I stayed here for a live show at Pia Arena MM. I wasn’t sure which Hotel to choose, but picking this Richmond Hotel was absolutely the right decision! Bashamichi Station is close by, so I reached my destination quickly on the Minatomirai Line. It was also a typhoon day, and I really appreciated not getting too wet in the rain. The room is very simple, but it was comfortable and there was no trouble finding space for my luggage. The mattress was excellent and I slept very well. The amenities were also great—toner, emulsion, face masks, etc.—and I liked the system of picking them up in the lobby. Just one thing: the shower curtain had a bit of an odor. Other than that, I was very satisfied! The shower water pressure was fantastic. Since it was for a live show, I planned to bring my own hair iron, but when I checked with the Hotel in advance they lent me one. It’s an iron that can do both straightening and curls with one unit—and it worked really well. The staff and front desk team were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I’d like to use this Accommodation again.

We stayed in a twin Room with a view of Sakurajima for a Multiple Night Stay. The Room was compact but had everything we needed, and we were able to relax comfortably. On the day of our stay, you kindly stored our luggage from the morning, which allowed us to head out for sightseeing around Sakurajima at a leisurely pace. When we returned to the Hotel, our luggage had already been brought up to our Room, which we really appreciated. The chicken rice for breakfast was very delicious. Combined with the calm and pleasant service from the staff who served it, it made for a wonderful breakfast time. The complimentary coffee was also excellent. The front desk staff were cheerful and welcoming as well. What made us happiest was, without question, the outstanding value for money. We also used early-bird and Multiple Night Stay discounts, but we were genuinely surprised that such high-quality service could be provided at this price point. My wife was also delighted and said, “It’s such a great Hotel—I’ve become a fan.” It turned into a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

On our summer trips each year, we always choose ibis Styles Sapporo as our regular Hotel. Every year at check-in, being welcomed by the front desk team’s smiles makes the fatigue of a long journey disappear. This year as well, thanks to your kind support via IKYU, you accommodated our requests, and we were able to spend quiet, relaxing time in a spacious Room. We sincerely appreciate your thoughtful consideration. While providing environmentally conscious services, you also respond pleasantly to guests’ detailed requests, and once again we truly felt how glad we were to stay with you this year. We would also be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to the parking staff and the cleaning staff; their support made our four-day stay wonderful. We look forward to staying with ibis Styles Sapporo again next time. Thank you very much, everyone. It is an excellent Hotel.

A 5-minute walk from Asahibashi Station. The location was very convenient for using the Yui Rail and buses. Since it is new, the Room was stylish and comfortable. In particular, the spacious bathroom with a separate washing area was very relaxing. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious for the price. I was disappointed that the free drinks from 6:00 PM were not all-you-can-drink, but limited to one canned drink per person.

The full-course dinner in the evening was our child’s first experience, and it was a wonderful one. Everything at breakfast was delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and attentive, which really impressed us. We would definitely like to visit again.

We stayed as a couple with one 4th-grade child. The Room was small, but since we only needed it for sleeping, we were completely satisfied. The Room was clean. The amenities were well stocked, and for three people on a Sunday stay with No Meals Included, it was under 6,000 yen with an instant-use points discount. Even though it was summer vacation, we were very happy to stay this cheaply. For dinner we had bone-in chicken at Ikko (Nakaifu) (the taxi fare was 1,700 yen), and in the morning we had udon at Kogane Seimen, which opens from 6:30. There’s also a Super Trial supermarket nearby within walking distance (open 24 hours), which was very convenient.

This was my first time staying here. I had no familiarity with the area and hadn’t planned where to eat, but thanks to the wonderful hospitality of all the staff, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay. I will stay here again the next time I visit Maizuru. Thank you very much.

The lounge was great, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately, the chairs on the courtyard patio were badly torn and worn out. The TV didn’t receive BS channels, and the remote batteries were weak, making it hard to change channels. I also looked for the first-floor restaurant because I wanted to eat seared bonito, but it was already gone. It was still listed on the signboard—if it’s no longer available, please update the signage accordingly.

The staff's service was excellent. They approached us without us having to ask, and their response was quick. Thank you very much. We stayed in a double Room at an affordable price, but it was really just enough space for sleeping. If morning extensions are possible, I would like to prepare leisurely in the Room, so if there were slightly larger Rooms available, I would love to use this place again. Also, this is just a personal request, but if the loungewear were more like pajamas with separate pants and tops that could be worn around the facility, it would be more comfortable for me as an older guest. Walking to the bath in loungewear felt a bit embarrassing.

The staff are all very pleasant, and I think it is a Hotel with great hospitality. The dinner was also delicious.

The staff were very pleasant, and overall we were very satisfied. I was a bit concerned about some dark staining around the sinks in the large public bath changing area (it seemed clean and well maintained, though). My grandchild wanted to play table tennis, but it was only available until 9:00 p.m., so we couldn’t, which was disappointing.

The twin Room was very spacious and comfortable. However, it was a bit disappointing that the bathroom area felt small for the size of the Room. I felt it would have been even more comfortable if the bathtub were a little larger. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of shops nearby. The drink bar in the lobby was also a nice touch.

I chose this Accommodation because I wanted to relax while watching the sunset on the Tango Peninsula. Since I wanted to see the sunset at Kotobikihama Beach, we decided to go to a nearby local restaurant for dinner. The view from the Room window was amazing, and I was truly impressed by the design that carries that view all the way into the bathroom. I was also happy to find a variety of drinks and snacks in the Room, and the amenities were high quality, which really lifted my spirits. The breakfast venue also has partitions, so it feels spacious and relaxing. The small side dishes had such gentle flavors and were very comforting. The after-meal sweets and carefully selected cup-brewed coffee were also delicious. Next time, I’d like to book with dinner included and visit again!!

This is a private room with a bed, desk, and chair. There is also a tall locker with a key. The room door does not lock, but there is a women-only floor that you can access by card, so it felt safe. The bed was very clean and spotless! There was no musty mold smell that’s often associated with Okinawa. The ceiling above the bed is fairly high. There was also a mirror for doing makeup. The shower rooms do have some mold, which is unavoidable. If that really bothers you, Okinawa might be difficult in general—so it should be fine. Even though it’s in an entertainment district, it was very quiet. So quiet I wondered if there were any other guests besides me. They also store your luggage! It’s cheaper than using coin lockers, which I really appreciated. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

I stayed for one night and had a comfortable experience. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s very close to Sapporo Station, and within walking distance to the Clock Tower, Odori Park, and Susukino. There’s a Lawson convenience store in front of the Hotel and a Seicomart around the corner, which was very convenient. The Room was small but clean and functional. It would have been even better if mineral water was provided. Breakfast wasn’t bad but not particularly outstanding either—it was average overall. I appreciated that they had soup curry available. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was helpful. However, during check-in payment, I noticed that the amount presented was before applying the IKYU discount; if I hadn’t caught it, I might have paid the full price without realizing it. When I pointed this out, they checked and adjusted it to reflect the discounted amount. From outside, it looks simple like a typical Business Hotel; however, while not spacious, the front lobby is stylish and clean. The neighboring Aspen Hotel from the same group is larger and more impressive in appearance; still, this smaller-scale atmosphere here left a positive impression on me as well.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This is my favorite Hotel with amazing value for money—I’m a repeat guest. All the staff were truly pleasant, kind, attentive, and gentle, which made me very happy. Thank you for accommodating my request. This time I stayed in a slightly larger twin Room. It was tastefully arranged, very clean and spotless, and extremely comfortable. Amenities are available to take freely next to the front desk. Even though it has convenient access to Budokan and Tokyo Dome, I think it’s a wonderful Hotel with excellent value for money at this price. Next time I’d like to stay in an even larger Room.

We visited with our children. It was an extremely hot day during summer vacation. Since we arrived early, we had lunch at the restaurant and enjoyed soft-serve ice cream at Usanchu Cafe. The restaurant’s limited “Takehara Fish Rice” (only 10 servings per day) was also delicious. The staff member who explained how to eat it was very pleasant, which left a great impression. To be honest, we didn’t have high expectations for the breakfast and dinner buffets because it’s island food, but everything was very tasty. The sea firefly observation event from 8:00 PM and the morning walk were meaningful experiences that helped us learn about Okunoshima’s history. The former principal’s talk also seemed fun for the kids. Touring the island on the C Walk was another enjoyable experience for our children. I would highly recommend this Hotel to families with kids and to rabbit lovers.

I stayed here as a base for attending a game at PayPay Dome. The Room is compact, but the bathroom and toilet are separate, which made it more comfortable than expected. It’s also conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, making it easy to get around before and after the game. Recommended for travelers who want a comfortable stay at good value.

From check-in onward, the staff provide pleasant and welcoming service. It’s a bit disappointing that the Room key is not a card key, but... The breakfast is delicious! This time, I extended my check-out time for an additional fee and was able to relax. I will stay here again.
