I stayed here while looking for a home from out of prefecture. The Room, large public bath, amenities, breakfast, and staff were all excellent—completely satisfying!! The breakfast in particular was very delicious and fresh—nothing to complain about. I didn’t use the washing machine or microwave in the Room this time, but I felt it would be great even for a long-term stay. After a tiring day of house hunting, I was able to relax and recover. Thank you very much.

I stayed again on the breakfast-only Plan, and this is still a great value Hotel. It’s conveniently located with easy access, and there’s a convenience store and a gas station right next door. There is an in-house bath, but this time I chose the Plan that also includes access to the neighboring public bathhouse. It was clean and the baths were excellent. The breakfast was very satisfying and delicious, with udon and other local specialties. This time I also had dinner at a restaurant on the property, which offered a variety of Shikoku regional dishes, and I was pleased with it. If I have another chance to visit Kagawa, I would like to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed for one night. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a very comfortable stay. Everyone, starting with the front desk staff, greeted us warmly, and it left a strong impression that they even saw us off as we were leaving. We will definitely stay again when we visit Dogo.

We had a wonderful, memorable trip with our child! We arrived at the pool around 1:00 PM and were able to use it right away. Since it was a weekday, no one else was there, and we were probably the first to use the large public bath afterward as well—very comfortable. Since it was summer, we really appreciated the water dispenser and welcome drinks. Thank you to all the staff for their pleasant and helpful service. Throughout our stay, we could really feel that guest feedback is properly reflected in how this Accommodation is run. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with a wide variety of options. The night pool also had a great atmosphere. We think this Accommodation is highly recommended for families as a hidden gem for summer pool fun. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance.

This was our first time staying here, and we were very well taken care of. From the warm welcome upon arrival, we were served tea and delicious sweets before being shown to our Room. The guest Room had a clean, modern Japanese style, and we were truly impressed by the wonderful view of the sea from anywhere in the Room—even from the bath. In addition, the Onsen bath had silky, slightly thick water that felt great and left our skin smooth; we enjoyed it many times and were completely satisfied. Both dinner and breakfast were more than enough in quantity, and every dish was delicious. We initially thought the dining area seating might be close together, but it wasn’t at all; we enjoyed chatting while listening to explanations about the dishes from the proprietress and staff. We had been looking for an Accommodation where we could simply relax, enjoy great food, and soak in good hot water—and this was a wonderful Accommodation where we could truly take our time. We’re happy to have found an Accommodation that makes us think, “We definitely want to come again in a different season.”

The complimentary drink service and delicious breakfast were included, and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. If I visit Okinawa again, I would definitely like to stay here.

I happened to find this property on IKYU and visited looking forward to the meals, and it met my expectations.\nAfter check-in, we enjoyed tea and sweets in the lobby. Drinks throughout the property are all-inclusive—soft drinks, beer, and more—so you can have them whenever you like. The Room was clean, quiet, and very relaxing.\nDinner was a semi-order buffet. Every dish was creative and delicious, and we were very satisfied; however, by the time we worked our way through everything, the portions felt a bit too much for us seniors, so not being able to finish the final dessert was our only regret. Breakfast was also excellent, with freshly fried tempura prepared on the spot.\nThe only reason I rated the guest Room 4 stars is that there was nowhere to place luggage except for the table in the table-and-chair set; once we spread out our bags, there was no space left to set down drinks. Even a foldable luggage rack would have been appreciated (honestly, it’s more like minus 0.5).\nThis time it rained continuously so we didn’t explore the town; I’d like to visit again for strolling around and enjoying the food.

I stayed here as a Hotel for a fan trip. Thank you for upgrading my stay. It was helpful, as fewer Hotels offer smoking Rooms these days. The Room was spacious and nice. However, the lighting was warm-toned, which made doing my makeup difficult. I wish there had been a white light near the mirror. I ended up opening the curtains and using natural light while doing my makeup. I understand it’s a Hotel, but the hair dryer airflow was also weak, so it would be helpful if guests could choose a stronger one for an additional fee. The location is good—one stop from Tokyo Dome and close to the station. But I wouldn’t really say it’s within walking distance from Tokyo Dome.

This was my third stay. I was worried about road restrictions due to the heavy rain, but everything was fine. The meals were delicious, and there is a semi-open-air bath with a view of the fishing lights. I’m planning to visit by motorcycle next year.

Every year, our family of six goes on a trip, and this time we visited Nagato Yumoto Onsen, Hagi, and Tsuwano. On the first night, we stayed at Gyokusenkaku. The staff were very kind, the value for money was excellent, and the food was great. Even though many places now ask guests to do things themselves (like laying out futons), we really appreciated that they prepared our futons for us. As a treat for myself, I also enjoyed a massage—something that fewer places offer these days. The Onsen bath water was gentle and soft on the skin, and we were very satisfied.

My second stay, following last winter. Last time I came by car. After sightseeing at Owakudani and other spots, I followed the navigation system and didn’t really know where it was, but this time I used the mountain railway and was surprised to find it was very close to Sounzan Station. Even on the walk from the station, I felt welcomed by a pleasant breeze and birdsong, and arrived at the Accommodation in great spirits. The attendant who looked after us was the same as last year. Their cheerful manner and excellent timing in serving meals were unchanged. The Room and shared areas were just as spotless as before—not a speck of dust—making everything feel wonderfully refreshing. The open-air bath assigned to each Room is located a short distance away, and ours was excellent again this time. With cuckoos calling more beautifully around this season, I could truly relax in both sound and hot water. The meals were delicious as before: a soup with pike conger eel (hamo) and junsai; seasonal ingredients like Manganji peppers with superb seasoning; gourd “kaminari-boshi,” which I hadn’t tasted in ages; plus breakfast highlights such as the vegetable salad and dressing, perfectly grilled salted salmon (both seasoning and doneness), and fresh yuba served at just the right moment. An Accommodation I’d love to return to for its hospitality.

I stayed here for a hike on Onyujima Island and to visit the Nokasayama war ruins. It was a very well-located Hotel, close to Saiki Station and the highway bus stop from Oita Airport. The ferry terminal for Onyujima Island is also about a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Leaflets for nearby restaurants were available in the Hotel lobby, and the recommended place “Toritomi” had amazing chicken tataki. This time I didn’t have enough time to sightsee around Saiki Castle, so I’d like to visit Saiki again. I’ll stay here again next time.

I had been wanting to stay at this Accommodation for a long time and was really looking forward to it. As the reviews said, everything was very clean, and the Room was a bit spacious with a layout different from a typical twin—very satisfying. The ceiling height on each floor also felt relatively high, giving a slightly open feel. The bath was practically private, so we could relax and enjoy it. Both yukata and samue were provided, and we chose the samue. It worked well as sleepwear. The meals were just right for us since we can’t eat very large portions, and everything was delicious. The location is also convenient, and I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

It was my first time visiting Shodoshima. The two-meal Plan at this price is an excellent value. Sashimi was served with five different ways to enjoy it (local soy sauce, olive oil, etc.), and every dish made with local ingredients was very satisfying. The Facility feels a bit dated, but the Room, the bath, the views from the restaurant, and the wonderful service from all the staff greatly increased our overall satisfaction. Thank you very much for taking care of us. I would like to stay again.

I stayed here on my way to Shizuoka. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. It was a non-smoking twin room, and the beds were spacious and the room felt clean. There were restaurants nearby, so I ate there, but it seems there is also a restaurant within the Facility. I also appreciated the welcome drink.

This was my third stay, the first in several years. I was truly impressed by the staff’s warm smiles, thoughtful and professional attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality that feels personal to each guest. Thanks to them, I enjoyed a comfortable 3-night, 4-day stay. All of the meals were delicious—the Japanese and Western breakfast options, sea bream chazuke, and the shabu-shabu dinner course. The portions were just right as well. I especially appreciated being able to enjoy everything in my Room. The drink service in the lounge and other touches were also very well considered. The Room was cleaned thoroughly down to every detail, making my stay very pleasant. I’d love to visit again before the new outlet opens next year (while Reservations are still available). Although I often stay in Kirishima Onsen, this was my first time in Hitoyoshi Onsen, so I chose a relatively new Accommodation. It turned out to be the perfect choice, and on the way home my companion and I kept saying, “We’re glad we picked this place.” First of all, the Facility itself is new and very well cleaned, so check-in felt comfortable and pleasant. Next, the baths: both the indoor bath and open-air bath are stone-built with deep tubs; the water was pleasantly hot and gentle on the skin—truly a “beauty bath” quality—and I was very satisfied. Meals were served for both breakfast and dinner using local ingredients in thoughtful detail; everything was delicious in just the right portions. When visiting Kumamoto I had been hoping for basashi (horse sashimi), but it wasn’t included in this Plan; it was available to order separately, so I enjoyed it that way. What helped us most was assistance with making Reservations for lunch the next day and for activity facilities, as well as answering detailed questions. They kindly accommodated our requests—such as “I want to eat seasonal salt-grilled ayu” and “I’d like to try pottery on a wheel”—all with a smile. Thank you also for seeing us off even in light rain without opening an umbrella. The salt-grilled ayu at the restaurant you recommended was excellent, and we each made pottery pieces (a plate, a bowl, and a beer glass). After firing them in the kiln, they will be glazed in our requested colors that same day and then shipped to our home once finished—we’re looking forward to receiving them. I would love to visit again; however, there is one disappointing point: there is only one Room type available for stays of two or more people, so I would appreciate more options. I enjoyed soaking in Zao Onsen’s strongly acidic, milky-white water with a distinct sulfur scent—this is what an Onsen should be like. Since it’s an old building, there are countless flaws if you start pointing them out, so I stayed while telling myself that’s just how it is. The staff work hard, but not at a level that truly impresses. The meals featured many local specialties and were good, but the rice—the most important part—was too firm at dinner and far too soft at breakfast. This Accommodation is recommended for those who love Onsen.

Both breakfast and dinner offer a wide selection, including meat, fish, tempura, noodles, salads—everything you could want. The food is delicious. There are many kinds of desserts, and you can also take them back to your Room to enjoy. The herbal tea was excellent. The staff’s friendly greetings were wonderful. It’s a Hotel that’s hard to book, so if you get the chance, definitely give it a try.
