I stayed here for a live event at Ecopa. Check-in was until 10 PM, but since I arrived at Bentenjima Station just before 10 PM and went to buy dinner at a convenience store first, I called to inform them that I would be checking in after 10 PM. The staff responded very kindly and warmly, which made me feel reassured. When I arrived, they informed me that the Onsen was open until 11 PM. When I asked if it would be okay as long as I left the bath by 11 PM, they assured me not to worry since there were still other guests who hadn't arrived yet. Although the person who answered my call earlier was different from the one who greeted me upon arrival, it felt like all staff were well-trained and caring, which left a warm impression on me. The view from my room was great. Since it was late when I checked in, I only used the room for sleeping, but it was very comfortable. Instead of traditional futons on tatami mats, there were mattresses with futons laid on top of them, allowing for a soft and restful sleep. If there's one thing I'd wish for—it would have been nice if the Onsen could also be used in the morning since its hours started from 3 PM. The location is right in front of the station with a convenience store nearby; combined with excellent service from the staff, I'd love to stay here again if I'm ever visiting Shizuoka again. We stayed here during our summer vacation. Even though it was the Obon holiday period, the price was very reasonable, so we didn’t have high expectations for the Accommodation—but it turned out to be a wonderful Hotel. The building is old, but the hallways and every area were kept very clean and well maintained. Many guests seem to travel with dogs (we did too), yet there was no noticeable odor at all; everything felt impressively clean, and we could really tell how much effort goes into maintaining it. We were honestly grateful to be able to stay somewhere like this at such an affordable rate. In particular, since we don’t have a car and were traveling by train with our dog, having a Shuttle Service to the Hotel was truly appreciated. Also, given the “hands-off” concept, we assumed there wouldn’t be much staff at the front desk—but in fact someone was properly available whenever we needed help or had questions, which made us feel reassured. At the same time, the level of “hands-off” service was very comfortable. Personally, if you’re someone who just wants a place to sleep with your dog, only needs a basic dog run and simple public bath facilities, this is an excellent value-for-money Hotel that I highly recommend. I’ve become a fan—and I will definitely return. Thank you very much for everything.

I stayed here after a concert. They kindly stored my luggage before the concert, which was very helpful. I was also happy to enjoy the complimentary drinks in the lobby at that time. The Room was clean, and I especially liked the shower head in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well, and all of the staff were kind, so I would like to stay here again.

The best thing is how quiet it is. The front desk is not staffed at all times, and you don’t need to leave your key when you go out, so you can stay here without any hassle. The single rooms are also larger and more comfortable than those in a Business Hotel. There is a coin laundry and a public bath, and parking is free. You can reach Yonaha Maehama Beach right away by walking through the property, making early-morning or sunset strolls wonderful.

We stayed with three people and enjoyed a very pleasant, comfortable, and affordable stay.

I stayed here to match my tour’s departure and arrival schedule. It was very convenient—close to the airport and reasonably priced. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here to attend an anniversary event at Shibuya Public Hall. Even late at night, the staff kindly and carefully helped me with laundry services, which was very reassuring. Although I did not book a Plan with meals, there was a light breakfast service and complimentary late-night “Yonaki Soba.” There were also plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Don Quijote, so I had no trouble finding food and enjoyed a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable experience. If I had to mention one minor point, the Room I stayed in smelled slightly of tobacco. Since I made the Reservation for a smoking Room myself, it may not be fair to complain; however, some people may find perfect scores hard to believe, so I decided to leave this Review. I apologize. I sometimes stay at other Business Hotels as well, but I always end up thinking of Dormy Inn and comparing them—so in the end, I feel Dormy Inn is probably the best choice when choosing Accommodation. The Room was a four-person dorm with bunk beds. I was bothered by the snoring from the person next to me, but luckily I had brought earplugs, which helped a bit. It was nice that water, coffee, lemon juice, and other drinks were available for free. I was disappointed that there were no hangers in the shower room, so I couldn’t hang my clothes. The female staff were very helpful, and I’m satisfied because I stayed at a great price. I plan to stay again.

I stayed here the night before a golf trip. I wondered if it might be a slightly older Hotel, but I was able to check in automatically, and the staff member (a woman) handled an elderly guest with care and courtesy, which left a good impression. The bath was also spacious and satisfying for me. I plan to stay again.

We would be happy to stay here again next time.

With Nagahoricho Station just nearby, it offers great access to anywhere in Osaka, and while the downtown area is within walking distance, the location was pleasantly quiet. All Facilities were well equipped, so there was nothing to complain about. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi signal was weak, and I wanted to use the Room’s LAN connection instead, but it didn’t seem to work in this Room. That said, using a mobile data connection wasn’t a problem.

I chose this because I expected to arrive after 6:00 PM due to other commitments, and it was great! Since it’s part of a resort condominium, the renovated Room was spacious and had a wonderful view with lots of greenery. Dinner and breakfast are prepared in the refrigerator, so you can heat them up with the IH cooktop or microwave and eat whenever you like. Bringing your own food is allowed, so I enjoyed dinner with sashimi and my favorite drinks! The Onsen was at a comfortable temperature, though it felt a bit small. There is no open-air bath, but even the indoor bath has a great view. The staff interaction was minimal as needed, but their smiles were nice. Recommended for experienced travelers!

I visit Ishigaki Island almost every year, and this was my second stay here. This time it was just the two of us, so we had made a Reservation for a one-bedroom Room, but since there was availability, they kindly let us use a two-bedroom Room. The living/dining area and kitchen were spacious, and we were able to enjoy takeout seafood rice bowls and cut up the fruit we bought, which made for a very satisfying stay. Although the property feels a bit dated, it was well cleaned; if I had to mention one thing, the only minor concern was some black mold in the bathroom. My husband and I are already talking about staying here again next year. Thank you very much.

It was amazing—about a 5-minute walk from Asato Station and Makishi Station! There’s also a convenience store right in front. Since it’s an older Hotel, the Facility isn’t modern, but everything was well cleaned and nothing felt unpleasant. Amenities were picked up at the front desk. On the second day, one more person joined for a Multiple Night Stay, and they accommodated us without requiring a Room change. We had No Meals Included, so I can’t comment on the food. It was more than enough for a No Meals Included stay! I’d love to stay again next time. Thank you!

I stayed here to visit Ghibli Park! The interior was so clean you wouldn’t believe it’s a container, and even though I checked in late at night, the air conditioning was already running, so I had a very comfortable stay. I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I was upgraded and enjoyed a spacious room in the accommodation I stayed at before. Thank you very much. It's close to the station, and next time, I'd like to try the curry lunch!

Satisfied with everything except the room size. It was just a bit small.

I stayed with my wife and daughter. There is a parking lot next to the Hotel, with direct access. Great location—right outside the Hotel there are a convenience store, restaurants, and izakayas nearby. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful. The explanations were also thorough. Our Room was on the 5th floor of the annex building. It had four beds, and the bed width was generous and comfortable. The toilet, shower, and bathtub were separated, which was very convenient. We ordered breakfast; the rice was just okay, but the curry was delicious. There were no soup options. It’s nice that the drip coffee machine is available 24 hours a day.

I thought it would be a small, ordinary Business Hotel from the outside, but the Room was more spacious than expected, which was great. Above all, the bathroom and bathtub were roomy enough to stretch out your legs, and a young couple could probably fit in together. This is excellent for the price! I’ll probably stay again.
