Doggo Izu is simply the best. The Facility is clean, and the natural grass dog run is fantastic. This is an Accommodation you’ll definitely want to stay at again! The surroundings are quiet, so you can relax without worrying about others.

We had a wonderful time. Due to the heavy rain, the Onsen source stopped, so it was disappointing that we couldn’t use the in-room bath. However, we received a courteous message in advance, and your responses throughout our communication were very polite, so we were able to stay without any issues. Although we couldn’t use the in-room bath, giving 1 star would lower your rating too much, so with hopes for next time I’m giving 5 stars. I would like to visit again once the Onsen is restored. As a personal request, I’d like to mention two points for improvement. First, regarding the hanging light in the center of the Room: even when it was on, it felt dim. If you could replace it with one that allows brightness adjustment or switch to a brighter LED light, I think it would be more comfortable. Second, when walking from the parking area to the entrance, there were multiple nests of what looked like horseflies on the ground. There were many of them around and it made entering and leaving the building difficult. Since this is an important pathway for guests, it would be better to remove the nests or take some kind of countermeasure.

Is the water from the unit bath safe to drink?

The Room is small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean with a sophisticated design, which is excellent. However, it was disappointing to see a small amount of black mold on the ceiling of the shower room. Located near Tokyo Station with reasonable rates, this Hotel is ideal for business use.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and kind, which was the best part. The Room was also a twin even though I booked a single, so it was spacious, bright, clean, and very relaxing. When I visit Osaka again, I’d like to stay here because the location is great.

This Hotel is in a great location, right next to Tenmonkan, Kagoshima City’s busiest downtown area, with a convenience store next door and Don Quijote also nearby. It offers very affordable rates, clean Rooms, and friendly service at the front desk.

It had an atmosphere like an overseas Hotel, which I personally liked. I would love to use it again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day. I truly appreciate your kindness, including adding breakfast for us at short notice at check-in and all the other thoughtful help. Regarding an incident in the bath (likely involving an inbound guest), someone left the shower running, left foam on the floor, and kept the door to the open-air bath open. It also seemed that someone wore off with another person’s slippers, so I think it would be helpful to provide guests with a written notice at check-in explaining proper bath etiquette. (As for slippers, attaching numbered clips or clothespins could solve this.) This was an Accommodation where I would love to stay again, so I hope to visit again in the future. It was close to the station, and check-in was easy with the self-service machine. The Room was clean, which was great. I used the shower late at night, and it was nice that it didn’t make much noise—maybe because of how the bathtub is designed. One disappointment was that there’s a TV on the wall by the desk but no mirror. The unit bath is too dark for doing makeup, so I would have liked a mirror in a spot with natural light.

The Room was clean and easy to use. It was quiet, and I was able to sleep well. However, there were no amenities for women, so I hurried to the convenience store next door to buy some. It would be appreciated if they could sell them at the front desk, even if not for free. The breakfast had a homemade feel and everything was very delicious. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also kind and made me feel very relaxed. Thank you very much.

Just a 2-3 minute walk from Higashiyama Station, the location is excellent with a convenience store nearby, and the area is quiet. The accommodation cost was very affordable compared to other facilities. The facility was simple with only the bare essentials. There were no sleepwear provided, which was slightly inconvenient but acceptable for this price. It was common to see international guests smoking in front of the entrance.

From the moment I stepped inside, I loved the refined space at first sight. The interior and lighting were wonderful, and it felt like a special escape from everyday life. The Room was also functional and comfortable, and I was impressed by how thoroughly the spacious Room was cleaned down to every detail. It’s very convenient—just a 1-minute walk from the station. The staff were all lovely and kind, making this a highly satisfying stay. Next time, sightseeing in Yufuin will be just a bonus—I’d love to return with my stay at GEMS YUFUIN as the main purpose!

I stayed here for a business trip. It was conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store close by as well. The public bath is very small. The shower water pressure was too weak, which was disappointing. The room had a smart TV that could play YouTube, which was great. I would like to stay here again.

The women’s large public bath is very small—more like a small bath. When we went around 9:00 p.m., all 12 lockers were already taken, even for our parent-and-child group. When we entered the bathing area, all three shower stations were occupied and three people were waiting; when we joined the line, it became six. It was my first time having to wait in a naked line in the bath area. By the time we finished, there was a line for lockers stretching out into the hallway. It was so hectic that we couldn’t even think about enjoying the view. If capacity is limited, I wish there had been some kind of limit on the number of users or clearer notice that it gets very crowded—we would have reconsidered using it. Everything from the front desk to our Room had a great atmosphere and was comfortable, but the bath alone was shocking.

An Accommodation in Yunohira Onsen, a quiet retreat in the Yufuin area. Run by a husband and wife, it has a calm atmosphere that feels like coming back to your family home in the countryside. Dinner was outstanding—especially the Bungo beef grilled on a ceramic plate. We also enjoyed the seasonal dessert. The miso soup at breakfast was hearty with plenty of ingredients—one of our favorites. The Onsen baths can be reserved for private use: an indoor hinoki bath and an open-air rock bath. We’ll be back!

I went to Tokyo for an appointment and, since I wasn’t familiar with the area, I was looking for a place close to the station. The price was good, and it was convenient with restaurants nearby, including Ameyoko. The Room was compact, but more than enough for one person. Although I checked in late, the staff bowed deeply until the elevator doors closed. At that moment, I felt glad I had chosen to stay here.

It’s about a 10-minute walk west along the south side of the railway tracks from the station.\nThe bathroom was clean. The Room is also clean, but has a retro Showa-era feel.\nSound carries easily, so you may hear some noise.\nThere is a coin laundry on the first floor, which is convenient for a Multiple Night Stay.

There were chain restaurants nearby, and a theme park was also close by, which made it convenient! The bathroom was clean and spacious, which was great. The Room was also spacious, which was great!
