I stayed here for a live show at IG Arena. I thought getting from the Shinkansen platform to the Hotel might be difficult, but the official website had photo-guided directions, and by following them I got there without getting lost. Without that guide, I don’t think I would have made it. The Room was clean and the view was great. Amenities are available next to the front desk, where you pick up what you need. The bath and toilet are in the same unit, but since there is a large public bath, I used that instead. Being able to stretch my legs in the large public bath after the live show felt wonderful! Breakfast was also great—the Nagoya Cochin omelet was especially delicious. This is a Hotel I’d like to use again.

It was better than I expected. The Room was spacious and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I was satisfied. There was only one trash bin in the Room, so I thought it would be nice to have another one near the sink.

The bath, the Room, and the meals were all excellent. The bath has a great view and is spacious, so you can relax and take your time. The catfish at the breakfast buffet was especially delicious, so I ended up eating a lot. All of the staff were very kind. (Thank you so much for sending my lost item back to me!) I will definitely stay here again!

I stayed on the Early Bird 56 / No Meals Included Plan in a Corner Double Room for Single Use (Non-Smoking) (Double). This was my first time staying near Fukushima Station, and I’m glad I chose this Accommodation. The Room was compact, but clean and easy to use. In particular, the bathroom was very clean, which I think is especially appreciated by women. Amenities are placed next to the elevator for you to choose what you need, and everything necessary is available. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the drip coffee in the Room was! The staff were very kind as well, and I had a comfortable stay.

It was truly just a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station’s East Exit. There is also a large public bath, which is great when traveling with friends since you don’t have to wait your turn. However, it does get crowded at night. The changing area isn’t very spacious either, so if you can go earlier, make the bath a priority!

Even though I don’t swim in the sea, I travel solo year-round in search of gourmet Accommodations near the coast (for the food and scenery). I was delighted to be upgraded to a sea-view Room. It was a Japanese-style Room, but it also had a leather sofa and ottoman, so I could stretch out and relax while gazing at the ocean. When I woke up around 5:00, I was able to watch a beautiful sunrise from the Room. There is a calm inner-sea beach right in front of the Accommodation, and there are showers as well—great for families with small children. The meals were outstanding, featuring an abundance of local specialties. My main goal was Wakasa-guji (tilefish), but it was even more delicious than I imagined—the Wakasa-guji ochazuke was exceptional. And the Matsunaga rice was unbelievably good (probably the best I’ve ever had). I didn’t use the public bath and used the shower in my Room instead, but I loved that the shampoo and conditioner were Hokurokusousui—one of my favorite brands—and it helped me relax. Recently there have been more Accommodations renovated from wooden buildings, but some noise—voices and footsteps—is unavoidable. You can often hear children as well. It’s not exactly quiet. However, more than making up for that, I felt each staff member’s hospitality and way of interacting with guests was wonderful. In particular: the woman with glasses who assisted me at check-in; the woman at breakfast (I’m sorry—I forgot your name); and one of the male staff members who kindly gave me helpful advice for sightseeing in Obama after check-out. Thanks to them, it became more than just an overnight stay—I had a chance to learn even more about Obama, making this trip extremely satisfying. I heard that midwinter is especially good for grouper, pufferfish, and Echizen crab. As transportation access improves from here on out, this will be an Accommodation you’ll want to visit even more. Next time it would be perfect if I could borrow a firmer pillow!! Please make that happen on my next visit!! (I can’t sleep if a pillow doesn’t suit me.) The Hotel is in a great location, and the Room was very spacious, making our stay comfortable. Akita Station is also nearby, and the Akita Citizen’s Market, where you can shop, is just a short walk away, which made our stay enjoyable. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

My spouse and I stayed from Sunday to Monday. The front desk staff were pleasant, and while the baths are not brand-new, we were very satisfied with the sauna and walking pool. I also joined a löyly event in the sauna for the first time. We chose the dinner buffet, which offered a good variety of dishes, all tasty, and my wife especially enjoyed the desserts. The parking fee was reasonable, and on Monday we were able to leave our car parked while we took a walk around the nearby Heijō Palace Site. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

The meals at the restaurant “Kado” were delicious, and we really enjoyed them. It was also very helpful that we could request both the morning and evening newspapers. They deliver them early, too—especially the morning paper, which is great since we like to read it carefully from early in the morning. These days, many Hotels no longer offer newspapers, so this service is truly valuable. We sometimes choose where to stay for that reason alone. Thank you as always for your kind hospitality.

We stayed here recently to visit DisneySea. We chose this Hotel again this year, following last year’s stay. The building felt very clean, and the exciting interior design from the moment we entered delighted our child. The Room decor was also adorable, with different colors by area. There were free drinks, and the lounge is spacious, so we were able to have breakfast together with my brother’s family who were staying in a separate Room, which was wonderful. I accidentally left a headband at the Hotel and contacted you after returning home. Even though you were busy, you responded quickly and even mailed it back with a warm message, which made me very happy. I would love to stay here again when we visit Disney. Thank you very much for everything!

We stayed here on our first trip to Tottori as a family of five. We were surprised at how reasonably priced it was, including the Room, bath, and meals. Everything exceeded our expectations. They also offer yukata rentals for your stay, and our children were happy to choose their favorite patterns.

I live within an hour of the Hotel, but I find it a hassle to travel out of town, so I have been familiar with your Hotel since its days as Miyako Hotel. Every year I stay at your Hotel and spend quiet time without going out, reading magazines and relaxing. The housekeeping and bed-making are excellent, and it is very comfortable. I will visit again.

I used it because there is a large public bath and a sauna. At the bath cafe, the relaxation area, large public bath, and meals were all excellent. I regret that I didn’t have time to watch the theater performance. The Hotel was a bit dated, but it was very well cleaned. Breakfast was said in Reviews to be limited, but there were both Japanese and Western options and it was satisfying overall. It would have been nice to have one fruit option as well. I would like to stay again.

I was looking forward to the view from the Room, and it truly was breathtaking. It was also great that we could have our meals in the Room. What made me even happier was the selection of complimentary drinks available in the lobby. Ice was freely available as well, and since acerola juice is rarely offered, I enjoyed it many times during my stay. I had a very pleasant stay at this Accommodation.

I stay here whenever I visit Nagano. It’s very convenient as it is directly connected to the station. After I requested a buckwheat husk pillow once, they have thoughtfully placed one in my Room ever since without me having to ask. They often have my Room ready and let me in without making me wait until check-in time, which is very helpful. Thank you as always.

It felt like an extraordinary Hotel experience, as if we were traveling abroad. Both the Japanese staff and the fun international staff provided wonderfully pleasant service, making our stay even more enjoyable. At dinner, they introduced the menu, and our middle- and high-school-aged children were able to enjoy the meal while chatting. At breakfast, we could also see beautiful Mt. Yotei. The fresh sashimi and Hokkaido vegetables in particular were truly delicious. The Room was spacious, with an island kitchen that felt like something overseas. There was a separate bath and shower Room, two toilets, and TVs in each Room. The private bath was a big hit with our teenage daughter as well. As a mother, I was especially grateful for the washing machine in the Room—it really helped to be able to wash clothes that got wet during river rafting in Niseko! Just a short walk away is Tokyu Grand Hirafu’s activity Facility, where our whole family enjoyed pickleball from the morning. There are also photo spots, so we could make good use of even the small amount of time before check-in or after check-out without wasting it—and capture great memories too! It was such a wonderful Hotel that made us think, “We want to come back!”

With warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality, a beautiful space blending Japanese and Western styles, and gentle Japanese cuisine made with local ingredients, our stay was truly wonderful. The Room is comfortable, combining a Japanese-style room overlooking a beautiful Japanese garden with a cozy bedroom. Thank you for such an exceptionally relaxing time, as if wrapped in a soft, gentle atmosphere.

We enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay in the Sukiya-style Room, Futaba Aoi. It was a wonderful Room, filled with the owner’s and Nakamura Sotoji Komuten’s attention to detail in every corner. Both the Western-style room and the in-room bath were very comfortable, and we were able to relax completely. Since Arima’s Onsen town is compact, we took a walk in the morning and then fully enjoyed the Onsen at our Accommodation from the afternoon onward. Even though it was a leisurely trip, time flew by.

Since I mainly walk around the Sakae to Osu area, I initially chose Forza for its great location. I thought that as long as the location was good, everything else could be just decent. But once I stayed there, the Room was great, the bathroom was excellent, and the Facility was clean. That’s why Forza has become my base for my twice-a-year trips to Nagoya. To enjoy the local atmosphere, last time and this time I booked No Meals Included and went out for a morning set at local coffee shops, but it still doesn’t compare to Forza’s breakfast. Next time, I plan to book a stay with meals included.

A relaxing accommodation located at the foot of Mt. Sanbe with a fantastic location. The price is reasonable, offering great satisfaction. The meals are diverse and exceptionally delicious. If given the chance, I would love to stay at this accommodation again. Thank you!
