This is a private apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cook your own meals. The bathroom features temperature control and reheating functions, which were very convenient. Check-in was at a separate location just a few minutes' walk away, but there was no need to return for check-out, making it hassle-free. I would love to stay here again!

The Facility is somewhat old, but the location is excellent for sightseeing around Gion. Otherwise, it feels comparable to a Business Hotel.

My spouse and I booked a twin room. It was our first stay. We were happy that the toilet and bath were separate, so we could add the bath salts we brought and relax in the tub. The washroom was also spacious, and we were surprised to find a washing machine! Since it was No Meals Included, the Facility being minimal was perfectly fine. It would have been nice to have one more chair. But we’d like to stay again next time. We used a nearby parking lot, and it was inexpensive.

I stayed for four nights. The Accommodation is set a little off Kokusai-dori, in a quiet area. Thank you for upgrading my Room. I would definitely like to stay here again whenever I visit Okinawa for diving.

Close to the station, well-equipped Facilities, and reasonably priced. The stairs to the Room are steep, so moving luggage was difficult. Noise from the upstairs neighbors was noticeable. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay.

Our family of four stayed here. Two of us slept on the bed on the 3rd floor and two on the sofa bed on the 2nd floor, and we all slept comfortably. The Room was clean, and it was great to be able to relax in the bath. The view of Tokyo Skytree from the balcony was breathtaking. It was also convenient that it’s close to the station. However, I felt a bit nervous about completing check-in via email submission only. Also, because the design is very stylish, it was a little difficult to reach the dishes in the kitchen cabinets, which was slightly inconvenient. Still, it’s wonderful to be able to stay at this price on a Saturday with such comfort. It would have been even better if there were a full-length mirror near the clothes rack on the 1st floor. I’d like to stay again.

I read in other reviews that the bathroom tiles were dirty, but it was not bothersome. There were some foreign guests, and while there was a noticeable perfume scent in the elevator, I didn’t find it unpleasant. The hotel is indeed surrounded by izakayas and other establishments, but the area felt safe and had plenty of dining options. There’s also a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. I ordered takeout from a restaurant and ate in my room; online ordering for pickup seemed to save time. The front desk staff provided excellent service, making my stay comfortable. It’s a hotel I would like to use again in the future.

Close to Hinomisaki, spacious, and the owner was very kind. The Accommodation has been renovated, and the toilet is clean as well. We decided on this Accommodation on the day, but we liked its relaxed atmosphere. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Compact and clean, it was nice. It was very quiet even during sleep. For a trip with two women, it would be even better if there was a full-length mirror in the Room. Also, it didn't show up when searched on Google Maps.

Conveniently located near the station. Despite being close to the station, the surroundings are quiet. Since it's an annex, checking in and out at the main building is slightly inconvenient, but it's quick and easy. The room was just right for spending time alone. However, I wiped off fingerprints on the mirror on the desk. I was pleased with the handwritten letter on the desk. I took the bath duck home as I wanted to take good care of it. It was soothing.

We stayed at “Konpira Machiya Maru” with three adults and one dog (medium-sized). This is a fully renovated, entire-home rental Accommodation, and everything—from the building itself to the Facility, amenities, and supplies—exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable, and everyone said they slept soundly. The location is about a 1-minute walk from both JR Kotohira Station and Kotoden Kotohira Station, making it an ideal base for visiting Konpira Shrine. We traveled by car (HiAce Long), and the parking area is adjacent to the Accommodation with plenty of space even for a large vehicle. We only interacted with the staff at check-in, but they were polite and warmly welcoming without being intrusive. It was a wonderful Accommodation that I would confidently recommend to friends—and I will definitely be returning.

It was in a convenient location, and I was glad it was a new Hotel. It was disappointing that the large public bath was a bit small. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

It was helpful to be able to leave my luggage in the shared space before check-in.

The amenities are excellent at this Hotel. However, the trash bin in the toilet is small. It would have been nice to have another one in the washroom. Also, there was no place to hang towels I brought, which was inconvenient. Walking to the station was challenging due to the season, so I used a taxi. Other than that, it’s a good Hotel!

We had a great time even in winter. It felt special and was wonderful.

I wasn’t sure how to display the check-in QR code, but they helped me over the phone and I was able to check in without any issues. The Room felt very clean, and the Facility was well equipped with tableware, amenities such as lotion, pajamas, a hair dryer, a Bluetooth speaker, and a large screen. With its stylish interior, it was a Hotel that both kids and adults were very satisfied with. The bed was spacious and comfortable. I’d like to stay here again when visiting Yonezawa.

Right in front of the nearest Ugata Station, it was a stylish Hotel with a restaurant on the first floor. The Room was great—not only did it have a bed, but it also had a loft-style layout with a desk underneath, so we could relax before going to sleep. It was also convenient to have a convenience store nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shima Spain Village!

I stayed here again for the first time in about a year since last year. This was my third stay, and it was my first time staying in a Room on the national highway side. The noise didn’t bother me at all, and I was able to relax again this time. Next month, I may use another R9 location. With more new locations opening, I’d like to continue using them in the future.

The room was clean and very nice. I wasn't in the room much, but it was just right for me as I only needed it for sleeping. However, since there was no dedicated parking lot, I had to pay for parking again every time I went out, which was inconvenient.
