We stayed here for our ski trip. The location is perfect, right in front of the ski resort. While there are minor points that could affect ratings, overall we were satisfied. The Facility is undeniably old, but the service was good and the meals were as expected. One concern was the slight odor from the drainage in the washing area, which was unfortunate given how great the Onsen was. Also, the cheesecake is absolutely delicious!

This was our first stay, and we were pleasantly surprised by how large and clean the pool was. The large public bath was also very well maintained. There were many kind Korean guests, plenty of Korean-language signage, and lots of Korean dishes, which made our child—who loves Korea—absolutely delighted. The staff were extremely helpful, the meals were generous, and the Room was spacious, making it a truly enjoyable mother-and-child trip. Next time, we hope to return as a family with my husband as well. Thank you very much.

I was worried because the price was low, but it turned out to be a very good Hotel when I stayed. There was no bathtub, only a shower, but the Room was spacious and comfortable, and I would like to stay again.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and courteous, and I truly appreciated their help without a single unpleasant expression. The Room was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Two of us were working in Kuwana City over the weekend, but the weather was bad on Saturday and we ended up running late, so we changed plans at the last minute and stayed here. Since we needed parking for a work vehicle, we were thinking about checking in only after confirming we could park, but luckily there was an open space and we were able to park the vehicle. We had no complaints at all about the Hotel’s Facility or service. Regarding the parking fee for our work vehicle, when we asked other contractors on site about parking fees at another Hotel, they said they were charged more than double what this Hotel charges. We will be staying overnight for work in Kuwana City twice a year going forward, and based on the great service and reasonable pricing, we plan to continue using this Hotel. Because we had an early start in the morning, we did not have breakfast, so please refer to other guests’ Reviews for that.

The location was easy to find with navigation. The building is old but has a clean and welcoming atmosphere. It was a bit disappointing that there were no vending machines and Wi-Fi was unavailable, but I had a relaxing stay. We used the private family bath, which was spacious with excellent water quality, helping us feel refreshed. The meals were delicious. The staff's warm and friendly service made the experience even more pleasant.

I was able to secure a Reservation by arranging early. It was reasonably priced, the breakfast was delicious, and having a parking lot was very convenient.

Stay until 8 PM and enjoy! Explore Asakusa on a sunny day, followed by illuminated shrines and temples. Take the back alley next to the Hotel, and you'll find yourself at shrines and temples. Feel the excitement with incense smoke swirling around. Savor delicious street food from stalls!

Despite the low price, the bath, toilet, bed, TV, and quietness were all comfortable with no issues. I also think the breakfast is good for the price.

We chose this Accommodation for our kids, who love buffets. The buffet used plenty of ingredients typical of Gunma Prefecture, which we found really interesting! The manga corner and table tennis were also a hit with the kids!

The bath and meals were excellent, but dinner is scheduled quite early. The only start times were 5:30 pm or 6:00 pm, and we were strongly pushed toward 5:30 pm. If we had known from the beginning that dinner would start at those times, we would have planned lunch accordingly. Since we ate a late lunch, we asked for a later time, but it wasn’t possible. At breakfast, while some guests were still eating, staff asked if anyone wanted more rice and then quickly began clearing the tables. We like to relax when traveling, so the rushed pace stood out. Aside from that, the food was delicious, the staff were all kind, and the location in the center of the Onsen town was great.

This was my first stay, and the food was incredibly delicious—both dinner and breakfast. The dessert at dinner was also excellent. The Onsen was clean and relaxing. However, the Room felt a bit small, and while the amenities were well stocked, there was no comb in the bath area, so I had to bring one from the Room, which was inconvenient. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind and responded to my questions politely.

The Onsen was excellent. We stayed in the annex; the indoor bath there was lukewarm, while the open-air bath was hot. The milky white water was amazing, and we could soak slowly and take our time. There is no elevator in the annex, so it was tough getting to the baths. For meals, having to go outside and walk up the slope to the main building felt inconvenient. All of the staff were polite and kind. Next time, I’d like to stay in the main building.

I liked how the staff were casual and friendly. The 1st-floor restaurant also had a great vibe with its music and furniture, making my stay enjoyable. However, it was disappointing that the Room toilet and toilet paper were too far away, and the bidet was difficult to use.

All the staff at the front desk and during meals were foreigners, but their Japanese was excellent and they were very polite. When passing on the stairs, they stepped down a few steps and moved aside for us—thoughtful hospitality that truly reflected Japanese-style attentiveness. They were wonderful staff members you rarely see at Hotels these days. The building layout is complicated, and you have to go up and down stairs from the lobby to finally reach your Room floor. Getting to meals and the Onsen also requires using stairs every time, so it seemed difficult for guests with mobility issues or elderly guests; we saw someone resting midway while holding onto the handrail. No elevator. We had two suitcases plus other luggage, and we couldn’t carry everything at once, so we ended up making two trips. It was tough with so much luggage. The kaiseki meal was on the smaller side but delicious. Breakfast had many small dishes—elegant and nicely presented. The Onsen was quite hot; since it was a weekday with few guests, I had the bath to myself both at night and in the morning. The Room was spacious, clean, and lovely. When making our Reservation, it didn’t say there was an open-air bath in the Room, so I was thrilled when I saw it as soon as we opened the door—but I felt disappointed when I noticed a “Do Not Use” sign on the lid. Still, it’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

The Room was spacious and very comfortable, but when entering the Hotel, I had trouble because the nearby parking lot was full.

The Hotel felt very clean, likely thanks to thorough daily cleaning and regular renovations. I also think it offers great value, with satisfying complimentary drinks and late-night snacks. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance!

This time, I visited Kashiwazaki Station again for the first time in 42 years for a class reunion. After the banquet, I came back, took a shower, and was able to sleep comfortably. The Room also had a calm atmosphere. It was great.
