The service was very thoughtful. The Room was extremely clean, and the amenities were well stocked. It is also very close to Narita Airport, making it highly convenient. This time I used Narita for an early morning flight, so my stay was short, but I would like to relax and spend more time here next time.

We have four dogs, including a Golden Retriever and a Mameshiba, so we always stay in a villa with a private dog run. However, every time we’ve felt that something was always just slightly inconvenient—but RETONA was perfect. Since there’s a splash pond in the dog run, we thought we should bring towels, but there were towels right at the entrance, along with a water tank for dogs and bowls. We also received one complimentary drink per person from the vending machine at the dog-run entrance!! Thanks to that, our dogs were able to run around the spacious dog run to their hearts’ content and slept soundly at night. For dinner, since our dogs are always with us as usual, we assumed the food would end up getting cold—but each dish was served at just the right time: hot items while still hot and cold items while still cold. Everything was delicious—the soup and even the mango vegetable juice—and the appetizers were presented like an afternoon tea set: not only tasty but also beautifully arranged. Whenever we met any staff member, they greeted us with wonderful smiles, and they even helped carry our luggage upon arrival—which was truly helpful for our multi-dog household. The bath in our Room was very spacious as well, everything was spotless throughout, and above all we didn’t feel any drawbacks or inconvenience at all. We travel at least five or six times a year, and during long holidays we often stay about four nights. We would absolutely love to visit again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to relax at an Onsen Accommodation. The homemade, heartfelt dishes were truly delicious. Dinner was great, but breakfast was especially memorable—the simmered royal fern, Tochio fried tofu and bamboo shoots, and simmered potatoes were outstanding. The potato salad was also excellent; the woman next to me had finished hers and asked for seconds, so I requested an extra serving as well. After bathing, I opened the Room window and enjoyed the pleasant night breeze from the satoyama countryside, soothed by a chorus of frogs. I was very satisfied!

We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. Overall, we were satisfied with everything—the bath, the meals, and the service. We had a wonderful time. The in-room open-air bath while looking out at the sea was very comfortable. The large public bath was also very spacious and not crowded, so we could relax and enjoy it. Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented, and we enjoyed them very much—especially the grilled abalone and shabu-shabu. We deducted a few points because the parking lot is far away (which could be difficult in rainy weather), there are limited choices for meal times, the Room does not have an automatic lock, and noise from the hallway carries easily, but overall we think it is a great Accommodation that we can recommend to friends.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this one had the best service. The large public bath and breakfast were excellent, but above all, I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff.

Thank you for your hospitality at the end of the year. The view from the open-air bath was absolutely stunning. As for the meals, I enjoyed delicious fish grilled over an irori hearth, which made dining a fun and unique experience. To the staff from overseas, I understand that Japanese can be challenging, but please keep up the great work! Your smiles are wonderful in a foreign land!

The building itself felt a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The private bath was relaxing, and we also had the large public bath all to ourselves, which was great (haha). If I have the chance to visit Aomori again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much for everything!

It was a Multiple Night Stay, and everything was so wonderful that I didn’t want to leave. You provided a spacious Room, which made remote work very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The breakfast, complimentary service drinks, and coffee were all delicious, and I looked forward to them every day. I also used the Onsen and laundry services, and every Facility was easy to use and truly great. All staff members were courteous and thoughtful in every way, including when I asked for a taxi—thank you for taking such great care of me. I have already made another Reservation for three nights in late August as a repeat stay. This has become my favorite place so far—I would like to stay here whenever I visit Osaka in the future. Thank you very much, and I look forward to staying with you again.

It was our first stay in nine years, and our whole family was truly looking forward to it. With siblings of very different ages, it’s not easy to find a Room where all four of us can stay together unless it’s a Ryokan, so we eagerly made a Reservation for the Japanese-Western style Room that was perfect for our family, who loves enjoying a Hotel stay. The Room was spacious enough and impeccably clean—we only stepped outside the Hotel for about 30 minutes. That’s how comfortable our stay was. Nine years ago, our son—just over one year old at the time—enjoyed carefully selected items from the lounge menu. Now he can fully appreciate more elaborate dishes and eat with gratitude, and we really felt how much he has grown. We also used the pool as well as the lounge. After swimming plenty without worrying about sunburn, we were able to use soft, fluffy towels—thank you for such attentive hospitality. Also, we accidentally broke a glass in the lounge after checkout and caused you trouble. Thank you for your concern; no one was injured, and we returned home safely. We would definitely like to stay again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed at this Hotel in late June, right after two major typhoons made landfall back-to-back. There were times when the rain was quite heavy due to the storms, but we could still easily walk to Nara Park and Kofuku-ji Temple. We also hopped between cafés around Nakatanidō and Sarusawa Pond and stopped by shops—everything was truly convenient. We had a dinner Reservation at a restaurant in Higashimuki Shopping Street, and that was close by as well, which made things easy. The comfort of being able to return to the Hotel quickly whether it’s raining or hot is reason enough to make it a great base for sightseeing in Nara. It’s not a large-scale Hotel, and because the front entrance is set back due to the building layout, it doesn’t stand out much from outside. However, once you step into the lobby, it’s very clean and calm—an stylish Hotel that incorporates Japanese elements beautifully. This time we stayed as three adults in our family, so we made a Reservation for a larger Deluxe Room. Based on the listed square meter size of the Room, I didn’t expect it to feel very spacious—but perhaps thanks to smart design, it felt roomy, and even with three adults there was no stress at all. I had no complaints about the in-room amenities or Facility features. The bathroom and toilet are completely separate. With three people, one person uses a sofa bed, but the layout is excellent—I was impressed by how thoughtfully everything is arranged so guests can use limited space efficiently and comfortably. Above all else, what stood out most was how clean this Hotel is. Travel is my hobby and I stay at various Accommodations both in Japan and abroad almost every month, but it’s rare to find an Accommodation kept this spotless throughout—from water areas to every corner of the Room. Even when I used the shared restroom in the lobby area (common area), it was sparkling clean; I felt this is a highly conscientious Hotel. Not only are the facilities great—the staff also provided wonderful hospitality across the board, making our stay genuinely comfortable. There are several other Accommodations in Nara that interest me as well, but considering how good this place is in terms of location plus facilities plus service for its value for money (cost performance), I feel like we’ll end up choosing this one again next time (laugh). Just one thing: breakfast buffet felt a bit limited…in terms of both variety and content. That said, because of how convenient the location is there are plenty of places nearby where you can eat anyway—so maybe that part is difficult for them. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would love to use this place again. Thank you very much.

Above all, the location is excellent. The Red Brick Warehouses are just nearby. You can walk to the Mt. Hakodate Ropeway station, and it’s also a quick taxi ride. There is Ramen Ajisai right in front of the entrance. The bath was clean, and the hair dryers included Panasonic and Dyson. We were also able to try out different shampoo and conditioner. After the bath, there were probiotic drinks and ice pops. We enjoyed salmon roe at breakfast and were very satisfied. My husband especially enjoyed the desserts. We’d love to stay again.

It was a wonderful stay. It was a hot day, but we had fun exploring by cart even though we were sweating a lot. After that, we used the Onsen in the Hotel building. There were two types of baths, and we really enjoyed both the milky-white water and the other bath as well. The complimentary drinks after the Onsen were also delicious, which made us very happy. Dinner BBQ was tough because, as expected, there were lots of insects drawn to the lights and it was very hot. We cooked outside but ate indoors, which still felt like quite a challenge. However, the food quality and portion size were excellent! I would love it if you could consider offering catering dinner options other than BBQ. Breakfast was beautifully presented, and we enjoyed it both visually and taste-wise. The Room was well stocked with various insect sprays and repellents for bug prevention. The bath area, sink area, and toilet were all spacious and easy to use. Because the sofa is so large, it made the Room feel smaller—so I wondered if it might be unnecessary. That said, it is helpful when four people are staying together. It was a pleasant surprise that a bag with dog treats and dog supplies was provided and could be taken home. It has been extremely useful as our walking bag. With such a large garden and wide wooden deck, it was hard to relax outside during the hot season, so I’d like to visit again in a different season.

Although the weather was unfortunately cloudy with occasional squall-like showers and brief sunny spells during our stay, we were still able to fully enjoy the resort atmosphere. The location is just over an hour from Naha Airport, making it a great base for getting anywhere. Highly recommended in every respect—Facility, dining, and service.

We made a same-day Reservation for a family of four, and were truly impressed by the warm, attentive hospitality. The Ryokan has a wonderful sense of history and is beautifully maintained, making our stay very comfortable. Located right next to Izumo Taisha Shrine, we were able to visit early in the cool morning, enjoy a delicious local breakfast at the Ryokan, and take our time shopping afterward.

I don’t usually post Reviews, but this stay was truly wonderful, so I wanted to leave a comment. We stayed for one night to celebrate my husband’s birthday. From the pleasant service at the front desk to the Onsen amenities and the afternoon tea served in our Room, we felt warm hospitality everywhere—a genuine desire to delight guests throughout our stay. While the building itself is historic, it is impeccably cleaned and well maintained down to every detail, and you can really tell how much the staff cherish this Hotel. In addition to the breathtaking views of the Seto Inland Sea from the expansive grounds, we enjoyed strolling through the fields and lawns and searching for art objects—simply being on the property made us feel enriched. And the birthday cake prepared for our celebration was unbelievably delicious—we were truly impressed! It may have been the best birthday cake I’ve ever had. My husband was thrilled as well and said, “I want to come back here again next year.” Choosing this Hotel was absolutely the right decision. It became a wonderful memory for us. Thank you very much.

I was looking for a Hotel with easy access via the Yurikamome Line, and stayed for three nights in a corner Room on the top (17th) floor with breakfast included. Since I used a twin Room as a solo guest, it was compact yet spacious enough. The layout of the Facility and amenities was practical, and I had a very comfortable three-day stay. What I especially appreciated was that a ReFa hair dryer was provided. I had brought my own ReFa iron brush, so styling my hair each morning was stress-free and very convenient. I had breakfast all three days, but on a Multiple Night Stay I would have liked to see more variety in the menu. In particular, if there were more types of bread and the quality were a bit higher, overall satisfaction with breakfast would improve even more. I also tried dinner once, but it felt somewhat underwhelming. Even so, overall it was a very comfortable stay. The best part was being able to relax in my Room when I returned tired after going out. If I plan to use the Yurikamome Line again, this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

We stayed just after the Golden Week holidays. With a private open-air bath in the Room, it was by far the most affordable Accommodation we’ve ever stayed at! The location is right in front of the ocean, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. Even though it’s a business hotel, the amenities were excellent, and the hot spring bath was free-flowing from the source—everything was great. It was May, but it was very hot, and we were able to use the rooftop pool too, so I wish I had brought a swimsuit!

I stayed with my puppy. This is the Hotel my previous dog loved. I had decided that our first overnight stay would be at this Hotel. It has been over a year since my previous dog passed away, and it was probably more than two years since our last stay. Even though it had been quite some time, thank you for your kind thoughtfulness toward my previous dog. You even prepared an offering meal for him (there was a small mistake in the kanji, but that just made us smile). At checkout, you also gave us an offering as well. I was so moved that I couldn’t stop crying. In fact, during our second stay with the puppy last month there was a small mix-up; when I wrote about it in a Review, you responded immediately and I truly appreciated it. I feel embarrassed that I quickly wrote a Review about my complaint, yet delayed writing this thank-you Review for what you did for my previous dog. I am very sorry. The hospitality and Facilities—everything—are wonderful at this Hotel. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

I have stayed here many times. The Facilities are excellent, the Room is clean, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay. As I often visit Chinatown and the Yamashita Park area, I chose this Hotel for its convenient access. I also really appreciate being able to use the ReFa hair dryer and hair iron. I would like to stay here again in the future.

I stayed in an East Wing twin Room. The view from the Room was great, overlooking the open sky. There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan, so it wasn’t a problem. The dinner buffet was good—especially the seared bonito and binchotan tuna. There was also crab, but it was pretty empty and not very good. It was disappointing that alcohol prices were high. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. For some reason they had morning beer, and it was cheap at 500 yen! The hot spring water quality was excellent and I was satisfied. The only downside is that since it’s a shared open-air bath, I wish they would switch between men and women by time slots. Before check-in, you can use the baths at Prince Hotel and Kogen Hotel.
