by how sincerely they supported guests who were unsure about visiting the island. It’s a Hotel I love and would definitely like to stay at again.
