We stayed here as a couple during the snowy season in January and had a wonderful time, so this time we booked two maisonette cottages and stayed with our daughter’s and son’s families as well. We also planned a surprise celebration for my husband’s retirement, and thanks to the kind help of the staff member, we were able to spend a truly special time. It’s a lovely cottage where we would definitely like to stay again.

This is my second stay following last year. It was a very quiet and relaxing accommodation. The room was spacious and clean, and the meals were delicious and consistently good. I would love to stay at this accommodation again when I visit the area. I bought a KAMOTANS T-shirt for my child! It's very cute.

I want to eat Hida beef! I want to enjoy sake while watching the snow! I want to relax in an onsen! All my wishes came true. I was satisfied with everything: the food, customer service, onsen, overall cleanliness of the property, and the warm atmosphere. I will use it again.

We stayed as a group of 2 adults and 3 children. The room was very clean, and all the amenities were well-prepared without any inconvenience. The view from the room was great, allowing us to enjoy a resort-like atmosphere. At night, we could also see beautiful stars. Thank you very much! If I had to mention one thing, accessing the bunk bed room on the first floor was only possible via an outdoor staircase, which can be a bit cold in winter.

The machiya-style Accommodation was wonderful. The bathroom was clean and easy to use, and the bed was fluffy, so I slept very well. The sea is nearby, and the quiet, charming streetscape made it a relaxing place to stay. The stairs were steep and a little scary, but it also added to the machiya atmosphere, which I appreciated.

I got off the highway bus at Isahaya Interchange a little after 10:20 PM and walked along the main road to the nearby Ringer Hut, but there were no streetlights and I wasn’t familiar with the area, so it felt a bit uneasy. However, from there to the Hotel (via Lawson) was fine! I arrived at 11:00 PM, and the front desk staff were there, so I checked in without any issues. I relaxed in the large public bath, and the bed in my Room was just the right firmness—I slept very well. Breakfast was simple but satisfying: rice and miso soup with side dishes, plus bread and coffee. They also arranged a taxi for me. While waiting, I spent time comfortably on the sofa in the clean lobby and enjoyed complimentary coffee. Thank you very much.

I used it for the first time, and overall it was a good Hotel. It is conveniently within walking distance of JR Hiroshima Station and downtown.

Kumamoto Prefecture is buzzing with the revitalization of the semiconductor industry, and as a result, Hotel rates across the city had become unbelievably high. In that situation, I stayed at this Hotel at a reasonable price. Since it has only recently been renovated, the Room was clean and designed to be easy to use. The breakfast buffet was also kept at a fair price, and they offered Kumamoto specialties, which I enjoyed. The lobby feels like a bookstore where you can read newer books for free, making the stay even more comfortable.

I am satisfied with the good service at any accommodation. Thank you very much.

This is a highly recommended Hotel that is clean and well-maintained, with excellent service, allowing you to stay comfortably and with peace of mind without any stress.

I arrived early, but the staff kindly suggested waiting in the lobby chairs, which was very helpful. There was an issue with the room's air conditioning, but it was resolved promptly and courteously. Thank you so much for your swift assistance. The room was clean and comfortable, and it felt slightly more spacious compared to other hotels in a similar price range nearby. With many restaurants and shops in the area, the location is excellent. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

I stayed here on a business trip. It seemed popular with many international guests, but the front desk service was smooth and I had no issues at all. Before entering my Room, I picked up and chose amenities myself, and they were more than sufficient. The Room was clean and well maintained, stylish and cute. I also appreciated having the bath and toilet separate; after a long day of work, I could fill the tub and relax. I was getting tired of staying at a Business Hotel, so this Hotel with a different atmosphere felt soothing. It was quiet around the Room at night as well, making for a comfortable stay. There are several breakfast spots and bakeries nearby, so I thought it would be nice to have breakfast at the Hotel or eat out in the morning. If I’m in the area again for work, I’d like to stay here again.

I was satisfied for the price, but the unit bath had a step that was a bit scary.

The room was quiet and allowed for a relaxing stay despite being close to Hachijo Exit. Ice and water dispensers were also available, which was very convenient.

The hotel was stylish, clean, and very beautiful. The bed was spacious, the room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. It was No Meals Included, but the price was quite affordable for central Sapporo. The hotel's parking lot is limited to 8 spaces, which is quite few for its size! Additionally, it only accommodates vehicles under 155 cm in height, so car types are quite restricted. My compact car didn't fit either. However, I was directed to an affiliated parking lot, which was helpful.

The room was very cold... I had a multiple night stay, but the room was not cleaned. Furthermore, there was no linen exchange. I had to go to the front desk myself to receive new ones. It's a shame that the service doesn't match the great location...

The Room was clean, but I was disappointed that a distinctive odor often associated with foreign guests remained. I understand that people from many countries stay here, but as a Japanese guest, the smell was noticeable. Since sensitivity to odors varies by person, some may not mind it, but I would like you to check for any lingering smells after each cleaning.\nOther than that, there were no issues, and I would like to stay again.

Having makeup remover among the amenities was really helpful. It would have been perfect with lotion, toner, and a shower cap, but the front desk staff were very pleasant and kind—this is a Hotel I really like. The breakfast curry is delicious, and I end up finishing it in no time even in the morning. Thank you as always! It’s also convenient to have a discounted Shinkansen ticket vending machine next door.

I was absolutely satisfied with the meals. Everything was made with fresh ingredients, and I was impressed by the care taken in both the cooking and presentation. The warm, attentive hospitality also made my stay truly relaxing. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Although it was an older Hotel, the Room was spacious and very clean. The Onsen was great! My skin felt moisturized. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.
