We stayed here two years ago and returned this time with two dogs and three family members, and once again everything was outstanding. The Room, garden, and pool were as spotless as if they were brand new—just as beautifully maintained as before. We were allowed to enter before check-in time, and the owner welcomed us warmly with a smile, saying “Welcome back.” Our dogs were thrilled from the moment we arrived—running around the garden in excitement and jumping into the pool right away. Last time we requested a barbecue, which came with plenty of local vegetables and premium steak, and breakfast was a generous menu featuring delicious eggs. This time we chose not to order meals because we wanted to try different restaurants nearby, so we walked to a place close by for fresh oysters and seafood rice bowls. The rock oysters were especially delicious, and my husband and daughter loved them. We also visited dog-friendly cafés and a seafood grill restaurant. There are supermarkets and many dining options nearby, which is very convenient. In the mornings and evenings we walked with our dogs to Kujukuri Beach; the wide sky and shoreline felt incredibly refreshing. We have stayed at other villas and Hotels, but this place is still the best. Pools where you can swim together with your dogs are rare, so we truly appreciate it—and we’re very grateful to the owner. The amenities are well stocked (including a washing machine and cooking utensils), cleanliness is exceptional, and everything is well managed—so even guests without dogs should be able to enjoy a wonderful holiday here. While relaxing by the illuminated pool at night, we decided to have some wine from the wine cellar—it was excellent. We had such a comfortable stay with our dogs during these two fulfilling nights that left us feeling refreshed. Thank you very much.

I was a bit worried since it’s basically unmanned, but the email communication was courteous and thorough. The Room was clean and spacious, and the bathtub and shower were separate, so I could relax and enjoy a long bath. I think there were other guests based on the number of shoes at the entrance, but it was surprisingly quiet. There are slippers (sandals) to get from the entrance to the Room, but if you’re concerned about hygiene, you might want to bring disposable slippers. Thank you for your hospitality. I’d like to stay again.

As soon as I entered the Room, I noticed an unpleasant odor in the bathroom (a damp smell?) and contacted the staff. They promptly arranged a Room change, which allowed me to stay comfortably. I truly appreciate the staff’s personality and kindness. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again.

This was a two-night trip in Kanazawa. The Room was very spacious, and we were able to relax. Since it has a kitchen, we enjoyed doing some simple cooking. Having a washing machine was also convenient. There are two large pots in the kitchen; since some guests may stay in small groups, having smaller ones as well would make them easier to use. The price felt reasonable. However, it was a bit inconvenient that we had to go to Hotel Kanazawa for check-in. If this could be improved, I think it would be a very user-friendly Hotel. There are plenty of nearby coin-operated parking lots, so we were able to park without getting lost.

Whenever I visit Osaka, I always stay here. I choose this Business Hotel for its great value, the surprisingly spacious bathroom (like a love hotel), and the separate bath and toilet. The friendly and courteous service from the front desk staff also makes my stay very pleasant. The location is convenient too, with a Tanimachi Line station within walking distance, and I’m always soothed by the lush greenery of Ikutama Shrine visible from the window.

We stayed here for our daughter’s birthday. They kindly accommodated our same-day request by phone for a BBQ, which left a great impression even before we arrived. From the moment we arrived, the courteous service throughout made our stay very pleasant. The Facility was clean, and our whole family was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

The children on the training camp were very energetic and lively. I think this is a very clean Facility, even among youth hostels. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, and the free parking is a big plus. The bath was not crowded, so I could relax. I would like to stay again.

Thank you for hosting us for 5 days. The Room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you also for the gift. The bathtub on the terrace was wonderful, allowing us to relax while gazing at the sky. There is a convenience store about a 5-minute drive away, but none within walking distance, which might be slightly inconvenient if drinking alcohol. That’s about it. Looking forward to staying again!

We stayed at Hotel New Ote as a base for sightseeing in Hakodate and enjoying the night view from Mt. Hakodate. It was conveniently located near the morning market, tram stops, and bus stops. The building is old, but the room was clean. We stayed for only one night, but we were satisfied to be able to use the private family bath as well.

From the moment we arrived and stepped into the forest, we were captivated by the beautiful architecture. Lush greenery stretches as far as the eye can see, and the space—where white walls blend perfectly with tasteful furnishings—made us feel happy just being there. What impressed us most was the top-floor bedroom and the glass-walled bath. It felt as if we were floating in the forest, and spending time surrounded by nature was an unforgettable experience. The staff were wonderful—always attentive and courteous—which made our stay comfortable and worry-free from start to finish. We visited with our dog this time, and it was truly dog-friendly. Our pet stayed relaxed throughout and seemed to enjoy every moment. Above all, a morning walk through the forest is exceptional. The clear air and peaceful silence created a special kind of time that’s hard to find in everyday life. A place we would love to return to—and one we can wholeheartedly recommend.

We stayed with three family members and our dog. The building nestled in fresh greenery was truly beautiful, and the extraordinary Room space was amazing! At night, we dimmed the lights, played jazz, enjoyed some drinks, and relaxed at our own pace. Our daughter also played the lovely piano for us—it was such a luxurious time. There were Jenga and playing cards provided, and it was surprisingly fun to play them in such a unique setting! The morning bath surrounded by greenery was also wonderful—every moment was truly special. Our daughter was thrilled and said she wants to stay here again next time we come to Karuizawa, and we had a fantastic time overall. Thank you as well to the staff for being so friendly and kind!

It was a wonderful stay from check-in to check-out. I would love to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Our second stay, following last year. Last time we chose a no-meals Plan and brought meat, vegetables, and other ingredients from home to enjoy a BBQ on the terrace. The terrace had a large gas grill, plus a table and chairs always set up. It was pouring rain outside, but the space was completely sheltered from wind and rain, so we could BBQ comfortably as if we were indoors. This time, since we planned to spend dinner with friends’ family in Omura City, we chose a breakfast-only Plan. Right after arrival, the staff warmly welcomed us and provided careful guidance and explanations about the Facility, while our dog enjoyed playing ball in the outdoor yard. Last time we booked a Room with a large garden but couldn’t use it due to heavy rain, so this time we chose one without a garden. Even so, there was still enough yard space for ball play, and there was also a dog run next to the Accommodation building. In addition to an indoor hinoki bath in the Room, there was even an open-air bath, so we could relax in the baths after returning from dinner and again in the morning. For breakfast, more than enough ingredients were prepared in the refrigerator, along with plenty of seasonings and tableware—so we made a luxurious morning meal at our preferred time and in our own way. For reference: my daughter had cheese toast with grilled bacon plus a fresh vegetable salad, yogurt, and soup; my husband had hot sandwiches with fried eggs plus salad and coffee—everyone ate what they liked and was very satisfied. One note: there were thorny plants growing in parts of the yard and dog run; it can be dangerous unless removed before letting dogs play. We ended up trimming some ourselves while saying it would be nice if it were mowed shorter overall. Even so, it’s an excellent Facility—we will definitely stay again.

This Accommodation was even more comfortable than we expected for a trip with three adult female friends. What made us happiest was that each of the three of us could have our own Room. At night, we could relax in our own space, sleep well, and feel refreshed for sightseeing the next day. There were also two toilets, which made getting ready in the morning smooth. Both the Rooms and the water areas were kept very clean, and the amenities were well stocked. Since most essentials were provided, we were glad we could pack lighter as well. The bath was spacious and spotless. Soaking and unwinding after walking around Kyoto felt wonderful. There were plenty of plates, glasses, and cutlery too, so we could buy what we liked at a nearby supermarket and enjoy it leisurely in our Room—another great plus. The location was convenient for walking to sightseeing spots, and it was nice to be able to return to the Accommodation quickly when we got tired. If you want to fully enjoy sightseeing while also relaxing at your own pace at the Accommodation, this is a perfect place for an adult women’s trip to Kyoto. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Kyoto next time.

I have used this Hotel several times on days with affordable rates. The Room types vary, sometimes luxurious and other times more compact, but I have always been able to relax without any issues and am very satisfied. The check-in process is face-to-face, and everyone is kind, making me want to use this Hotel again.

We stayed for 3 nights with our 1-year-old child and five adults including our parents and siblings. It was a top-floor (4th floor) Room, and the view was even more amazing than in the photos—our whole family was truly impressed! With the beach nearby and stylish cafes around, we went to the beach every morning after breakfast and loved spending time walking along the shore. With two bedrooms and two washrooms, it was comfortable even for two families. The bathroom had only a shower, but since it was summer and the space (including the changing area) was very large and comfortable, it didn’t bother us at all. The parking area was spacious, everything we needed for daily life was provided, and we felt at ease even with a small child. We also really appreciated being able to borrow items such as a baby crib. There is also a 24-hour MaxValu supermarket and Nishimatsuya nearby, which made things very convenient. We would definitely love to stay here again when we visit Okinawa with our family!

Korakuen Garden and Okayama Castle, both within walking distance from the Hotel, were illuminated at night. They were very beautiful. Breakfast was also very satisfying. Thank you very much for offering such a reasonable stay.

Used this Accommodation when arriving in Naha late at night. Breakfast was included, but it came as what seemed to be a convenience-store sandwich and an instant meal that you add hot water to. At this price, I have no complaints at all. If anything, I’m grateful they prepared it, and the warmth of the older security guard who handed it to me made me feel like I’d truly arrived in Okinawa—an incredibly welcoming Accommodation.

The Room felt spacious, and the large table in particular was very convenient and useful. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this was a first for me. Both the bathroom and the bed were generously sized, so I could relax and enjoy my stay. The accommodation cost was also reasonable, which really helped. Thank you very much.
