I absolutely adored the owner—I was completely smitten. They prepared everything for us, from the BBQ setup to a Goemon-style bath and even a mochi-pounding experience, and we had an amazing time! With board games inside and unique Rooms, this Accommodation offers more than you can enjoy in just one day. We’ll be back.

I booked through Yahoo Travel, expecting a regular Hotel, but it was unmanned with remote identity verification via video call for check-in. Additionally, this was my oversight, but there are two similarly named Hotels: Grand Base "Mojiko" and "Mojiko Ekimae," which almost caused me to follow the wrong directions on Google Maps. The biggest issue for me was the lack of pajamas. While this might be common in accommodations like private lodgings, I had booked with the image of a regular Hotel in mind and found it inconvenient upon arrival. It would be helpful if such details were more prominently noted. On the other hand, toothbrushes, towels, shampoo, a microwave oven, and a water dispenser were provided. The location is excellent—within walking distance of Mojiko Station and the retro district—with supermarkets and drugstores nearby. Incidentally, I bought pajamas at one of these drugstores. The Facility is new and clean. Although I noticed that there was no door for the toilet area, it was quiet and comfortable overall. The price is reasonable; once accustomed to this style of accommodation, such Hotels can be quite appealing!

The entire floor is available for rent, and there are a total of 2 floors. The Room includes 4 double beds, multiple toilets, shower rooms, and sinks. There was also a refrigerator the size of a household fridge in the Room. A microwave was installed in the shared area on the first floor. Although there were no staff members on-site, any questions were kindly addressed over the phone. For someone like me who doesn't expect much from Hotel stays, it felt like a suite-class experience. I would love to use it again in the future.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The Room was spacious, and we had no problem even with two suitcases open. There wasn’t a washing machine in the Room, but there was one in the parking area, so doing laundry was easy. The bathroom also had a dryer, so we had no trouble drying clothes for the next day. Great value for money. We’d love to stay here again when we visit Okinawa.

It would have been better if there was a dryer in the Room. The Room and bathroom were clean. As a smoker, I went out to the balcony, but it would be perfect if the balcony could be cleaned a little more. For those coming by car, there is ample parking space, and nearby you can find dining options like eateries and yakitori restaurants. For shopping, there is a Lawson convenience store about a 10-minute walk away.

Some Reviews mentioned that the place “wasn’t cleaned thoroughly,” and my companion was a bit worried, but once we stepped inside, it was a calm and relaxing space. It felt like some of the harsh Reviews were expecting Ryokan-level standards even though we weren’t paying Ryokan-level prices. We also enjoyed delicious meals at Kitchen Yorokonde, located a few kilometers away and run by the same manager as the Accommodation, which made our trip to Sado very satisfying.

Overall, I was satisfied. However, the lights were either fully on or completely off, so I’d like the living room lighting to be improved.

It was a wonderful place. The cleaning was thorough in every corner. We often stay at rental villas because we have a dog, but while the rooms are usually clean, many places have gardens overgrown with weeds, making it hard to let our dog play outside. However, this accommodation had a well-maintained lawn in the garden, which was perfect. The staff were very kind and made us feel at ease. They even gave our dog a toy as a gift—such thoughtful hospitality! For those who enjoy fishing, there is also a fishing port nearby, so I highly recommend it. The BBQ area has a roof, so you can enjoy it without worry. The stars visible from the facility were incredibly beautiful as well. We would love to stay here again in the future. I stayed for the first time during the New Year holidays for 3 nights and 4 days. The place was incredibly spacious and very clean. Unfortunately, it rained and was too cold to enjoy the pool, which was disappointing, but everyone was still excited. I would definitely love to stay here again!

The room was compact but clean and comfortable.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It was a very clean guesthouse, with both dormitory Rooms and private Rooms, and I stayed in a private Room. The Room was clean and spacious. The bath and toilets are shared, but they are very clean. Shampoo and other toiletries are provided. There is also a water dispenser, microwave, etc. There are paid washing machines and dryers, and you can borrow bicycles to get to the nearby supermarket, so it’s convenient for long stays as well. I would like to stay here again.

It may feel lacking if you expect a City Hotel, but as a Business Hotel, it was more than sufficient. The bathroom in the Room has been renovated and is clean, and the air conditioning can be individually adjusted to your preferred temperature, which was great. Thanks to the Airweave mattress, I slept soundly—though it might have been because I was tired. The large public bath was well-equipped and enjoyable. Please note that the Room does not provide skincare products like lotion or pajamas such as yukata or gowns, so bring what you need if necessary.

I stayed at the accommodation with the purpose of dining and taking photos at "BLUE DINING AITSURA" on the first floor. Despite the heavy snow, it was very convenient as I could dine and take photos right after going down the stairs. The shower and toilet were newly renovated and very clean. The stairs were a bit challenging for someone my age, but everything else was very quiet and excellent.

Check-in was late this time, and it was just an overnight stay. The room was simple yet comfortable. There is a lobby on the 7th floor reception area where many international guests were enjoying themselves.

We stayed for 2 nights with 2 people and used a rental car. It was a private room. The parking fee was an unbeatable JPY 700 per day. Everything we needed was provided, and it was more than sufficient as a guesthouse. The futon was long, which was great for me since I’m tall. There is a spa and an outlet mall within walking distance. It would have been even better if the price were a little lower.
