This place is located a bit away from the bustling areas, which made it even better! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. We stocked up on deli food and enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay without worrying about the surroundings. The bathroom and toilet were clean. Having laundry facilities was very convenient. It was an amazing trip, especially since dogs are welcome here!

We stayed here for our trip. The views from the balcony and the Onsen were breathtaking. We were pleasantly surprised to find refills for shampoo, laundry detergent, seasonings, and so much more. They responded kindly and quickly to our inquiries, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again.

When we went out for drinks in the evening, we asked for directions to Yobuko for the next day. Even though we came back late, you kindly came out from the back and carefully explained how to get to the Yobuko Morning Market. Thanks to you, we arrived early the next day without getting lost and were able to enjoy sightseeing. Thank you very much for your help—please let us stay again when we visit Ureshino! I wanted to thank you in person in the morning, but you weren’t there.

There is a guide to the Accommodation, and there was a small sign that said “ZEN,” but the building was hard to see from outside, so I wasn’t sure I was in the right place and got lost at first. After climbing the stairs surrounded by greenery, I finally reached a beautiful standalone Accommodation and felt relieved. In reality, it’s not possible to drive into the parking area; you can only park in the space in front of it. It gets very dark at night, so if it’s your first time, it may be hard to find—checking in while it’s still daylight is recommended. Inside, the space feels open and airy, and relaxing on the outdoor chairs was a real luxury. It was a bit disappointing that mornings and evenings were still chilly. There is a wood-burning stove, but I missed that it requires advance Reservation and an additional fee. Since it wasn’t really stove season anyway, I imagine it would be excellent in winter. There also seemed to be a beer server (advance Reservation?), as well as a kitchen and electric cooktop, so self-catering is possible—I probably just wasn’t prepared enough to make full use of everything. I think satisfaction would be even higher with a Multiple Night Stay, especially in winter.

My usual Accommodation was fully booked, so I searched around and found this place. The low price and the luxurious-looking room photos made it an easy choice. To be honest, I wondered if it would really be okay since the photos looked too luxurious for the price—but when I arrived, I was amazed: it was just as luxurious and spotless as in the photos! I’ve found my new favorite Accommodation for a great stay. I’ll definitely use it again! P.S. Their email support was quick, polite, and very helpful—it made me feel confident booking with them.

When I contacted the property in advance to explain that work would make my check-in very late at night, they kindly assured me it would be fine. Even though it was past midnight on the day, the staff welcomed me with a smile and provided quick, courteous service—I was extremely satisfied. I stayed for work this time, but I’d love to return for a private trip next time. Thank you very much.

My family visiting from overseas stayed here. As soon as they arrived at Tenku, they were impressed by the beautiful views, and they were also happy that the outdoor bath has a water heater, making it easy to use. Although the building isn’t very large, they were impressed by how comfortable and well designed it is. However, the bathroom felt quite small. They were surprised by the small bathroom, but throughout their stay they kept saying, “We want to come again.”

I stayed in a private Room with an ocean view. The Room was spacious, and the entire building is clean and well maintained. There is a bath with a bathtub, separated for men and women. There are washing machines (I think there were three) and one dryer. Detergent is free. There are also plenty of items for drying clothes in your Room. Amenities are well stocked. The Room has a microwave, refrigerator, and tableware. I stayed at several Accommodations on Tanegashima, but this was the most comfortable one. Check-in and check-out are done via tablet, so you generally won’t meet any staff in person. You will receive a link in advance to register as a guest; once registered, you’ll be sent the entrance door PIN code. If you can’t receive SMS messages or haven’t received an email, please contact the Accommodation to confirm the guest registration website. I would like to stay here again when I visit Tanegashima. I’ve stayed at Solana Resort many times, but this was my first time in Kamogawa. Unfortunately it rained, but on a clear day you can enjoy an ocean view right in front of you. The Room was very nice and clean, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The bath was also easy to use and comfortable. Since you can cook whatever you like, you can enjoy meals without worrying about others, and there was also a convenience store nearby in Kamogawa. We brought a smaller amount of food for our dog than usual, so the convenience store was really helpful. We also enjoyed the dog run during a break in the rain in the morning.

We stay here every year during the Obon holidays. The atmosphere is calm, and everything is thoroughly cleaned, so it feels like coming back home (to my parents’ house). It’s truly relaxing. Thank you again for this year as well. We were able to do everything we had planned, right on schedule. There are popular roadside stations and beaches nearby, so the area gets crowded at this time of year, but Mihama House and its surroundings are very quiet and soothing. We could really unwind from the bottom of our hearts. We look forward to staying again next year.

I stayed for two nights. It was a shared dormitory Room, but it was relatively spacious and more than adequate. The common areas were clean and tidy, and I was satisfied with them as well. I deducted one star because I happened to encounter an eccentric guest, but otherwise it was a very satisfying stay. I’d like to stay again!

It’s in a great location where you can go out for drinks and get back easily, comes with parking, and felt like a Room in an apartment—very comfortable to stay in! There was also a big TV, so it looked like you could watch lots of things. Towels and trash bags were available right after entering the first-floor entrance, and the Room and shower were clean! Since I didn’t spend the whole day in the Room, it was more than enough for me! I brought a large suitcase, and once opened it felt like you had to step over it to get through, so if there were two people, dealing with open suitcases might be tough. With a small suitcase, no problem at all! I’ll use it again.

We stayed for three nights with our pet. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, which was very helpful. The bathroom was spacious, and we had a comfortable stay. We would love to stay again.

We stayed as a family for five days. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great, but we were very satisfied with the Room. The Room is spacious, and the windows on the balcony side have an ocean view. Everything you need is provided, including plates and other basic items. Also, although it’s a four-story building, there is a proper elevator. Across the street nearby is a shopping mall with Starbucks, Blue Seal, an izakaya, a food court, and souvenir shops. A short walk from there are several more places to eat. There is also a FamilyMart about a 5-minute walk away. The parking spaces are numbered, but they are not assigned—so you can park in any available spot. Points to note: The Reservation center is open only until 17:00, so if you arrive late and run into any issues, it can be difficult. Checking in by 17:00 is recommended. Even for a Multiple Night Stay, only towels for (number of guests × 2) are provided, so you’ll need to do laundry fairly often. Also, there are no clotheslines or poles provided on the balcony drying rack. Overall, we were very satisfied with the Room.

This was our first stay. The location has great transportation access. There are major supermarkets as well as local grocery stores nearby, so shopping was easy. Above all, the Facility amenities and equipment were excellent, making it a wonderful trip with our dog. We will definitely be back.

It’s practically right in front of the station, making travel by train very easy. For the price, the Room is spacious enough and more than sufficient for business stays. Shopping is convenient at the station building on the first floor and at nearby convenience stores. A microwave is available in the lobby. The front desk staff have a lot of character.

They kindly stored my luggage before check-in, which was a huge help. The front desk staff were very courteous, and both the Room and the unit bath were clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. When I visit Kyoto again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you!
