This was my first stay. The Hotel is adjacent to the station, making it convenient for sightseeing, and since my friend who traveled with me smokes, they were grateful to find a smoking Room, which is rare these days. The service was excellent, and from our Room on the 24th floor the night view was beautiful. We were also able to watch the sunrise and enjoy a quiet, dreamlike scene. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and well stocked with amenities. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided, and while the drinks in the refrigerator are paid items, there was a wide selection. There is also a convenience store nearby, but we were able to relax comfortably in the Room without any hesitation. The breakfast was carefully prepared with thoughtful touches; including local dishes, it ranks among the best Hotels I have stayed at so far. Elevator security also felt reassuring, as the key card only worked for our Accommodation floor. I would definitely like to stay again.

The building and interior feel a bit dated, but everything was clean overall, which was nice. As for the room, I’d like to see a bit more effort with cleaning the toilet… It wasn’t dirty, but while it looks fine from above, there were some dark stains visible from the side. I’d like it to be scrubbed thoroughly with foaming cleaner and a brush. Also, about the tea cups—I'd be happy if there were mugs instead of teacups. The Onsen and the breakfast on the top floor were exceptional! If you stay here, I definitely recommend adding breakfast.

If the rate fits my budget for the stay, I use this Hotel often because the Facility, service, and location are excellent. It’s about the size of a small Business Hotel, and there is a public bath on the first floor. So when I’m chilled in winter, I can stretch out and soak in a tub instead of just using the Room shower, which I’m very happy with. Bathing times are separated for men and women. Compared with newer Hotels, it does feel a bit dated, but considering everything you need is provided at this price, it’s very satisfying! Personally, I really like that each Room has its own air conditioner so I can set the temperature to my preference, and that the windows open—so during seasonal transitions I can manage the room temperature without using AC. The front desk service is also excellent; repeat guests only need to sign at check-in, so you can get into your Room quickly. It’s also great that there are many restaurants nearby! The affiliated parking is across the street and is a multi-story garage parking lot, which helps because you don’t have to worry about your car overheating or clearing snow off it. As long as my travel dates and the price work out, this is a Hotel I’d like to return to.

Last time we stayed in the B&B, but this time we used the cottage. The Room had a very calming atmosphere, and we were able to relax and take it easy while enjoying the drinks in the refrigerator. It was a shame that the bath had been changed so it can no longer be fully opened as a semi-open-air bath, but it was still very soothing. We had our meals in a separate building, and everything was delicious and satisfying. However, since we don’t drink alcohol, we would have appreciated some non-alcoholic options at a lower price point. Also, it would be helpful to have an instruction sheet showing where the light switches are located.

Brand-new and truly flawless. The staff were courteous, and I was very satisfied with the complimentary breakfast. The bathroom was spacious. The building is well constructed, so it was quiet and I slept well. Even though there was a noisy festival outside. It felt like a completely different Hotel from the previous Alm.

I always stay here. I’m glad the rates have become more reasonable than they were for a while. The Room is also clean after the renovation, and I’m very satisfied. I look forward to staying again.

I stayed here because I was curious about it as a Hotel under Polaris HD. The Room felt smaller than I expected, but the furnishings and amenities were excellent, and I had a comfortable stay. The view from the Room is of a residential area, so it is not particularly impressive, but the building itself is clean and well maintained. Breakfast featured a wide selection of carefully prepared dishes with good nutritional balance, and everything was very delicious. It is a bit far from the station, so access was the only drawback, but overall I think it offers great value for money.

My family often stays at Itoen Hotel in the Izu area, and this time I stayed alone in the Atami area. At check-in, the front desk staff provided a very polite explanation and made a great impression. Even though I was traveling solo, they suggested karaoke, and when I couldn’t find the parking lot and used a nearby paid parking lot instead, they came outside to explain where it was—truly guest-focused service that I really appreciated. Despite my last-minute Reservation, they accommodated my requests, and I was able to enjoy stunning views of Atami from my Room. While the Room does show its age, it was well cleaned and comfortable for resting. I also used two baths—one in the South Wing and one in the Main Building—and both had great views that washed away my daily fatigue. In the dining area, it left a good impression that staff would say things like “Thank you for waiting—○○ is ready,” as they replenished items that had run out. The food was consistently good in a reassuring way, and I enjoyed everything—including the all-you-can-drink option. Next time, I’d like to visit with my family again. Thank you very much—it was a wonderful Hotel.

The room was new and very well cleaned, so I had a comfortable stay. It was a bit disappointing that the bathroom is a unit bath, but considering the price, it was more than sufficient. Breakfast offers a wide variety, so even for long stays you won’t get bored, and it’s delicious—I looked forward to it every day. For those who go diving or snorkeling, there is a fully equipped drying room and showers, which were very convenient to use.\nI would like to stay again.

I arrived at Naha Airport late at night and stayed for one night. I stayed here in a similar situation last year as well, so this was a repeat visit. They upgraded me to a slightly larger Room. All the staff were pleasant, and the Room, shower, sink area, and toilet were clean and quiet (it felt like most guests had good manners). There is also a 24-hour supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The next day, I took a taxi early in the morning to rent a car nearby and was able to start my trip smoothly. I would like to stay here again next year. Thank you very much!

Although the building is old, it is very well cleaned and the hospitality is excellent, so I think this is an Accommodation you can be truly satisfied with. It was also fun and nostalgic to be able to contact the front desk using a telephone you don’t see these days—perhaps making good use of the property’s vintage charm. One small thing: the yukata brought to me because the size didn’t fit had a slight odor that concerned me a bit. That said, I may simply be overly sensitive. In any case, the service is outstanding, and every staff member provided wonderful hospitality. I was deeply impressed by their thoughtful attention to detail. By chance there was a festival that day and we were able to watch fireworks; they even told us the best viewing spot, which made it a great memory. Thank you very much. As for the meals, the rice was cooked perfectly and delicious. The side dishes were excellent as well, but especially how good the rice was stood out. One suggestion: if the green onions in the breakfast miso soup could be lightly cooked in advance, then warming it at the table would make it even tastier—I felt they sometimes didn’t cook through enough with table heating alone. Still, overall everything was extremely delicious. This is an Accommodation I will definitely want to stay at again when I visit Kaminoyama Onsen.

The service and the POLA amenities were truly excellent. Unfortunately, many overseas guests may not use the air purifier. When I tried to use it this time, there was a blue straw between the unit and the wall. There was also dust, which was disappointing. There was towel lint on the shelf above the toilet. It was disappointing, especially since Richmond had been recommended to me.

It’s about a 15-minute walk from Oita Station, but it’s reasonably priced, so I was very satisfied. Above all, the water quality in the large public bath with natural Onsen is excellent. The free breakfast was also a big help. There were so many options that it didn’t feel like it was free. I will stay here again on my next business trip to Oita.

The staff were very kind, and the beach right in front was beautiful. Since it was my first time, I stayed at a different luxury hotel within the resort the next day. While it had a luxurious feel and was nice, I loved this beach so much that I came back here the following day. The weather was great, and I enjoyed wading into the sea up to my knees—it felt wonderful. Next time, I'll stay at this hotel for a multiple night stay! Having two bedrooms in the room along with a microwave and washing machine was very convenient. The bathtub is only available as an outdoor jacuzzi, so on windy or cold days it might be slightly inconvenient; however, overall my stay was comfortable. I joined the morning walk program where we had perfect weather and even got to enjoy an off-season private experience! The explanations about plants were fascinating, making it both fun and fulfilling. My child kept asking for quizzes repeatedly—thank you for your patience despite causing some trouble! Thank you also for taking us to Alamanda to feed turtles. Although it seemed quiet during off-season with fewer people around, there were surprisingly many children competing over turtle food during feeding time! Unfortunately, adults cannot participate in feeding activities if they go alone since food is not provided for them. This resort is enjoyable even without needing a car; however, having simple meals like rice balls (onigiri), sandwiches or light bento boxes available within the hotel or resort would be fantastic—especially something easy for kids to eat quickly! There are picnic-friendly spots in nearby parks where rice balls would have been perfect... It would be great if such options could be ordered from hotels or made more accessible somehow. Every day now I'm thinking about when I'll get another chance to visit Miyako Island again!

It was very comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, I loved being able to relax in the library café with complimentary drinks. The only disappointment was that breakfast coincided with a group booking, which caused a long line, and due to time constraints I wasn’t able to eat.

This was my second stay at this auberge. I was deeply moved on my previous visit, so this time I brought my family. The simple Room felt very relaxing, and the thoughtfully prepared cuisine was not only delicious but also beautiful to look at. Everyone who served the meals—led by Madame and the chef—was courteous and kind, making both dinner and breakfast truly wonderful. Everything we purchased to take home, including paella, hamburg steak, jam, and cheesecake, was delicious; even now, about a month after our stay, they bring back fond memories of Auberge de Oishi.

Everything was wonderful. I checked in feeling completely exhausted that day, but the staff kindly offered to show me where the restaurant was if I didn’t mind, and since they could seat me right away, I ended up having dinner there. As I was dining alone, I asked the staff about portion sizes while ordering, and it turned into a truly delicious and happy meal. The Room was just the right size, so I could relax and recover. The next morning I took it easy as well. I got some cake and bread to take out and went to a friend’s Hotel where they were staying to eat them, and they were so good that I regretted not having breakfast here. I’m sure I’ll stay here again next time!

Although I was traveling solo, I stayed in a twin Room, which was spacious enough to relax. There was also a large public bath, and the towel bag and amenities needed for bathing were well provided, so even though it was a business trip, I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

I booked this Hotel to attend a funeral. It was clean and conveniently located near the station. The twin beds were large and very comfortable. It was convenient to pick up what I needed from the lobby myself. However, the water pressure felt weak. Maybe due to a water shortage? Thank you for your hospitality.

I booked because of the great price, but the quality exceeded my expectations and I was extremely satisfied! I especially loved that not only the hair dryer but even the shower head was ReFa.
