I wanted to spend New Year's Eve away from home and immediately made a reservation here as it allows pets and has a sauna. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and we were able to enjoy the first sunrise of the year. The cleanliness of the sauna, bath, and water facilities made our stay very comfortable. Being close to the sea and renting an entire house, I expected both the living room and upstairs bedroom to be cold, but it was surprisingly warm, making it feel just like home! We enjoyed using the sauna with firewood while adjusting it ourselves—the scent of wood was wonderful, making for an incredibly satisfying experience! The firewood can also be used for BBQs or campfires, which is very convenient. This is a facility I would love for many people to experience! I will definitely visit again!

Considering the price and the Facilities, I was very satisfied. It was clean, and at this price there is nothing to complain about. Compared with a typical Hotel, there are a few things to note, but I think they are offset by the low price and the comfort of having an overwhelmingly spacious room. However, you will need to climb a narrow staircase up to the 3rd floor, so guests with concerns about their legs or knees may want to keep that in mind. I had a comfortable stay. The house still had that “new home” smell (in a good way), haha. It was very clean, comfortable for us, and we really enjoyed our stay. We also rented the washing machine, dishes, and even a BBQ set (about ¥2,000), and since everything was provided it felt easy and relaxing—just like being at home. They even had mosquito coils; such thoughtful touches… The bath (and sauna) are outside, but we didn’t use them because it felt like too much hassle. There is a small shower inside the house. If I had to mention any downsides: the hair dryer is a ReFa (known for not drying very quickly), and the razor wasn’t easy to shave with. Overall, we were very satisfied because we had such a pleasant stay.

There were not many Reviews at the time of Reservation, so I was a little worried, but this villa exceeded the price. Four of us stayed, and it was spacious enough. It’s relatively new, very clean, and well stocked with amenities. It’s close to the downtown area, so we had no trouble finding places to eat. The parking lot is also easy to use. We truly had no complaints, and thanks to this place we had a wonderful trip. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We brought our own food this time, but the BBQ Facility was fully equipped, so we hardly needed to buy anything extra. It’s helpful to bring small bags for food waste and wet wipes. We were also able to borrow a long down coat, and with the heater, it was comfortable outside at night. We stayed for a birthday, and they surprised us with a cake! The dome tent with an auto-lock was also very comfortable. The lighting was wonderful, and the starry sky late at night was beautiful and relaxing. We’d love to stay again. Thank you!

The shower room in the facility seemed to have clogged pipes, so I couldn't take a shower. However, there was an Onsen nearby, which was great. Additionally, the other services and amenities were excellent! I would definitely book again next time!

The staff was very accommodating, the Room and bathroom were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I was even seen off at check-out. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

We stayed here for a relaxing family trip with our three dogs. It’s in a very quiet location, and the Facility was clean and well stocked with plenty of dog supplies, so we were very satisfied with our stay. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been nice to have kitchen towels as well. This has become one of the Accommodations we’d love to visit again.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. The staff were especially kind, and provided attentive guidance and thoughtful care. The Room was more spacious and comfortable than we expected. I think six friends or family members can stay without any issues. We stayed with six adults and two toddlers. On the first floor, there is also a delicious pastry shop, and I highly recommend the ginger ale drink. It’s close to the Bikan Historical Quarter, making it convenient for sightseeing walks. It was quiet at night, so we had a very comfortable stay. If we visit Kurashiki again, we will make a Reservation. Thank you!

The reception staff was very pleasant and provided courteous service. The room was not spacious, but since it has tatami mats where you can take off your shoes, it feels relaxing. The bed was also comfortable! The fact that the bath, toilet, and washbasin are separate is excellent. The building itself is new and beautiful, but it was thoroughly cleaned and had a sense of cleanliness, so there were no complaints! As a special benefit for female guests, I received skincare products, which included a mask that helped with dryness. The station is also nearby, making it convenient, and it is quiet at night, allowing for a leisurely stay.

We’ve stayed here for two years in a row. It’s great because you can enjoy indoor activities even on rainy days, like the projector, karaoke, table tennis, and games. There aren’t many places where you can bring dogs, stay with a large group, and rent the whole place privately. There is a dog-friendly Plan, but I think our dogs would have been happier if there had been a bit more space than just a crate… It also would have been nice if puppy pads were provided, but overall it was such a fun place for everyone that we were very satisfied. We’ll come again next year. Thank you very much.

Rated 4 stars because, although the Onsen is nice, it requires reheating and you need to be mindful of making minimal noise when pouring water. The parking is free but can be hard to locate for first-timers, and there’s some distance to carry luggage. However, the owner was very friendly and welcoming, and the Room felt cozy like being at home, which made the stay enjoyable.

We stayed here during summer vacation with three families. The building, Facilities, and amenities were all extremely clean, making our stay very comfortable. The interior was stylish and lovely as well. We rented an optional BBQ set, but unfortunately it rained that day. We contacted them just in case, and even though it was a last-minute request, they set up a tarp for us the same day. We truly appreciated it, enjoyed a wonderful BBQ, and it became the best summer vacation memory. We will definitely be back. It seems Polar Resort has several vacation rentals in Karuizawa, so we’d like to try their other Accommodations too. Highly recommended.

I stayed for the purpose of swimming with my beloved dog. It's a bit short, but perfect for practice! The bath is stylish with a clawfoot bathtub. For meals, you need to eat out or bring your own. You can also have a BBQ since you can rent cooking equipment as an option. If you close the gate, you can make the garden lead-free, which is great for those with dogs.

The owner allows a comfortable level of freedom, making it feel like home. For shared rooms, the experience may depend on your roommate, but I had a wonderful encounter. Bringing your own food or dining out might be more convenient. It's very affordable, so you can enjoy a Multiple Night Stay without hesitation. The free drinks made with Beppu Benten Pond's famous water were delicious.
