Stayed during the Obon holiday period. A budget Ryokan with no meals. I didn’t expect much, but it was surprisingly good. The private Beppu Onsen bath is available in 1-hour slots, so you can relax and take your time. The temperature was just right. If you like a charming Onsen Ryokan with a traditional atmosphere, you’ll want to come back. The female front desk staff greeted us with a smile and made a great impression. There’s also a large department store and convenience stores nearby, so you can shop on foot and won’t have to worry about meals.

We stayed for 4 nights. The Room was spacious, and although the building is old, it was well cleaned and felt very tidy, so we were able to stay comfortably throughout our trip. We were also happy to have a massage chair. Having a parking lot was another great plus. Above all, all the staff were polite and kind, and we’re glad we chose Sharara. We would love to stay here again when we visit Okinawa!

My husband stayed at the accommodation and mentioned that the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. He also appreciated the large public bath with a sauna, which helped him relax and recover from fatigue. We will use this accommodation again when staying in Isahaya.

I stayed in the female dormitory. The staff was polite, and the accommodation was clean and pleasant. However, due to over-tourism, there were quite a few foreign tourists with questionable manners. Considering the excellent cost-performance ratio, this might be unavoidable. Other than that, the cleaning was thorough, and I am satisfied. Next time, I would like to stay in a single room or similar accommodation.

This was our first time staying here. The owner was very kind and attentive. There was a hidden door that the kids enjoyed searching for, and they seemed to love the shower, having fun while using it. The space is spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably, and we were very satisfied. We would love to stay here again when we visit Kyoto. Thank you so much!

I had a relaxing and leisurely time. It was enjoyable. Having a rice cooker was very helpful.

Affordable and clean. There’s a washing machine and a kitchen—great. One thing to note: check-in is at a different building some distance away, so be careful when you arrive.

The Room was spacious, and having a tatami Room was very helpful since we had a crawling baby. There was no elevator, but there was a freight elevator, so they carried our luggage up to the upper floor for us. The entire Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, so I’m deducting one star.

I mainly stayed here on weekends during the Hakodate Horse Racing season. I personally like tatami Rooms, and I was able to relax comfortably.

I stayed at Zen in Kusatsu Onsen, and while many accommodations now cost over 10,000 yen even with no meals included, this place was under 6,000 yen. The amenities were well-equipped, and the private rooms ensured privacy, which made me very satisfied. Additionally, there are day-use onsens nearby where I could fully enjoy Kusatsu Onsen. I would love to stay here again when touring in Kusatsu Onsen.

We stayed for three nights. The Room was spacious and clean, with all amenities provided, and there were enough towels for the entire stay. It would have been even better if there had been a microwave. Although it is far from town, we had no particular inconvenience with a rental car.

We stayed here for a surf trip as a parent and child. This was our third time staying. We usually choose a Japanese-style Room, but this time we splurged on a Japanese-Western style Room. It had three spacious rooms and a large bath, which completely washed away our surfing fatigue. The bedroom even had an amazing massage chair! The Facility itself has a slightly retro feel, but the kindness of the staff more than makes up for it.

We’ve stayed here for three years in a row! It would be great if there were a large electric griddle. When dining with a big group, we’d love to cook and share meals like jingisukan together on a hot plate, so having one available would be perfect. We’ll stay again next year!

The location was close to Kyoto Station, yet in a quiet area, which was great. The Room was clean and spacious enough. I had a comfortable stay. There is a convenience store less than a minute away, and various dining options within a 5-minute walk, making it very convenient. This was my mistake due to insufficient checking, but when using Google Maps to find the Hotel, I accidentally went to another nearby Hotel of the same chain. Future guests should double-check the location carefully.

The service was polite and very satisfying. I was able to borrow pillows and loungewear at the front desk. Amenities were well-prepared, making it sufficient for a stay with No Meals Included.

Conveniently located near Omoromachi Station, with easy access to convenience stores, supermarkets, cinemas, and restaurants. The lobby and guest rooms were clean, and the quality of the towels was particularly impressive.

Check-in and check-out at the unmanned Hotel is convenient when traveling with children. The Room had many beds lined up, similar to a single-person apartment. You can relax comfortably, but for a Room where you take off your shoes, the floor feels gritty and dust is noticeable.

A guesthouse run by a kind couple, Guesthouse Rin. Their explanations are easy to understand, and the Room is kept very clean. Having a private Room is also a big plus. I stayed here to visit the Minami Cherry Blossom and Nanohana Festival. It’s about a 3-minute drive to the nanohana fields, and about 7 minutes to the main venue at Roadside Station Shimogamo Onsen Yunohana, so the location is great. I got around on my own bike, but rental bicycles are also available. It gets dark at night, so I traveled by car.
