I stayed at Oito Bettei. Preserving the atmosphere of a historic merchant house, the accommodation has been beautifully renovated with tasteful interiors and well-equipped facilities. Once inside, it was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing stay that felt like living there. The kitchen was fully equipped with stylish tableware and utensils, including two types of coffee beans, allowing us to enjoy freshly brewed coffee in the morning. Although we didn’t cook dinner as there was a delicious Chinese restaurant nearby, we prepared snacks using local black soybeans (just released that day), persimmons, sweet green peppers, muscat grapes purchased during our stroll through the castle town. Paired with wine we brought along, it made for a leisurely evening in a quiet environment without TV—perfect for unwinding from daily life. The provided tableware was also elegant; simply tossing fruits and cheese we brought with olive oil and salt available at the accommodation created an effortlessly chic dish. The facilities were excellent—the bathtub allowed for stretching out comfortably; toilets and sinks were available on both floors; hairdryers were conveniently placed throughout—making preparations stress-free. If I may suggest one improvement: providing amenities such as cleansing products, face wash, or lotion would be appreciated. There are no convenience stores within walking distance and shops close early in the area. It’s advisable to prepare your shopping beforehand. However, this slight inconvenience added to escaping daily busyness and enjoying simple yet extraordinary moments. The staff were incredibly kind and offered various suggestions for how to spend our second day or places to visit nearby—making it an enriching experience overall. Tamba Sasayama is filled with delicious food alongside its serene townscape and warm-hearted people—a truly wonderful place. This is an accommodation I’d love to stay at repeatedly—a perfect base for exploring Tamba Sasayama! Thank you for such a lovely time—I’ll definitely return!

We had a very comfortable stay. The Room was well maintained and clean, and the ocean view from the balcony was wonderful.

A perfect stay where you can feel the sea of Miura Moriso up close. All rooms offer ocean views, showcasing stunning morning and evening scenery that provided constant relaxation throughout our stay. While there are many pet-friendly accommodations, this one stands out for its cleanliness, allowing us to enjoy a worry-free time with our beloved dog. The well-equipped kitchen and amenities make it ideal for stays with close friends as well. At around 30,000 yen per person for this quality, the satisfaction level is incredibly high, and it’s a villa we’d love to visit again in another season. There’s also a meeting room with a whiteboard, making it suitable for small corporate retreats or workshops.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. The motsunabe dinner and the breakfast buffet were both absolutely delicious. The interior and the ocean view from the bedroom were also stunning. We will definitely stay again.

In the heart of Higashi Chaya District, this Accommodation lets you stay as if living in a Kanazawa machiya townhouse, and it remains one of the most memorable Hotels I have ever stayed in. As soon as you step inside, the gentle scent of wood fills the air and naturally calms you. While preserving the charm of an old machiya, the interior has been refined into a modern, sophisticated space, and my stay was comfortable from start to finish. The passage garden leading from the entrance to the living room reinterprets a traditional machiya layout as a contemporary art gallery, creating a distinctive atmosphere from the moment you arrive. With part of one living-room wall opened up, it retains that classic machiya serenity while adding just the right sense of openness. On the first floor, warmth from natural wood is balanced beautifully with a palette of brown, white, cream, and black. Everything—from pendant lights to furniture and small details—has been carefully chosen for a cohesive look that shows great taste down to every corner. The table in particular stood out: its texture evoked Noto washi paper and kurikawa-zome (chestnut husk dyeing), and it felt like local culture and craftsmanship were seamlessly woven into the space. The bath and wash area are modern and spotless in crisp black-and-white tones, and even the scent of Aesop hand soap and bath amenities was wonderfully soothing. Upstairs retains even more of the original wooden character of a machiya, offering a different kind of quiet calm. The bedroom lighting—soft like moonlight—was especially memorable and perfectly suited to the mood. Another unique highlight is being able to whisk matcha in your room. The tea kettle, bowls, and other tools are thoughtfully selected; using vessels that reflect Kanazawa- and Noto-area traditional crafts made preparing matcha yourself feel truly special. With clear instructions provided, it’s easy to enjoy even for first-timers. Unlike having tea at a tourist spot, making matcha in this quiet machiya setting felt deeply relaxing. Open the windows and you can sense both the stillness of this teahouse district and hints of local daily life beyond it. Rather than simply visiting as a tourist, being able to blend into the neighborhood is an experience that’s hard to find at an ordinary Hotel. Breakfast was at Miso Soup Club just a short walk away; I enjoyed a nourishing Japanese breakfast with hearty miso soup packed with ingredients along with egg over rice (tamago kake gohan) and small side dishes. This is an Accommodation I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to savor Kanazawa’s culture, craftsmanship—and unhurried quiet time—with care.

Drawn in by the phrase “Japan’s most luxurious villa,” six fellow business owners and I stayed for one night while visiting Ishigaki Island. In the end, it was an outstanding stay that every one of us raved about. What surprised us even before arriving was the pre-trip meeting with a dedicated planner. Their flexibility and ability to turn any request into reality—along with thoughtful suggestions—had us excited from the start. The actual stay was truly the definition of being fully taken care of. From Shuttle Service to and from the airport, to marine activities like snorkeling on our own private boat, and even a buggy experience on an uninhabited island reached by crossing Kabira Bay in an amphibious vehicle—everything was a one-of-a-kind experience you can only have here. The view from the uninhabited island’s private beach was more beautiful than anything we had ever seen, and it became an unforgettable memory. The villa’s pool and full-scale water slide were also high quality—six adults could enjoy them to the fullest. On top of that, everything was all-inclusive, from an Ishigaki beef BBQ to alcoholic beverages. We were also amazed by Mr./Ms. S, our dedicated veteran coordinator. With decades of experience escorting well-known public figures, their knowledge of Ishigaki Island and hospitality were truly world-class. Thanks to S, our trip satisfaction multiplied many times over. And since we could keep enjoying activities right up until just before our evening flight home the next day, it honestly felt like two nights’ worth—so much so that it seemed like a bargain. We absolutely want to come back, and this is a special place I can confidently recommend to other business owners as well. Next time, I’d love to visit with my team from work.

We stayed as a family. The toilet, bathroom, and washbasin were separate, making it very convenient to use, and the room was clean. It was accessible from both Akasaka and Tameike-Sanno stations, with a 7-Eleven located in the basement, which was very convenient. The staff at the front desk were polite and left a good impression.

This was my first stay at an APA Hotel, and I felt the attention to detail was excellent. The bath was small but relaxing, the water temperature was just right, and it stopped automatically. The TV was large and offered a wide range of channels. Breakfast had plenty of vegetables and was very satisfying; the curry was delicious as well. I also enjoyed reading the book provided. Noise from the neighboring Room didn’t bother me. I would be happy to stay again if I have another opportunity.

The courteous service left the most lasting impression. In addition to the excellent location, the facility was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The amenity bar offered a wide variety of items, including cooling foot sheets and face packs, which were much appreciated. Complimentary coffee was available on the front desk floor. With traditional Japanese elements like tatami mats and shoji screens as part of the interior design, many guests were foreigners (mainly Westerners). During my stay, I heard more English than Japanese, which added a travel-like atmosphere even though I stayed for practical purposes. It was a hotel I would love to use again. Thank you very much!

I decided to visit Kyoto to create some memories during my child’s spring break. I made a Reservation because I found a place near the station with plenty of space. The staff were very kind and helpful with the parking, which was greatly appreciated. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again. It became a wonderful memory!

The most impressive aspect was the staff, who were always smiling and seemed to enjoy their work. It allowed me to start my day feeling refreshed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The water dispenser and coffee service at the front desk were much appreciated. The foot massager in the Room was also a great touch. I would love to stay here again!

The stay was relatively short as the main purpose was visiting the Osaka Expo, but overall it was comfortable with almost no stress. The adjacent onsen facility had excellent water quality, and the facility as a whole was in good condition. The room was comfortable with no issues, and while the breakfast buffet initially seemed ordinary, as expected of Osaka, the taste turned out to be great. Minor downsides include the poor quality of toothbrushes provided. Additionally, although it didn’t bother me personally, most guests were inbound tourists making it quite lively. Overall, I would rate this above average in terms of both cost performance and quality.

We stayed at the accommodation for my daughter's job relocation. The bunk bed with stairs made my youngest son very happy. The room was stylish and clean, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. The coffee at the café downstairs was also delicious. It felt like staying at a friend's house, allowing us to relax comfortably. We would love to stay here again as a family next time.

It was a very convenient location for sightseeing on the east side of Kyoto. The mini kitchen, microwave, and toaster provided in the Room were helpful for preparing breakfast and light meals. The atmosphere of the Room and the bed were also comfortable. I would like to use it again if I have another opportunity.

The highlight was the abalone steak, complemented by a fresh seaweed sauce that enhanced its rich flavor—an unforgettable dish. My companion also loved it. Every detail, from appetizers to desserts, reflected careful attention to quality. During the meal, the beautiful tones of an automatic Steinway piano created an elegant and special atmosphere reminiscent of a concert hall. It’s worth revisiting just for the dining experience. The breakfast the next morning was equally impressive; the tuna sandwich featured marinated tuna—a unique touch showcasing the hotel's originality. It was evident that great care went into preparing this exceptional breakfast. The staff provided warm and attentive service with heartfelt hospitality that left us feeling truly cared for. This hotel is highly recommended for those seeking enriching moments of tranquility and comfort.

What I liked The entrance and the entire building were bright and clean. The elevator operates with a key card. The bathtub/shower and sink faucets are separate. The TV has a large screen. Amenities include a body-wash towel. Since it’s close to the station, the parking lot is a little farther away, so it’s reassuring to check the location in advance. (The staff kindly guided me.) Overall, including the price, it was a very satisfying Hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

The breakfast-included Plan buffet was also satisfying, with a good variety of rice and side dishes. The area around the Hotel was safe and clean. I would like to stay here again next time.
