Just a 1-minute walk from Oimachi Station, right by Exit A2. I stayed on the “Shower only / No bathtub (Single)” plan. I couldn’t find the QR code for check-in, but the staff kindly helped me. The room was clean, and the toilet and shower room were also spotless and comfortable. I didn’t notice any street or train noise, which can be common in busy areas. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. There’s a FamilyMart in the same building. I finished work late, but it was helpful to have Fuji Soba (open until 22:00) and Hidakaya (Chinese restaurant) nearby (open until 2:30 from Monday to Saturday). Unlike Osaki Station, Oimachi Station has separate ticket gates for the Rinkai Line and the Keihin-Tohoku Line, so please be careful if you’re in a hurry in the morning.

This is my third stay, and I’m very satisfied. I’ll be back again.

This was my first time staying here. The Room was a comfortable size even for three people, and we could see the sea diagonally across from the window. There is a smoking area on each floor. It was a bit hot outside during the day, but while having a smoke and looking at the mountains, we saw a Taiwanese squirrel dart by, black swallowtails fluttering around, and kites flying in the blue summer sky. Since it’s a retro-style Hotel, it gave us a pleasantly nostalgic feeling. My companion tried the set menu of an enzyme bath and foot reflexology massage and said it felt amazing! The enzyme bath was spacious, and the staff were very polite and kind—it seemed to warm up and relax both body and mind. The atmosphere in the Room is calm as well. Amenities like toothbrushes and toilet paper were properly provided. At night, the corridor outside the guest rooms had an Italian-style vibe—I couldn’t help murmuring, “How lovely!” The whole Hotel isn’t flashy, but it’s clean, quiet, spacious, and relaxing. After checkout we all agreed—“That was really nice.” It became a wonderful memory for us. I’d like to stop by again. Thank you for taking care of us.

I made a Reservation for a concert at Niterra Civic Hall (Nippon Tokushu Togyō). It was perfectly close—just a 30-second walk to the venue. Even though the Hotel is in a lively area, it was very quiet, and the staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and I was very satisfied with the perfectly sized shelf in the changing area—just the right height and width. The lounge coffee was delicious, and although the manga corner is small, it had an appealing selection and I really enjoyed it! For breakfast, I had a Japanese set meal at “Tenya” on the first floor. The salmon, spinach ohitashi, and miso soup were all deeply comforting and delicious—I felt happily full from the morning for the first time in a while. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again—so much so that I’m thinking of checking upcoming concerts at Niterra Civic Hall just as an excuse to come back. I was able to take a long weekend before my birthday, so I stayed here with a plan to see Tokyo Tower and relax at the hotel for a little early celebration on my own! When I asked in advance whether I could bring in a cake and borrow some cutlery, the staff replied so kindly and thoughtfully that it warmed my heart even before my stay. At check-in, the staff member who assisted me said, “I heard your birthday is coming up!” and during breakfast as well, the staff offered congratulatory words—it made me feel truly happy! And in my room, they had even prepared a surprise celebratory bed arrangement. I was so shocked and so happy that I actually let out a voice without meaning to! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable; housekeeping was thorough down to every detail; and all the cutlery had been prepared for me—everything was simply perfect, and I was genuinely impressed. Both in the lounge and in my room, it was quiet and relaxing. It was an amazing hotel staycation. Thanks to all the staff who helped me, this became an irreplaceable memory that I will never forget. Even now, I’m still deeply moved by all the wonderful surprises. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your warm consideration and attentive hospitality despite how busy you must have been. I stayed on the Club Floor for two nights, and it was very good. The location was convenient, and I was able to relax in the lounge. I would like to stay here again when I come to Otaru. However, the breakfast venue was a little hot.

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and when we arrived, our room had been upgraded. 　It was a corner room on the 8th floor with an amazing view of Matsumoto Castle right in front of us. The room was spacious, and the bed was a luxurious canopy bed. It was very comfortable. 　The breakfast venue was also gorgeous, set in the former Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank building with chandeliers. While there weren’t many items, each dish used carefully selected local ingredients and everything was delicious. I especially loved the salad dressing (wasabi soy sauce dressing). When I asked a staff member about it, someone knowledgeable came over and shared detailed information about the shop. That staff member also told us various things about Azumino—such as roadside stations we planned to visit that day and local specialties—so we had a really enjoyable conversation. One of the best parts of traveling is interacting with local people, so I’m glad we were able to talk about so many things. The only downside was that one corner of the sofa armrest in the room was torn, which was disappointing.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s full recovery from illness. Even though it was a last-minute request, you kindly arranged flowers for us and even gave us a special gift. Thanks to your exceptional hospitality, we had a truly wonderful time.

I wanted a non-smoking Room, but none were available at the time of Reservation. Since my wife is sensitive to the smell of cigarettes, I emailed to confirm, and received a prompt and courteous reply, which allowed us to head to the Hotel with peace of mind. On the day, our Room was changed to a non-smoking Room, and we were also able to relax in the large public bath and recover from our trip. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

Thank you for welcoming us with such warm hospitality! We booked a Room with an open-air bath, and it felt more open than we expected, which made us a bit nervous, so we used it early in the morning and at night when it seemed like no one would be around. The meals were also delicious, and we were very satisfied! We ate so much we could barely move.

I had stayed at the Richmond Hotel Kyoto several times and had a great experience, so I chose this Hotel when looking for Accommodation in Himeji. The Room was a comfortable size, the coffee was delicious, and although I didn’t have breakfast, it looked very appealing. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

The service was courteous and attentive, including a cart pickup—truly comparable to a first-class Hotel. The Room was also thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. The morning scenery around the lodge was magical, and it was a wonderful escape from everyday life. We were very satisfied and look forward to staying again.

I stayed for two nights. Check-in took some time, but the room was reasonably spacious and comfortable. The large public bath is not very big, so I checked the crowding status on the in-room TV before going, but it was still crowded first thing in the morning. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was high quality—I was very satisfied. The location is in the heart of the downtown area, which is convenient for dining and shopping. However, it’s a bit of a walk from Miyazaki Station. I hope the system issues are resolved soon.

The Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, which was great. However, in the large public bath, while some foreign guests were soaking in the tub, they left bath items and locker keys at the washing stations so others could not use them. When I tried to use one, they got out of the bath and told me—using a foreign language and gestures—that I was not allowed to use it. All of the washing stations were occupied by foreign guests for a long time, so several people besides me had to wait for quite a while. I stayed for two nights, and it was the same both days, which made going to the public bath stressful. The Hotel was clean overall—the Room was spotless and breakfast was delicious.

This was my second stay. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of a major station. Check-in was courteous and smooth, and this time a new staff member and a senior staff member escorted me to my Room as part of their training. Both were very polite and provided pleasant service. Above all, I was impressed by how clean the Room and bathroom areas were. The bath, toilet, and sink were spotless—it's rare to find a Hotel kept this clean. At check-out, I also received deodorant wipes, which was a big help because it was extremely hot that day. I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak and not very stable. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again!

Because the room rate was low, I honestly didn’t expect much. In reality, the female staff at the front desk were very pleasant, and the parking lot right in front (check-out by 8:00) was JPY 800 per night. The large public bath was comfortable, the amenities were well stocked, there was a ReFa hair dryer, pajamas were provided, and the room was clean—everything was perfect and I was completely satisfied. Thank you very much.

My family often stays at Itoen Hotel in the Izu area, and this time I stayed alone in the Atami area. At check-in, the front desk staff provided a very polite explanation and made a great impression. Even though I was traveling solo, they suggested karaoke, and when I couldn’t find the parking lot and used a nearby paid parking lot instead, they came outside to explain where it was—truly guest-focused service that I really appreciated. Despite my last-minute Reservation, they accommodated my requests, and I was able to enjoy stunning views of Atami from my Room. While the Room does show its age, it was well cleaned and comfortable for resting. I also used two baths—one in the South Wing and one in the Main Building—and both had great views that washed away my daily fatigue. In the dining area, it left a good impression that staff would say things like “Thank you for waiting—○○ is ready,” as they replenished items that had run out. The food was consistently good in a reassuring way, and I enjoyed everything—including the all-you-can-drink option. Next time, I’d like to visit with my family again. Thank you very much—it was a wonderful Hotel.

This was my second stay. I loved the view of the Kanto Plain from the room and Suginoi’s water. When I went up to the rooftop, I could also see a beautiful sunset. The staff made a great impression, and I plan to stay again.
