Stayed in Furano for 2 nights from August 27 to 29. The accommodation was perfect as I was planning to stay in a condominium. The one-bedroom space was just right and comfortable for two people. The kitchenette is simple, but it should be sufficient for those who don't cook much. Above all, the staff were very kind and attentive, making the stay pleasant and comfortable. They communicated fluently in Japanese without any issues. It was a truly appreciated experience.

Hello, this time I stayed at a traditional Japanese house for the first time. I was able to spend a very wonderful time with my friends. I thought the nights in Tsuwano in November might be cold, but with the floor heating, it was very warm and comfortable. I definitely want to visit again. Thank you.

For my first trip to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, I chose this style of stay, and it was absolutely the right choice. It felt like my own home—spacious and relaxing—and my friend and I enjoyed two nights experiencing life in Kurashiki. It’s located within the Bikan area and close to Achi Shrine, so it’s convenient for sightseeing, yet it was very quiet. Since amenities are different from a Hotel, you’ll need to keep that in mind, and there is no TV as well. Still, it’s a wonderful house that I’d love to visit again if I have the chance.

We stayed here with children. All the necessary amenities (cooking utensils, tableware, etc.) were well provided, and we could really feel the owner’s attention to detail, including the interior design. The moment you step into the Room, you can’t help but think, “Wonderful!” Above all, the view of the ocean from the second floor is exceptional—like a painting. The weather during our stay wasn’t great, but we’d love to visit again on a clear day. (It’s still a lovely view even when it’s cloudy.) There aren’t any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, but within about a 15-minute drive there are cafés, small shops, and activity providers—so you won’t have any trouble. A beautiful beach is also within walking distance. There’s also a small local shop nearby, so basic items like drinks, cup noodles, and snacks are easy to get. Having a washer-dryer, extra towels, and a large refrigerator was extremely helpful for a longer stay as well. The only downside is that there is no handrail on the stairs, so it feels unsafe to let small children go up and down on their own. It might be scary for older guests too. All in all, this is definitely a place we’d like to stay again when visiting Ishigaki Island.

We stayed as a group of three families, totaling nine people, ranging from a 1.5-year-old toddler to a couple in their 60s. There were four bedrooms, allowing each family to have their own space, making it very convenient for a large group. The upstairs living room, kitchen, and dining area were spacious as well. The stylish design and cleanliness made our stay very comfortable. For both dinner and breakfast, we went shopping for ingredients at a nearby supermarket and enjoyed cooking together as a group. It was an entirely different and enjoyable experience compared to staying at the usual Hotel or Ryokan. Our 1.5-year-old grandchild was thrilled with the new experiences away from daily life and had so much fun. On the train ride home, they seemed to feel sad about leaving Katase-Enoshima behind. It became an unforgettable trip filled with wonderful memories for all three families!

I stayed in the Pokémon Room for two nights. Most of the guests were foreigners, and there were hardly any Japanese guests. Still, it was a comfortable trip.

This property, located in the highly popular area of Hayama, features a unique layout designed to maximize space. The second floor houses the bedrooms, while the third floor includes the living-dining-kitchen (LDK) area, bathroom, and balcony. The fourth floor offers a rooftop space with an elevator for convenience. However, please note that the parking space on the ground floor is quite narrow and directly faces a residential road, which may make parking challenging during certain times of day. If your vehicle exceeds the designated size limit for this parking spot, there is a coin-operated parking lot available diagonally across from the property. Inside, every corner of this facility is impeccably clean and well-organized. From the third-floor living room, you can enjoy stunning views of both the ocean and Mount Fuji (photos available). The facility provides excellent comfort and functionality for guests. Additionally, there is a bus stop with frequent service conveniently located right in front of the property—perfect for accessing dining options near Zushi Station or other nearby areas.

As shown in the photos, this is a beautiful and stylish standalone house. The space is simple and very calming. The view from the Room is stunning, allowing for a wonderful experience like something out of a drama. The bathroom was spacious and absolutely fantastic! From check-in to check-out, you can enjoy complete privacy without encountering anyone else. However, there were some areas where cleaning was not thorough, which was slightly disappointing. The outdoor chairs and sandals were old and dirty, lacking cleanliness and making them uncomfortable to use. Additionally, some leftover condiments were found but it was unclear when they were purchased; the oil had also discolored, which felt concerning. While it's great to avoid waste from an eco-friendly perspective, it would be appreciated if usage dates could be noted for such items.

We chose to stay here as it was difficult to use a Ryokan due to our large family. The Facility and equipment were very well-maintained and clean. The children had a great time playing table tennis and basketball, but please note that the Room for these activities does not have air conditioning, so be cautious of heatstroke. For dinner, we purchased ingredients around Odawara and enjoyed a BBQ. It was a very enjoyable experience. There were two baths available; however, one of them did not provide Onsen water, so we deducted one star from our rating. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. Despite being in the mountains, Yamato Transport provided same-day delivery service for luggage like clothes, making everything smooth and convenient. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days to celebrate his birthday. I’ve visited Awaji Island many times, but I’d never had the chance to catch a sunset on the west coast and always missed it. On the first day, it was unfortunately cloudy with light rain, so I had almost given up again—but the wind pushed away the thick clouds, and we were miraculously able to enjoy a beautifully glowing sunset. It was truly stunning. The weather was comfortable with occasional sunshine and light cloud cover, so driving around felt great as well. Wanting to try Awaji beef, we bought fresh meat at nearby Hamanishi Shoten and enjoyed a delicious meal. We took it easy, worked up a serious sweat in the barrel sauna, explored the surrounding area, and fully enjoyed Awaji Island. The Facility is clean, and the kitchen is stocked with olive oil, salt, and other essentials—supplies are more than sufficient. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; with high ceilings and an open atrium design, it feels wonderfully spacious. I also recommend relaxing on the deck chair while watching the ocean early in the morning. It was a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

We visited with my daughter’s family—four generations in total. As soon as you enter, the ocean is right in front of you through the large glass windows. There was a big pool, and everything was set up for a BBQ. The kids never got bored—they ran around the living room and went up to the second floor, having a great time until it was time to leave. It’s a very clean Facility, and the location is perfect. We’re already saying we’d love to stay again. Please note that there are no seasonings or plastic wrap provided, so bring what you need. Also, the rice cooker was unusual—it’s the type where you add water to the outer pot, which was hard to figure out. I think it would be helpful to have written instructions. From the second-floor living room, we enjoyed a spectacular Room with panoramic ocean views, and the pool view was also amazing. Although a typhoon hit on our last day, the staff kindly helped us with the cancellation process and other arrangements. It was about a one-minute walk from the Room to the sea, and our family could enjoy a beautiful, empty beach all to ourselves—an excellent Hotel that even comes with a private beach. If we have the chance, we would definitely stay again next time.

Stayed with four colleagues, making a group of five men. The sauna was authentic and spacious enough for all five of us! The temperature was high, and self-pouring löyly was available. Since there was no cold plunge pool, we filled the jacuzzi with water to use instead, but the water temperature felt a bit warm and less satisfying. Other than that, everything was perfect! The pool was enjoyable, and the barbecue grill was user-friendly and convenient. We also had fun with karaoke. The beds were soft and comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. Would love to stay here again!

We stayed with two families (10 guests) and were very satisfied. The women especially appreciated how easy the kitchen area was to use. The bath was also very comfortable, with Onsen water. We also enjoyed an outdoor BBQ, and the provided insect-repellent items—such as mosquito coils—made it very comfortable. The kids loved playing Nintendo Switch on the projector and watching videos or listening to music via Fire TV Stick. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

An amazing location surrounded by breathtaking nature. In the morning, we took a walk with the kids through the great outdoors, spotting animal tracks and even wild squirrels and deer. It was a magnificent experience you can’t get in everyday life. What makes SANU special is being able to enjoy it all with peace of mind. Our whole family was able to enjoy this extraordinary experience with confidence.

The high ceiling created an amazing sense of openness the moment we entered the Room, and the greenery spreading across the windows was even more beautiful than we imagined! We had a relaxing time cooking with ingredients bought at a local supermarket, listening to music, and unwinding—it was truly refreshing. We would love to stay again.

I chose an accommodation where we could relax in a private space for a gathering with old friends. The kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils and tableware, allowing us to enjoy making and sharing sukiyaki together. Outside the window, there was a beautiful snowy landscape, and the time spent enjoying warm meals was truly wonderful. At night, the clear air revealed a breathtaking starry sky when we stepped outside. Spending time with old friends in peaceful nature offered a special experience that is hard to find in the city. The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it perfect for a multiple night stay to fully unwind. SANU seems to have multiple locations, so I would love to visit again!

We were able to propose in an extraordinary space with a wonderful view. Even the cups were made of Yachimun pottery, and we could really feel the love for Okinawa. The LINE messages before our stay were also very polite and kind. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.
