Thank you so much for your hospitality! The receptionist's warm and cheerful demeanor made our entire family feel at ease. The area has a youthful vibe with nearby convenience stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops, yet it was quiet at night, making our stay completely stress-free. Being so close to the beach was incredibly convenient—we could easily return even after a late-night visit. There’s also a foot-washing station nearby, which made things super handy after spending time by the sea. It was so comfortable that I’d love to live here! Enoshima is within walking distance as well, making it an excellent choice for long-term stays.

It was great to find an affordable place to stay near American Village. If I had to mention one thing, there was no space by the pillow, so it was hard to find a place for my phone and glasses. I would appreciate it if you could add a small shelf or table.

I used this Hotel for an overnight stay because I had an early schedule the next day. They offered the perfect Plan: late check-in after 8:00 PM and early check-out by 8:00 AM, so I made a Reservation. - The front desk service is minimal, so you can’t really relax until you get into your Room. That said, if you head straight to your Room, it’s not an issue. - My Room was right in front of the elevator, so I was a bit worried about noise, but it was mostly just occasional signs of people passing by and didn’t bother me. It might be tough if a loud group walks through. - The bed pulls out to become a double, but since I stayed alone, I could use the extra space in the Room. Overall it feels like a standard single-size Room—fine for one person and not uncomfortably small. - The Room was properly cleaned. - Amenities are well stocked; everything you need is provided (including body towel and hair dryer), so as long as you have a change of clothes, you’ll be fine. - The bathtub is surprisingly spacious—or maybe deep? Smaller guests may find it quite relaxing. - On the other hand, the toilet area is extremely tight; even sitting down with your legs forward feels cramped. - In general, the entire bathroom/toilet space is very small, making it difficult to use the sink area comfortably as well. - The air conditioning noise may be a bit loud. There’s no breakfast or similar services, so if you’re looking at this Hotel purely as an affordable base just to sleep, it’s efficient with no frills and I’d recommend it.

The location and the property had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, which was great. Everything we needed was provided, and although the building is older, it was very clean and comfortable! We’d definitely like to stay again.

You cannot choose the Room, but I enjoyed a luxurious solo stay in Room 205—an ocean-view Room with a terrace and an open-air bath. During the day, I loved the sound of gentle waves, and at night the moonlight reflecting on the sea made the location outstanding. The open-air bath at night was a bit tough because insects gather around the light. I may be mistaken, but an additional 200 yen tax was charged separately from the accommodation fee. The prepaid accommodation fee of 11,690 yen was great value for money, and it’s an Accommodation I’d like to visit again.

After reading Reviews on various sites about this Hotel, I was prepared for a cigarette smell, but it was not an issue at all. The Room had a TV, microwave, kettle, two-door refrigerator, hair dryer, and a power strip with USB ports. The bedding and towels were comfortable to use. It takes about a 15-minute walk from Matsusaka Station, but within a 5-minute walk from the Hotel there is Gyutora (open until 9:00 PM), a drugstore, and a post office, which was convenient. The staff provided a thorough explanation at check-in. After check-in, you keep the key yourself and simply leave it before 12:00 PM on the day of check-out. As mentioned in some Reviews, there were partially eaten food items and drinks left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. Next time I stay here, I plan to check inside the refrigerator while staff are present.

It’s close to Haneda. I usually bring it with me, but I forgot my makeup remover. The Hotel didn’t have any. If you bring your own, there’s no problem.\nThe Room was a bit noisy, so I woke up occasionally. If I stay again, I’ll make sure to arrive tired enough to sleep well.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with three adults. Since we were sightseeing, we were out during the day, but it was more than sufficient for coming back to sleep. The beds were spacious and comfortable. The unit bathroom was small, but it was fine if you just need to take a shower. It might be difficult for men or larger guests. Check-in and check-out were done via the touch panel at the entrance, and it was easy to follow the on-screen instructions. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station. The area is quiet, and there’s a convenience store along the way, which was convenient. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

This condominium offered by far the most comfortable stay I’ve experienced. It had everything you could possibly need. The female staff member was also very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at ease. The only downsides were that the parking lot was a bit difficult to use and it was farther from downtown than expected. Even so, I’d likely make a Reservation again.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The Room was clean, and it had a Nanoe care device, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a dryer, a microwave, and a foot massager, making our stay very comfortable. Just one thing: the fire alarm went off at night. I believe staff responded, but we would have felt more at ease if we had been told what caused it to keep sounding. Other than that, everything was great!

Stayed here after an event at PayPay Dome. ◯ Positives: The Room feels like a regular apartment. Suitable for a family of 5 in one Room. There was a washing machine (with detergent and fabric softener), so if you have time, you can do laundry and use the bathroom dryer. ◯ Negatives: There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Check-in was unmanned, which caused slight confusion. Despite these minor issues, the price is reasonable, and overall it was a good experience! Would love to stay again if given the chance!

We stayed as a couple with one dog. From the time of our Reservation, they kindly answered our questions and provided details by email, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. The first floor has a cafe-style setup, which is quite unique and was really fun! Everything was very clean, and we were able to relax comfortably. Although it’s located along the road, we didn’t notice any traffic noise and slept soundly until morning. The bathroom also had a bubble bath, which was great! We drove this time, but even without a car it’s close to the Onsen area, with restaurants and a convenience store nearby, so No Meals Included was not an issue. If we have another chance to visit Hokuriku, we would love to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

The Facilities are new and clean, and the late check-out time allowed us to relax and take our time. The welcome drinks were available even after breakfast service ended, so we enjoyed them before departure. There is also a convenience store very close by, so you shouldn’t have any trouble.

Stayed after visiting Huis Ten Bosch Traveled from Hiroshima by motorcycle. Checked in past midnight, and since there was no parking sign for motorcycles, I parked in a compact car space before proceeding to check-in. When asked, "Are you traveling by car?" I mentioned that I parked my motorcycle in the compact car space. The male staff member responded pleasantly without hesitation, "Oh, that's fine!" Although it was No Meals Included, I had a very comfortable stay. It made me realize how important first impressions are!

Our family of four stayed for three nights. We were a little concerned after hearing that the 2nd floor is a game area, but we stayed on the 1st floor, where our Room was the only one, and there was no noise or sound leakage. The Room was spacious, with seven beds in total: two bunk beds near the entrance, a loft (the lower level used for luggage storage), and three more bunk beds. Each bunk bed was about semi-double width and comfortably sized. There was also one bathroom with a bathtub, one shower-only room, two toilets, and two sinks—so we never had to wait for showers, toilets, or sinks as often happens when traveling with family. There was even a washing machine in the Room, which made our stay extremely comfortable as a family. The parking lot behind the Hotel cost 600 yen from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, so depending on your plans—such as having dinner out or visiting an Onsen before returning—you can save money. The front desk staff were very kind, and borrowing an umbrella was also very helpful. This will likely become our go-to Hotel whenever we stay in Sapporo.
