The breakfast was delicious. I was able to relax in the natural Onsen. I was soothed by the LOVOT robot strolling around the front.

I stayed here on my first solo trip. It was a comfortable space where I could relax and take my time. Thank you very much.

The service was excellent, and we were very satisfied. During the Shuttle Service from the station, we enjoyed chatting and were told about a great sunset spot. The drinks served with dinner were also delicious, and we had a wonderful evening meal. The coffee was great as well. If we have the chance, we would love to visit again.

Since there was a group reservation, we were told that breakfast would be served from 7 AM. When we informed them that we needed to leave the Hotel by 7 AM, we were reluctantly given meal tickets for 6 AM, but were warned twice, "There is no guarantee that a seat will be available." There was no information about the Onsen, so when we asked at the front desk, we were given a key and a women's passcode and were told, "Men will be coming in, so please lock the door. Men will be coming in!" I thought they could have chosen their words a bit more carefully in both cases. When I returned the key after leaving the Onsen, I heard loud laughter coming from the back of the front desk. These points concerned me. Breakfast was not as crowded as expected, and we had no issues enjoying it. There was a wide variety and it was delicious.

The Accommodation is filled with Showa-era charm, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. I was very satisfied after soothing my fatigue in the Onsen and enjoying a delicious dinner. When coins got stuck in the beer vending machine, the proprietress kindly opened and closed the machine several times to fix it, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Hiroshima.

This accommodation features a charming corridor connecting the front desk to the rooms. All rooms come with an open-air bath. There are rooms with city views and mountain views; this time, we stayed in a mountain-view room called "Kasuga," which was a combination of Japanese and Western styles (8-tatami mat alcove + 6-tatami Western-style room with two beds). The open-air bath was not very large but sufficient for two people. When we tried to use the open-air bath right after check-in, we found a centipede in it. Since the area outside is surrounded by nature, it couldn't be helped... However, when we informed the staff, they promptly cleaned and replaced the water for us, which was great. Dinner was served at the dining area as an Irori Kaiseki meal! Everything was delicious! We were very satisfied. Breakfast might feel slightly lacking for some guests. Although there is WiFi in the room, it’s weak and disconnects frequently—this needs improvement. A floor plan of the facility or room layout would be helpful inside each room. It would also be nice to have menus and tariffs for additional dinner dishes or drinks available in advance in each room since we only learned about additional dishes later on. It would be convenient to have an extra set of towels and bath towels since guests also visit public baths within the facility. Roomwear that separates into top-and-bottom pieces like samue would also be appreciated—it wouldn’t come undone easily and could even be worn to meals at dining areas. The staff members are incredibly kind and attentive! Overall, this accommodation provides a highly satisfying experience! It’s definitely worth revisiting! Next time, I’d like to stay in one of their city-view rooms!

This time, our family wanted to show my mother the fireworks, so we looked for an Accommodation where we could see them from the Room and were lucky to find Tachibana. We were also able to enjoy our meal in the Room at a relaxed pace, and it felt so comfortable—almost like being at home. The fireworks, which were our main purpose for this trip, could be seen straight ahead through the large window, and we were very satisfied with their impressive size and powerful sound. We later found out that it seems to be the family home of an upperclassman from my alma mater—I'm truly glad we found such a wonderful Accommodation.

The price was reasonable, the night view from the Room was amazing, and the large Onsen bath was great, so we were very satisfied. Breakfast used local ingredients and tasted excellent—no complaints at all. The entrance and exit to the underground parking are a bit narrow, so those who aren’t confident drivers should be careful.

The Accommodation’s atmosphere and the staff were excellent. We were also happy to enjoy freshly harvested mountain delicacies. We would love to visit again.

Whenever I stay in Kitaibaraki, I always rely on this accommodation. It's convenient whether traveling by car or train, as it's close to the station. There is a supermarket within walking distance. However, I recommend going early when buying dinner as items sell out quickly. The only downside is that the bathroom and toilet are small. It’s a quiet hotel where you can relax and rest well. This was our second visit to this glamping site. Being able to enjoy glamping with no preparation and light luggage is a huge plus for those without camping experience, and the Facility felt clean overall, making it comfortable and reassuring for everyone from children to adults. Each Room dome has its own concept; the color schemes were beautiful and the amenities were well equipped. There were a mini fridge, electric kettle, instant coffee/tea/green tea, air conditioning/heating, plug-in insect repellent, a Bluetooth speaker, outlets with USB ports, blankets, a hanging rack, an external toilet & shower room (strong water pressure, adjustable temperature settings, and a washlet toilet), as well as a BBQ space. We chose the Plan with dinner and breakfast included. Everything was extremely delicious—and there was more than enough food. At night (depending on the weather) there was also a campfire option, which really added to the camping atmosphere. For future improvements, I’d love to see more activity options such as bamboo dragonfly toys or cup-making using bamboo; an athletic play area; seasonal events like fireworks or water-gun games; snowball fights or roasted sweet potatoes; or hands-on experiences like working in nearby rice fields or vegetable gardens. There is also a simple lookout platform in the bamboo grove that I don’t think was there last year. If the weather and timing are right, you can apparently see the ocean, townscape, and sunset from there. Outdoor voices tend to carry slightly into the domes, so I felt guests may need to be mindful of each other at night. The free-drink area was relatively close by and convenient to use. The beach is nearby as well—an ideal place if you simply want to relax. They also offered free rentals such as badminton sets and board/card games. We would love to come again.

This was my first stay, and the staff’s smiles felt genuine—not forced. Thank you to everyone for such a relaxing time. It was a Room that allows dogs, but there was hardly any animal or ammonia smell. We brought two dogs, and we were not bothered by any odor in the Room. Thank you for a wonderful time. I didn’t want to think about work starting again the next day. We’ll be back when it gets a little cooler.

The food was delicious and plentiful, and the service was excellent—everyone, including the staff from Myanmar, was very attentive and always smiling. We were extremely satisfied!! The baths were also wonderful, as expected of Hirugami Onsen. The water quality was great, and we could soak anytime throughout the night—this was another big highlight! We could also play in the nearby river, and our grandchildren were thrilled and splashing around with joy. As a personal interest of mine, it felt like a truly special place watched over by a shrine. It’s about an hour by expressway from the Nagoya area with a great location, so we’d definitely love to stay again!!

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. It was conveniently located near the station with easy access, and the coin laundry and bath were also easy to use. The staff service was excellent, and I would like to stay again.

My sister and I chose Tsukasa Ryokan for our trip. The bath is small, but the water was pleasantly lukewarm with a silky feel, so even in this hot season we could soak slowly and it felt wonderful. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious. You could tell each dish was carefully prepared. The thoughtfully made dashi came through in every dish, and both dinner and breakfast were so good that it made us truly happy. The proprietress and all the staff were also very kind, making this a completely satisfying trip. We even said to each other that we want to come back next time as well. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

I chose this Hotel after reading Reviews myself. When I called to let them know I would be checking in late, the staff response was excellent and very courteous. The Room felt clean and was good. The bath had a spacious tub, and the amenities were also good. The nightwear was comfortable as well, and I thought it was a recommended Hotel. One disappointing point: the call starts with an automated message, which felt a bit bothersome.

We enjoyed crab as a family. The Onsen was small and didn’t feel like a special getaway; it felt like a bath at home, and only two people could use it at a time, which was stressful. The service was good.

About a 10-minute walk from JR Kani Station and Meitetsu Shin-Kani Station. There are a few convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants near the Hotel. Route Inn is a reliable place to stay, and the large public bath was also great. Breakfast offered a decent variety of options and was enjoyable. The Room was comfortable, but I was slightly concerned about the step up into the bathroom.

I got caught in a sudden rain shower before check-in and my clothes were soaked, but the front desk staff noticed right away and brought me a towel first. Everyone, including the housekeeping staff, greeted me politely and provided attentive service. The in-room pillows are on the firmer side, so if that’s not for you, it’s a good idea to borrow a pillow that suits your preference from in front of the front desk. I also appreciated being able to get plenty of vegetables at breakfast.
