They kindly stored our suitcases both before check-in and after check-out, which was a great help. The front desk staff were also very friendly, so we felt comfortable staying here. The Room was clean, and we had a pleasant stay. Only basic amenities are provided, so if you need anything specific, it’s best to check in advance for peace of mind. During the snow season in Hakuba, accommodation costs tend to rise, so we chose to stay here. The room was clean and well-maintained, and everything we needed was available within the facility, making it a very affordable option. The bath is a bit small for more than three people but being accessible 24 hours was convenient. It’s also close to the Hakuba area, so I’d love to stay here again if the timing works out.

You can see the ocean beyond the fields right in front of you. There are chairs on the balcony, and I spent some time simply enjoying the view. The Room is compact, but everything is well arranged and it was very comfortable. It has a modern design, yet also feels warm and handmade. I stopped by while cycling around Okinawa, and I was able to store my bicycle in a large garage. Meals are not included, but there is a convenience store and an izakaya about a 12-minute walk away (the izakaya was closed on its regular day off, so I couldn’t use it).

The Accommodation Tax should be JPY 200 per person for stays under JPY 6,000 per person, but it was somehow listed as JPY 400 per person. After checking the details and confirming it was under JPY 6,000 per person, I left JPY 200 × 4. I did not receive any reply afterward, which was a bit disappointing. Also, this is unavoidable due to private lodging regulations: you must provide the name, age, address, and gender of every guest staying—unlike Hotels where only the representative is required—so it is a bit of a hassle. Please note that a Cancellation Fee of 50% applies from 28 days before check-in, so be careful when you Reserve.

The staff were kind and helpful. Driving up the narrow mountain road in a rental car in the dark late at night was a bit unsettling. It’s better to arrive while it’s still light.

I was drawn to the stylish property with a kitchen and a space without dogs, so I made a reservation. Upon arrival, the owner welcomed us and thoroughly explained how to use the facility. Since the kitchen and bathroom are foreign-made, they are used slightly differently from Japanese ones, so it was very helpful to receive an explanation. (For example, the timing of gas ignition in this kitchen is at the beginning for foreign-made ones, whereas for Japanese-made ones, it is at the end.) The dining kitchen has a high ceiling and a spacious area where we could relax. There are two tables, so even if two groups stay, there is ample space. The bedroom was also spacious, and even with three family members, we could relax comfortably. This property is basically self-catering (I think), but there are three supermarkets within a 10-minute drive that you might be interested in. However, there are no amenities, so you need to prepare your own toothbrush, hairbrush, shaving items, lotion, etc. Tooth gel was available. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bath towels, and towels are provided. The kitchen facilities are well-equipped with frying pans, pots, cooking chopsticks, wooden spatulas, plates, glasses, various seasonings, olive oil, and more. Thanks to the warm consideration from the owner, we received wonderful hospitality that cannot be experienced at ordinary properties. I couldn't see it when we arrived at night, but when I woke up in the morning and looked in front of the building, there was a large garden space where children could run and play. It was a lodging experience that made me feel as if I had come to a slightly rural area on an overseas trip, even though I was in Japan. It was a property I would like to stay at again when I travel to Mie Prefecture.

We stayed with two families (4 adults and 2 toddlers). From the moment we arrived, the space was wonderful and everyone got excited!! It was very clean, and it felt like maintenance and cleaning were done thoroughly. There is a courtyard in the center with a BBQ area and a bonfire area. On the day we used it, it rained on and off, so we had our BBQ in the main building with a roof. Even with light rain, we were able to enjoy BBQ without any issues! Best of all, there are two buildings, so each family can stay separately without worrying about bothering each other. All tableware is provided, but the cups are glass only, so we recommend bringing paper cups or similar for children. The next day we played at Kujira Park and then ate sushi at Boso no Eki before heading home. We would definitely like to stay again!

We used this place for a one-night trip to Enoshima via Kamakura. The location was just right, so we made a Reservation without high expectations. The Facility and amenities were well stocked with nothing missing, and we made full use of the kitchen equipment. Since the cups are glass, it would have been nice to have a plastic cup for brushing teeth—around the sink it can be slippery, so I couldn’t let my kids handle glass. Even with five of us staying, there were enough beds and everything fit comfortably. The limited number of parking spaces isn’t the Facility’s fault, but if you’re driving, it’s a good idea to budget about 4,000 yen for parking in advance. There are several lots near the station and along the coast; each is only a 2–3 minute walk away, so you likely won’t have trouble finding one. I also really liked the atmosphere of the back streets.

Very satisfied! We stayed with children, and the property was thoroughly cleaned and had a sense of cleanliness. The kitchen utensils and tableware were well-equipped, so we could cook properly by just bringing ingredients. If I had to say, the bathroom and washroom felt a bit small (all amenities were provided). There were video games, board/card games, and even a hammock, which made the kids happy to play. The surrounding area seemed like a residential neighborhood, so it might be better to avoid being too noisy late at night. It was a cold snowy day, but the air conditioning was turned on at check-in time, so the room was warm and appreciated. The owners were very kind; they called us about parking and departure in the snow and even came to help us get out of the snow in our car the next morning so we could leave safely. We are very grateful for that. This was our first time renting an entire property like this one; we had some concerns but are really glad we chose this place. The interior is cute and well-equipped; it's also close to ski resorts as well as Lake Biwa (Biwako), making it great value for money. We created wonderful memories with our family here. We would love to use it again! Thank you very much!

Although it was a No Meals Included stay, the building had a great atmosphere and the amenities were of good quality. I didn’t use the bath, but there are Onsen nearby, so I was able to enjoy one along with a meal without any issues. I think Togawa offered more of the fishing port town experience than Choshi. I’d like to visit again.

Stayed for 4 nights and 5 days during the New Year holidays. The Room was very clean with no unpleasant odors or mold. It was well-maintained. We used it as a group of three, with two beds and an extra bed added. Since we enjoyed snorkeling and other marine activities, having a washing machine, dryer, and detergent available was very convenient. The Room is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate up to three people. The wooden deck in front of the entrance has a nice atmosphere and provides shelter from rain. The parking space next to the deck is perfect for temporarily placing luggage. The key system uses a code sent via email by the owner. Hotels are too expensive for us, so we would love to stay here again. For meals, we visited restaurants in Nago City, which are about 15-20 minutes away by car. There’s also a convenience store nearby, so there’s no inconvenience at all. I was the only guest staying that day, and I had a great time chatting with the owner. It was so much fun!

Stayed in an 8-tatami mat Japanese-style room without a toilet or bath. I usually stay in a double room at a business hotel, but the absence of a toilet and bath made the room feel more spacious. The bath was not very large, but compared to a unit bath, it was much more spacious and relaxing. The ryokan had a charming atmosphere, which was delightful. Since I didn't have high expectations due to the lack of toilet and bath, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The Facility is very clean and well maintained (toilets, washrooms, kitchen, and shared spaces). Guests are well mannered, and international visitors also seemed to relax comfortably. I stayed in a private Western-style room; the bed was large and I slept very well. The rooftop terrace is pleasant, and you can also enjoy views of Sakurajima (about half is blocked by buildings). I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
