I enjoyed a beer as a welcome drink and another after the bath. After bathing, my skin felt silky smooth and my hair was wonderfully soft—everything was perfect.

I wanted to let my grandchildren swim in the ocean for the first time, so after looking around, we chose this Hotel. The sea was very beautiful, and there was also a pool, which was great! There was an indoor play area as well, and my grandchildren seemed very satisfied. We had buffet meals for two days, and the dishes varied a little each day, so we never got bored and enjoyed everything. The only disappointment about the bath was that there was no open-air bath, and the water was quite hot, so we couldn’t relax for long. We were a large group and may have been noisy, but all of the staff were very kind and treated us warmly—thank you so much. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay, and both adults and children were very satisfied.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. I also appreciated the late-night soba and the complimentary ice cream after the bath, and it was great to have an Onsen as well. It made me want to stay at other Dormy Inn locations too.

This was my first time staying here. The entrance was beautiful! There was a relaxing space inside where I could rest, and I enjoyed taking it easy even after check-in. The Room was very clean, and with just a 10-minute walk to Kokusai Street, I couldn't believe the price! It made for a very satisfying trip. Although the Room didn't have a bathtub, it was compact and equipped with just a shower, which felt very clean and fresh. The front desk staff were all kind and helpful, making it easy to relax after feeling tired from the flight. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Okinawa!

If you don’t mind that it’s a leisure Hotel, you can stay comfortably. Spacious Room with a bed, bathroom, massage chair, and a large TV. We chose the plan with dinner and breakfast, and both were delicious. For an additional fee, you can upgrade the meals, and they can be served in your Room. Reasonably priced and great value for money. We would like to stay again if we have the chance.

The Facilities and meals are standard for an Itoen Group Hotel and are by no means luxurious, but the value for money is excellent. More than that, the staff were cheerful and very courteous, which made our stay truly pleasant. Thank you very much.

We chose this property for our road trip because of the parking options and the spacious Room. There is a large multi-story parking garage at Urban Plaza about a 3-minute walk away, so we didn’t have to worry about not being able to park. The Room and bed were both spacious and comfortable. With a car, it was reasonably priced and conveniently located for sightseeing, so we were very satisfied.

Everyone was extremely kind and attentive. The Room was clean, and the Onsen temperature was just right, so we were very satisfied. There was a wide variety of dishes; in particular, the tempura made with mountain vegetables looked great and tasted wonderful, and the grilled sweetfish was plump and delicious. It is a quiet Onsen town, but we were able to relax and were very satisfied.

We really enjoyed the many great services, such as a welcome cake, all-you-can-eat ice cream, and evening cocktail service—wonderful not only for children but also for women. The pillow height was just right, so I slept very well. Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay.

A long-awaited stay at the warehouse complex. I stayed here on a trip with a wine-loving friend. All of the staff were very warm and welcoming, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. At the bar we visited in the evening, they shared some fun facts about Hokkaido wines. What stood out most was how much we enjoyed chatting with the staff. I would love to stay again.

It’s conveniently located right off the interchange, which was very helpful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and their service was excellent. The Facility is a bit old, but the Room was reasonably clean and well maintained, and the Onsen was very relaxing—I ended up using it twice, morning and evening. The meals had a home-style feel, which I enjoyed. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

We chose this Accommodation because it offers views of Lake Biwa. The scenery throughout the property was exactly as shown in the photos on the website, and we were captivated by the refined design and attention to detail. We booked a Plan that included breakfast and dinner, and every dish made generous use of local ingredients and was truly delicious. We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday, as she has grown older and sightseeing has become physically difficult for her. There were some misunderstandings on both sides regarding the Room, but thank you very much for your heartfelt attention to every detail. Thanks to you, my mother was delighted and said she was able to enjoy a truly wonderful birthday. This was all thanks to the entire staff. Thank you again. We would love to stay again during the autumn foliage season.

I stayed here on my way to Shizuoka. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. It was a non-smoking twin room, and the beds were spacious and the room felt clean. There were restaurants nearby, so I ate there, but it seems there is also a restaurant within the Facility. I also appreciated the welcome drink.

Stayed here when visiting Suzuka Circuit. There is a FamilyMart next door, which was very convenient. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained.

Stayed for one night during my first trip to Kagoshima. While I had some expectations during the Reservation process, the location exceeded them—absolutely fantastic. Situated right in the heart of Tenmonkan, it was a perfect base to enjoy and complete all the planned activities on my schedule. The Room was impeccable, with relatively new and clean amenities like the bed and bathroom, providing a relaxing stay. I am completely satisfied without even a minor complaint to mention. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Kagoshima. Thank you!

At check-in, the staff were very helpful and welcoming. They shared useful tips, such as how registering for membership allows you to extend checkout until 11:00 a.m. on the same day. We stayed in a Room with a double bed and a loft bed above it, and all three of us slept comfortably. The bedding, towels, and gowns are from their own original brand, and they felt great to use. The bathtub was large enough to stretch out and relax. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and we enjoyed it.

We stayed here with my son and daughter-in-law and our 2-year-old grandchild, four of us in total, to visit the Anpanman Museum. The Room was spacious and clean, and our grandchild was thrilled and ran around happily. Adults could also take off their shoes and relax comfortably, which helped us fully recover from travel fatigue. It was conveniently close to the station, and breakfast was delicious with just the right portion size. During breakfast, we really appreciated your thoughtful attention to our grandchild. If we have a chance to visit Sendai again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

It’s within walking distance from the station, but it’s a bit far. However, there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it wasn’t a problem. The front desk staff were kind and friendly. They also accommodated a change to the breakfast time from what I had told them in advance, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 5 nights. The staff were very attentive, and I had a comfortable stay. The welcome drink and complimentary breakfast were delightful and felt like a great deal. Since I used my own toothbrush, I returned the provided one saying "I don't need it," and in exchange, I received local Umaibo snacks equal to the number of toothbrushes—this was an unexpected bonus! Security was reliable, and the Onsen was very relaxing. Overall, I was very satisfied. The Room was slightly small but perfectly manageable for my stay.
