For my first trip to Saga, I stayed at this accommodation that I had been curious about for a long time. This time, I chose a room with an open-air bath that I couldn't stop thinking about. The bath was spacious, and the changing scenery and temperature throughout the day made it absolutely perfect! Since I'm not interested in saunas at all, I spent most of my time soaking in the room's bath. The staff were kind, and although I didn't have high expectations for TeamLab, it was impressive how they repurposed unused areas of the accommodation for collaboration. Of course, TeamLab itself was wonderful too. The food was delicious; however, if there's one thing to mention—it might be that the dining area felt either too bright or perhaps the tables were placed too close together... It gave off a slightly restless vibe or lacked a sense of calmness compared to other spaces in the accommodation. It almost felt like stepping into a completely different place with more of a cafeteria-like atmosphere—not disappointing but noticeably different from elsewhere in this lovely accommodation. Still, it's definitely an accommodation I'd love to visit again! Thank you so much to all the staff!

Due to a family bereavement, we made a Reservation for three Rooms for our family. I wrote in the request section that we would prefer to be on the same floor if possible. We were told that there was a newly renovated Room available, and that they upgraded us compared with what we had booked. However, they also warned us: “The doors may be hard to close, so please be careful.” The door of the Room I used closed properly, but it did seem that the other two Rooms needed a firm push for the lock to catch. I was glad we had been informed at check-in. *At check-out, I saw staff adjusting doors on other Rooms on our floor, so it may be fixed now. There were books on the even-numbered floors, and the kids borrowed Chiikawa. They probably didn’t have much time to read, but they seemed happy. Breakfast was at Cocos on the first floor. The selection wasn’t large, but the waffles and unlimited drinks were very popular with the kids as well. Across Route 1 there is a convenience store and My Basket; there’s a bus stop right in front; and Magome Station is next door. It’s a very convenient Hotel for quick shopping and transportation. We also appreciated the coffee and tea in the lobby.

It feels like a historic Hotel. It’s not new, but it isn’t overly ornate, and it feels clean. There’s no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to your Room. The unit bath also has a step, so please note that it is not barrier-free. I’m not a fan of unit baths, but it seems there was an Onsen nearby, and I wish I had used it. Amenities are placed in the hallway, and you take what you need. I thought that was very efficient! Depending on the day, the dining area seems to turn into a wine bar. I wanted to check it out. I only added breakfast. The pork miso soup was bigger than expected!! Delicious, and more than enough for the morning!! When I go to Shiojiri again, I’ll stay here again.

From arrival onward, everything was pleasant! They kindly accommodated all of our requests. The Room was clean, and with the toilet and bath separate, it felt spacious and relaxing overall. Having parking right in front of the Accommodation is rare in Ikaho, so that was a big plus. There wasn’t one particular standout dish, but everything was tasty and we ate until we were full. For this price, being able to stay so comfortably felt like an excellent value. Next time, I’d love to come again with my whole family.

The staff’s hospitality was truly pleasant. It wasn’t too mechanical or overly familiar—just the right level of attentiveness. Late at night, I read manga in the lounge, and nearby a family of guests was enjoying board games, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The Room was small but very clean, including the bathroom and toilet. The larger bed was a Sealy. It felt as if it gently conformed to my body, and I personally slept very comfortably. Breakfast was an ochazuke set meal. I added toppings like sakura shrimp (I think), tororo kombu (shredded kelp), and Nozawana pickles, then poured dashi over it. Everything—from grilled fish to simmered dishes, stir-fried items, miso soup, salad, and fruit—was well balanced and delicious. Although it was cloudy/rainy throughout my stay and we even had heavy rain on the second day, I still felt great. I’d love to visit again when the weather is clear. Thank you very much.

All menu items except the pork miso soup are served in small side dishes. Examples include grilled Spanish mackerel marinated in Saikyo miso and simmered mixed vegetables. The freshly cooked rice and pork miso soup were delicious—very satisfying breakfast. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The Room was spacious for a Hotel like this, and I had a very comfortable stay. The location is also excellent—close to the Azabu-Juban shopping street, Roppongi Hills, Azabu-Juban Hills, and Tokyo Tower—so I’d definitely like to stay here again!

Very convenient location near Kyoto Station. All the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay very pleasant. The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

My children had a match in Gifu City, so we arrived the day before and stayed at this Hotel. We were able to stay at a great price thanks to a time sale. Great value Hotel! The female staff member was also very lovely, and her polite service and thoughtful care were much appreciated. The bath was the in-Room bath with a deep-style tub; when you turn on the hot water, it comes out extremely hot! You’ll need to adjust it carefully with cold water—please be careful. The amenities were well stocked, but please bring your own phone charging cable. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi connection was a bit weak, but overall it was a fulfilling and great-value one-night stay.

A standard service offered throughout the whole country. I was able to relax and rest my body at a very leisurely pace.

This was my second stay. This time I was able to check in during the free snack hours, so I had a “chocolate chunk cookie.” It was delicious with the complimentary coffee. I had made a Reservation for a single, but since there were vacancies, they upgraded me for free. The Room felt slightly small, but it’s more than enough for business use. I also liked that the loungewear and hair dryer were neatly placed together in a basket. Having a foldable mirror on the (small) desk in the Room was also very helpful. The bathroom is a typical size for a Business Hotel, but the shower head was ReFa, and the shower curtain rail curves outward, which makes it feel more spacious when showering. Also, since there are stoppers at both ends of the curtain rail, as long as you set the hooks (rings?) properly on both sides, you don’t have to worry about the curtain sliding open while using it. I used breakfast as well. At first glance it may seem like there aren’t many main items, but for breakfast it’s sufficient. The automatic pancake machine (I’ve never seen one anywhere else) is fun! The size is just right, and best of all you can enjoy freshly baked pancakes! The cherry sauce for the pancakes was tasty, and the other breads were good too. That said, I think it would be nice if there were knives with the cutlery. Overall, this is a Hotel with a very good impression. The staff (front desk and restaurant) were kind and helpful, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I probably will.

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter, No Meals Included. The Room was very clean and quiet, but it was too compact, making it a bit challenging to open even a small suitcase (if both of us opened our suitcases at the same time, the floor space was completely occupied). It was convenient that we could store suitcases under the bed when not in use. The chair had wheels and could be moved easily, but due to the narrow space in the Room, moving it around was still difficult. A bit more space would have been ideal. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short and barely reached the edge of the bathtub; water splashed outside when using the shower. A longer curtain would be better. As for the refrigerator, a salad I stored overnight froze by morning due to its strong cooling power—next time I'll pay more attention to placement and temperature settings. I used the laundry facilities; they were convenient as various payment methods were accepted besides coins. However, there were only two washing machines available, so including drying time meant waiting quite long. Adding one or two more machines would improve this. At checkout time, I realized I might not make it by 10 AM due to packing delays. When I requested an extension, staff kindly informed me that becoming a member allows free extensions until 11 AM and promptly assisted me with this option—I truly appreciated their support. I will definitely consider choosing your Hotel again for future stays!

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay on a business trip. The bed was very comfortable, so I slept soundly, and I also liked the well-rounded breakfast menu. Hotel prices around Hakata Station have risen unusually high, but I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

As soon as I entered, the scent of wood filled the air, and I felt even more relaxed inside my Room. The bed did not list a specific manufacturer, but it was far more comfortable than well-known brands like Tempur or Nishikawa that I’ve experienced at other Accommodations. The interior also featured design details that suggested Kengo Kuma’s supervision. The marche on the first floor had a great selection of souvenirs. A friendly female staff member from overseas left a strong impression. Breakfast was abundant with locally sourced ingredients, and I was completely satisfied—just the side dishes alone made me full.

I enjoyed a relaxing bath with the provided bath salts. The Hotel had a charming Japanese-style design and was cozy, which suited my preferences, but the bed was too soft for me. I wished the Room was slightly more spacious, though it seems there are different room types available. While there was no parking at the Hotel, there was a nearby Times parking lot, so it wasn't inconvenient. The staff were very young but provided polite and friendly service, leaving a great impression.

I stayed on 2026/8/9. Thanks to the staff’s attentive service and their warm, understated smiles, I had a very comfortable stay. The policy seemed to be “smart, unobtrusive service,” and it truly was excellent. There may be many luxury Hotels, but the comfort here was far superior to the Hotel with a large local products market where I stayed the next day. The Room was bright and spotless, access to the station and sightseeing spots was great, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby—overall, it was simply outstanding. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I’ve stayed here several times when visiting Osaka. The breakfast area has been renovated and looks stylish. I really appreciate the free breakfast. Until now I had always stayed alone in a Room, so I didn’t notice, but this time two of us stayed in one Room and the full-length mirror reflected the toilet and bathroom area clearly, so you could see someone using them. I think it would be better to use darker frosted glass or move the mirror to a spot that isn’t in front of the toilet. The front desk staff member was not Japanese, but was very polite and provided excellent service. I will stay here again.

Located just steps from the JR railway station, the property offers a slightly retro charm and stunning sea views from the top floor on the 5th level. However, it is regrettable that payment methods are still limited to cash or credit card only.

We stayed as a couple. The bath had excellent water quality, and we were able to enjoy a very relaxing soak. We have stayed at various Accommodations in the past, but the cuisine at Juraku was truly delicious. Not only dinner but also breakfast was wonderful—everything was so good that I can’t even list what stood out most. As for alcohol, there was an all-you-can-drink service between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm (including during dinner), which was perfect for us as we love drinks! The staff were kind, and their polite service made us feel comfortable. Another highlight worth mentioning is the guest room key. It is an automatic locking/unlocking system, and the solid security made us feel safe throughout our stay. This was our first time staying in Obama Onsen, and it was an Accommodation we were very satisfied with. We would love to stay again. Also, the sunset during dinner was beautiful! I suddenly decided to visit the Mikawa area and made a Reservation just before Golden Week, but the Room was excellent. The Room was clean and spotless, and I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast—very satisfied overall. This is a wonderful Accommodation that I would definitely like to stay at again.
