An Accommodation on the shores of Lake Chuzenji in Oku-Nikko. We stayed here as a base for trekking routes to Kotoku Marsh, Yudaki Falls, and Ryuzu Falls. From the drink service in the lobby onward, it is a very relaxing Accommodation. We were also very satisfied with the Onsen and the meals.

I stayed here because it was convenient for a live show at Belluna Dome. The main building was under renovation, so I had a Room on the 7th floor of the new wing. Even though it’s called “new,” the design feels a bit dated. Still, the sheets felt clean and fresh. There were amenities and free drinks available 24 hours. The bath area had a steam sauna, which really helped me recover after getting tired from the show in the rain. I think I stayed in for about 20 minutes until I dozed off. After that, I relaxed while feeling the breeze at the outdoor bath. It’s a bit of a walk from Ikebukuro Station, but there are restaurants all along the way, so it was enjoyable to look around. The weather was bad and I didn’t feel like going out for breakfast, so even though my plan didn’t include breakfast, I used the dining hall. Ham-and-eggs set: 600 yen (with two eggs). My companion had the salmon set: 600 yen (with two pieces of salmon). Great portions and we were very satisfied. The staff were calm and spoke good Japanese. I’d like to stay again next time. A couple of disappointments: The TV in the Room was so small it made me laugh. The washbasin was also too small, and water splashed everywhere.

It would have been appreciated if early check-in had been available.

I’m visiting again because when I stayed here last year on a scorching 36°C day in Sendai, I was truly moved by this oasis-like space I finally arrived at. This time, Sendai—the City of Trees—was a cool 26°C. The Hotel still had that wonderful fragrance that made me want to take a deep breath, and I was so happy to be able to return. The Room was clean, and the bath area—with a shampoo bar and an open-air bath—was incredibly soothing after work. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of options; the pleasantly chewy wakame seaweed in the miso soup, sasa-kamaboko fish cake, Sendai-fu wheat gluten, and zunda tiramisu were all delicious—I felt so happy. Thank you for the staff’s hard work and warm hospitality. If I have another chance to visit Sendai, I would love to stay here again.

We stayed for two nights, and the room was extremely comfortable. Since our goal was simply to relax and spend time in the room, we were very satisfied. The thoughtful touches throughout made a real difference, and even my 100-year-old grandmother was able to rest and enjoy her time comfortably.

Just like the Reviews said, all the staff were very kind. They carried our luggage to the Room, and I was happy that I could choose the yukata and obi I liked. After we entered the Room, they explained everything, including an introduction to the Room, where the baths were, and meals. The building is old, but it was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. The large public bath is on the small side, but from the moment I stepped in I could smell the sea, and my skin felt incredibly smooth afterward. Dinner and breakfast were made entirely with ingredients from Tottori Prefecture, and I really enjoyed them. With items like turban shell (sazae) and Tottori beef packed with flavor—and with free refills of shijimi clam miso soup and rice—it was so delicious that I had two bowls of rice and two bowls of miso soup. Also, without us having to say anything, they brought tea and dessert at just the perfect timing. It was a Hotel that made me feel they truly pay attention to their guests. I’d love to stay at this Accommodation again. Thank you very much. And lastly, the sake we received as Diamond members was truly delicious. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

I stayed for two nights and had a very comfortable stay. I had breakfast on the second morning, and I was glad to be able to enjoy Hokkaido specialties such as hokke (Atka mackerel) and ramen. It’s close to the station, has a large public bath, and is reasonably priced, so I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The Facility is very clean. There is almost no outside noise. Breakfast was excellent—I ate too much for two days. When I go to Sapporo, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I was truly impressed by the hospitality at the front desk! We left our luggage around 11:00, and when we returned for check-in at 15:00, they remembered us—it made us very happy. We also used the lounge this time, and the staff were extremely kind, allowing us to spend a wonderful and meaningful time. From now on, we plan to stay here every time we travel to Hokkaido.

A very spacious Room was prepared for us. The coastal view from the Room was wonderful, and the meals were also very delicious. However, there were several large stains on the carpet, which was a bit disappointing.

This was my first stay here. Although it was listed as “limited availability due to exterior construction,” it didn’t bother me at all. (The view from the large public bath was more than enough!) The Japanese-style room was spacious, and I felt truly pampered. The 15 m pool was small but still very satisfying, and the hot-spring public bath and sauna were excellent. I love walking around town, so I explored the covered shopping street from Ito Station on the way—and it felt like, “Wait, I’m already at the hotel?” I’d like to make this my regular place to stay whenever I visit Ito.

We stayed for one night with three people. In addition to the three beds, there was a table and chairs, and we were able to open two suitcases on the floor. It was also nice that the toilet and washbasin area were separate. The hair dryer in the Room was a Dyson. Unfortunately, the springs in the extra sofa bed were so painful even just sitting on it that it was hard to sleep. Also, one of the chairs was wobbly and unusable. If the sofa bed and chair are replaced, it would be perfect. My family said that when the public bath is crowded, the changing area is small and difficult to use. I used it comfortably when it wasn’t busy. It would be nice if we could check how crowded it is from the Room.

I stayed here with my elderly mother, who has difficulty walking, and they kindly accommodated our inquiries and requests in advance. Both the room and bathroom were thoroughly cleaned, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was carefully prepared from start to finish, including dessert—everything was delicious, and we could have happily kept eating while looking out at the beautiful garden. All the staff were warm and very kind, and both my mother and I are truly grateful. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused, but we would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on short notice for a trip to Tottori. I couldn’t find the location of the affiliated parking lot, so I called the front desk, and they kindly helped me—I really appreciated it. The Room was spacious enough, there were free drinks on the first floor, and there was also a large public bath—everything was excellent. It’s close to the station as well, which was truly convenient. Thank you very much! I’d love to stay again.

I stayed for three nights in a single Room. Above all, I was truly happy with how wonderful the staff were. They were very attentive, and their cheerful atmosphere was great. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the curry suited my taste and was delicious. The salted mackerel and salmon were a bit disappointing as they lacked firmness, but everything else was tasty and I enjoyed plenty. The Room was well arranged with no unnecessary amenities, which I appreciated. However, it was disappointing that the bathroom had a musty smell. Still, there was a large bath and a hot stone sauna, so I could relax comfortably at my own pace. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Maebashi.

We stayed here for a family trip to celebrate a 60th birthday. The Room called “En” had wonderful views and beautiful furnishings, allowing us to forget everyday life and fully enjoy the relaxed pace of Amami. Above all, every meal was delicious, and we could really feel the care put into using local ingredients and pesticide-free produce—it was outstanding.

I stay here every time I come back home. The bath and breakfast are just right—always satisfying and relaxing. I’ll continue to stay here in the future.

Business trip Due to rising prices, amenities have been simplified compared with a few years ago, but considering the room rates, I feel they are making a great effort. The staff were excellent, and even during busy times the guidance was smooth, making my stay very pleasant. When I return to the Hotel at night, it’s also a quiet pleasure to receive small gifts such as APA Curry.

The Room was clean, and it was great that the bath and toilet were separate. Since this trip was partly for work, the breakfast hours were not an issue, but if staying only for business, a 7:00 a.m. breakfast start feels a bit late and might make this Accommodation less likely to be considered.
