I stayed one night in a twin Room with my daughter on our trip to Kyoto. Despite being a twin, it was incredibly affordable and very clean. After that, we stayed at a decent Hotel in Osaka, but in terms of value for money this place was overwhelmingly better—if anything, the Room itself was better than some mediocre mid-range Hotels. On the morning of our stay, they kindly stored our luggage so we could explore Kyoto. Being able to leave our bags before check-in was extremely helpful. I’d love to stay again. If there were Hotels like this elsewhere, I would definitely use them too.

I had reserved a standard single Room, but since there was availability, I was upgraded. I truly appreciated that and the Room itself was nice; however, it was on the second floor, and to my surprise, the corridor outside the door was open to the outdoors, like an apartment building. This really shocked me. On days with heavy rain, wouldn’t luggage get wet? It may have been an extension, but I felt there could be structural issues with the building design. Also, because it is right next to a neighboring building (which may be unavoidable given that it’s in Kabukicho), the view is not very pleasant. I have stayed at other APA Hotels before and have also stayed many times at other Business Hotels in Tokyo, but this was my first time experiencing something like this. If possible, I think it would be better to improve this.

Although it’s close to the station, the Room was quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. When I arrived exhausted, the front desk staff kindly handled the check-in process for me, which was a big help. I was impressed that you can stay in Tokyo at this price. I’ll be back.

Stayed for one night at Awaji. The low price is very helpful. Bringing a road bike is allowed, but due to the small elevator, I carried it vertically up to the 4th floor. If there are many guests, it might be a bit inconvenient. However, early morning check-out poses no issues.

It was challenging to find the way as the entrance is through a narrow alley, but I appreciated the guidance provided. Although there seemed to be a rock bath available, I was too tired and used the bath in my Room instead. Even so, I was able to relax and enjoy it at my own pace.

I chose this Accommodation because it offers free parking and is close to the airport. This Hotel provides studio apartments as Accommodation. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and there is only a shower. Basic essentials are provided, but cooking utensils for self-catering are limited.

This was my first time using this Hotel. I stayed with my daughter and had no complaints about the Hotel itself, and we had a comfortable stay. However, the road to the Hotel was... This time, it was manageable since it was just my daughter and me, but honestly, I wouldn't want young girls like my daughter to walk that road to the Hotel.

A newly opened Hotel (built last year), so it’s new and clean. The staff are polite and attentive, which leaves a good impression. The Room amenities are also new, so many aspects have been improved. There is an izakaya on the lobby floor. The Room is small, but more than sufficient for a single guest. I stayed at an APA Hotel in Aomori the day before; as a single guest I had four pillows, which I didn’t need. They just got in the way, and I only used two anyway. This time in Morioka there were only two pillows, which was better.

It was my first stay at Kinjo for a Multiple Night Stay. Recently, hotels in Okinawa have become more expensive, so I think this place is excellent in terms of cost performance. What you need to be careful about are the check-in time and the timing for towel exchanges. Since staff availability is limited to certain hours, as long as that’s not an issue, the room was spacious and comfortable.

My child stayed at the property for an exam. The front desk service was excellent. The hotel is old, but it was clean. The parking lot is conveniently located within the hotel premises. They said the breakfast sandwiches were also delicious. I recommend it.

The location is a bit inconvenient, so a rental car is essential. There is a FamilyMart just over a 5-minute walk away. We stayed in the 3-bed room, and it was spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out our luggage. With the free washing machine and the bathroom drying function, our clothes were nicely dry by the next morning. Perfect for anyone who wants to do laundry every day.

The Room was very clean and we were extremely satisfied! It also had great access to Kokusai-dori. It felt a bit far from Makishi Station on the monorail, but walking through the arcade while shopping made it not a problem. We knew there was no bathtub, but we still wished there had been one.

It is a wonderful, luxurious Hotel, but this time the view was completely blocked by a building wall right in front of the Room, so please take this into consideration next time.

Despite staying during the busiest season, the accommodation provided very flexible and prompt services such as early check-in and same-day BBQ equipment rental. Thanks to this, we were able to enjoy an amazing BBQ while admiring the beautiful scenery. The pool was clean with hardly any insects floating, making it pleasant to swim even in the morning. Additionally, the refrigerator was stocked with beer, juice, and tea—such thoughtful hospitality! Shopping was convenient as there were supermarkets, convenience stores, and a Daiso near Sesoko Island Bridge. Although I had seen reviews mentioning "many insects" and was a bit worried beforehand, there were almost none in reality. Measures like insect repellents and sprays were well-prepared, providing a sense of security. At night, we could see an incredible view of stars! The only minor inconvenience was having to use stone stairs when carrying luggage from the parking lot—it was slightly challenging. However, even considering that small issue, our stay was absolutely satisfying. This place has made it onto my list of "places I want to visit again"!

A 4.5-minute walk from Toranomon Hills, and within walking distance of Toranomon Station, Uchisaiwaicho Station, and Shimbashi Station. As soon as you enter, there is a 160 cm-wide bed, which felt a bit tight at first. However, since I had requested a high floor, the view was great. Also, Reviews mentioned there was no chair, so I requested one as well—and they placed a chair in the Room as requested, which was very helpful. Thank you. There is space under the bed to store an open suitcase, so you can use the Room more efficiently. The ceiling is slightly high; it’s small, but once you get used to it, it doesn’t feel too cramped. All amenities were DHC—from cleansing oil and face wash to hair milk—and they felt great to use. The hair dryer was Panasonic. The toilet, sink area, and bathtub were separate—and the bathroom with a washing area was larger than expected! I was able to soak in the tub and relax. If I had to ask for more, having a wash basin and bath stool would make it perfect. I’d also be happier if the pajamas were two-piece rather than a one-piece dress style. There was a water pitcher in the in-room refrigerator; it seems you can fill it with water next to the front desk on the first floor and bring it back to your Room. The mugs are ceramic and the cups are glass—nice that they’re not paper cups. The front desk staff were pleasant—and everyone looked very polished… One disappointment: I noticed an unpleasant raw smell from the pillow. The next day I asked for a replacement due to how strong it was, but that one smelled too—so I suspect it may have been an odor from feather pillows. This was my first time being bothered by pillow odor at a Hotel—maybe it was just me? Also, the blackout curtains weren’t very effective; morning sunlight made the Room bright early on and woke me up sooner than expected. Be especially careful with Rooms that have windows above your head. Other than that, although compact, this is a new and very convenient Hotel—so I recommend it for anyone looking for somewhere close to Toranomon Hills or Shimbashi. By the way, nearby Toranomon Hills has restaurants and cafes serving breakfast from around 7:00 AM (approx.), which is also recommended for a relaxed morning.

Stayed for 2 nights for sightseeing. Although there was a bit of confusion during check-in, it went smoothly, and check-out was just as easy with either a tap or code input. It felt like being at home, with the ability to cook and access to both a washing machine and dryer, which was great. A minor inconvenience was the lack of seasonings and the poor water flow when using hot water for washing dishes. We enjoyed marine leisure activities, and having an outdoor faucet with water storage for cleaning was very helpful. Overall, it was excellent, and I will make a Reservation again if I visit in the future.
