When I visit my parents’ home, I stay here once or twice a year. I always book the Moderate Twin, and the Room is spacious and very quiet, so I can relax and rest well. Breakfast has a great variety and is very satisfying. This time (I don’t think it was available last time), there were options like shabu-shabu, steamed vegetables, and meat soup, all of which were delicious. Also, I love tea but watch my caffeine intake. They had decaf options I haven’t seen elsewhere, such as decaf Earl Grey, which was wonderful. They’ve also created a guest lounge using part of the breakfast restaurant area, where you can enjoy soft drinks anytime. It seems like a great place to unwind as well. The rooftop area is still open and remains a soothing space. However, they used to offer one complimentary drink including alcoholic options, and that service has ended, which was a bit disappointing (maybe it was replaced by the lounge?). In any case, I’d definitely like to stay again.

I stayed for two nights and three days. They let me park my motorcycle indoors, which gave me peace of mind. The bath was incredibly relaxing, and I went in many times. The food was delicious—I ate too much. I also appreciated the all-you-can-drink alcohol option. I fully enjoyed the three days and had a wonderful touring trip. Thank you to Itoen Hotel Atagawa. I stayed here while attending a concert at Hiroshima Green Arena and had a comfortable stay. The streetcar runs right in front of the Hotel, and the location was great, so I would like to stay here again when I visit Hiroshima.

I came from Kobe on the Jumbo Ferry, and it was very convenient to get around—from the ferry terminal to Takamatsu Station and the covered shopping arcade. Thanks to that, I enjoyed plenty of udon and bone-in chicken. Having Sanuki udon for breakfast was a real highlight.

Nearby is Kuromon Market, and a short walk will take you to Namba Grand Kagetsu (NGK) and Ura-Namba, with plenty of places to eat and shop—an extremely convenient location. It’s quiet at night so you can sleep well, and the value for money is excellent.

It was my first time in Hakone Gora, and I was able to relax at this quiet Accommodation surrounded by forest. From the welcome drink onward, the meals kept coming—an indulgent dinner with plenty of cheese and meat. It was a bit too much for me, but everything was delicious. Breakfast was wonderful as well, with freshly cooked rice, miso soup, and rice topped with an Onsen egg—I thoroughly enjoyed a Japanese-style breakfast for the first time in a while. It is a small-scale Accommodation with a calm atmosphere; the Room was spacious enough, and there was also an open-air bath, which made it very convenient to use. I was happy to wake up to birdsong. All of the staff were very kind and attentive—thank you very much.

This was my second stay. I use this Hotel when I visit Hiroshima city. My home is close enough for a day trip, so I could go back, but I liked staying overnight, enjoying the area around the Hotel the next day, and then heading home early. The welcome lounge is casual and convenient. Dinner was affordable and delicious. Breakfast was very filling, which felt a bit heavy for me at my age. The Room is spacious, though the bathroom is a little small—but still perfectly fine. It’s an easy place to stay, so I’ll use it again.

After a concert at Budokan, I stayed one night with my daughter. The good points were the convenient location near the station, a great seafood rice bowl restaurant nearby, and the view from the high floor. The disappointing points were that there were no amenities and quite a lot of noise came through the gap under the door.

Perhaps because I wasn’t familiar with the area, the location was hard to find, but once I was shown to my Room, it had a double bed and felt clean, so I could relax and felt like I got a great deal.

One of my favorite Hotels, and I've stayed here several times! On the day of my stay, it was the last day of the summer festival, and the streets were bustling with people. It was lively and fun, so I couldn't help but join in! (Haha) The Hotel offered a drink service with beer available, as well as snacks like beans. I also appreciated being able to park my bike for free—thank you! The complimentary breakfast in the morning was also much appreciated. Looking forward to staying again!

I stayed here again after my previous visit, and once again I’m glad I chose this Hotel. The Room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the breakfast—it was delicious. The freshly made tofu in particular was surprisingly good. This is a Hotel that truly leaves you fully satisfied. Highly recommended!

I stayed here again because I had a great experience last time! There’s a FamilyMart and a supermarket within walking distance from the Hotel, so the location is very convenient. The front desk staff were also very kind, which left a great impression. I also enjoyed having a pool!

I stayed for one night on a business trip. They upgraded my Room, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. I was also impressed by how politely the foreign front desk staff assisted guests. I will stay here again when I travel to Tokyo for business. Thank you very much.

This time I was traveling from Tottori and Shimane to Fukuoka. Since I needed to get to Itami Airport early the next morning, I searched for a place where I could take a short nap and found this property. I arrived at 23:30 and left just before 5:00 the next day, so my stay was brief—just a shower and a little sleep— but the front desk staff were very kind, and I was very satisfied with the amenities. Also, the bus stop was right nearby, which was extremely helpful. If I have another chance, I’d like to stay longer next time. Thank you very much.

I stay here every year as my regular Accommodation. Overall, I’m satisfied, but I was very disappointed to find that the morning newspaper service had been discontinued. I have chosen this Accommodation as my regular place mainly for the meals and the newspapers, so if possible, I would appreciate it if you could resume offering two papers—Asahi Shimbun and either Nikkei or a sports newspaper. Thank you.

This is a stately, traditional Hotel. Even the hallway carpets evoke a sense of its history. The baths were very spacious and relaxing. Since a lift is installed on the stairs leading to the baths, they can be used by guests with limited mobility or elderly guests as well. The open-air bath was also wonderfully open, and we could hear the sound of the river flowing through Genbikei Gorge nearby, which made it especially relaxing. The meals were carefully prepared. Breakfast in particular featured a wide variety of items beautifully arranged, making it both delicious and enjoyable. As we traveled by Shinkansen this time, we really appreciated the Shuttle Service bus to Ichinoseki Station. We also heard that you place special emphasis on Chinese cuisine, so I would like to try it on our next stay.

The service was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. I will use it again. If I’m being strict, there is no Onsen, and there were a few spots in the Room that felt a bit dated, so I rated those 4 stars. Overall, it’s 5 stars. Thank you very much.

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. They answered our questions in a friendly manner, making this Hotel very comfortable to stay at. I would like to stay here again.

I enjoyed spending some time without a TV for the first time in a while, listening to music via Bluetooth. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and I was able to relax. The outdoor exhibits were colorful and fun, and I even walked along the beach for the first time in years. Thank you as well for arranging the Shuttle Service to the museum at night. Thanks to that, I was able to fully enjoy a different side of the museum experience. I forgot to check the opening hours and missed seeing the Valley Gallery, so I’d like to try again and make a Reservation for another visit. Thank you for such an elegant stay.

We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Everything was outstanding—the beautiful Room, the delicious meals, the private bath, and all the Hotel staff. The food in particular was amazing; the course meal made generous use of ingredients from Shimoda, and we could truly savor Shimoda’s richness from start to finish. The Hotel staff were also very kind—helping us with a small mishap in the bath (lol) and explaining each dish clearly. My girlfriend was thrilled, and I’m glad we chose this Hotel.
