The staff's service was somewhat curt, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious! It would be even better if the dinner dishes were explained more thoroughly and the front desk had a brighter atmosphere.

They kindly told us the best spots to watch the fireworks, nearby convenience stores, and the Facility amenities.

We made a Reservation to celebrate my parents’ anniversary. It was the children’s first time experiencing a real Onsen, and they were thrilled. They prepared the largest Room for us, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious—beautifully presented and very generous. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like a complimentary pouch for female guests and glowing bracelets for the kids. All of the staff were wonderful, and we’re truly glad we chose this Accommodation!

I visit Sugadaira every summer, so I check early, but I can never get a Reservation. This time I happened to get one, so it was my first stay. The area around the Hotel is very quiet, and the view from the Room is wonderful. After soaking in the Onsen, my skin stayed moisturized for a while. Everyone—at the front desk and in the restaurant—was truly pleasant and welcoming, and I had a great time. The buffet made the most of fresh vegetables and was thoughtfully prepared rather than relying on cheap ready-made sauces, and it was delicious. Since it’s so hard to secure an Accommodation Reservation here, I’d come just for the meal. There was a sheet listing the names of the mountains visible from the Room window, hooks placed throughout the Room for hanging clothes (probably for winter ski wear), a towel provided for use at the washbasin, and even a cube-shaped power strip with five outlets. It’s a Hotel with attentive care down to every detail. I would definitely like to stay again if I can get another Reservation.

I wanted to see the Okinawa rail, and I tried at another Accommodation last year but couldn’t find one. This year, determined to succeed, I stayed here. As a result, I finally got to see the Okinawa rail and was extremely satisfied. It was thanks to the staff’s kindness and all the helpful information they shared. Thank you very much. Someday, I’d love to come back again to see that adorable Okinawa rail.

Whenever I’m unsure where to stay on a touring trip, I choose AZ. All the necessary amenities are provided, so I have no complaints other than the unit bath feeling a bit small (though it’s a standard size). If I had to be picky, I’d love to see a covered motorcycle parking area (haha).

The Room was clean, and the Onsen was amazing! The food was incredibly delicious and very generous in portion size, so even men will be satisfied! It would be helpful to have a fan in summer. I will definitely come again.

This was my first time staying at TAOYA. The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff provided excellent service, making my stay very comfortable. There was a wide variety of food, and everything was truly delicious. The lounge offerings changed throughout the day, so it always felt fresh no matter when I visited. I will definitely come again.

Thank you very much for everything. We stayed for one night with our dog and four adults. The quality was outstanding—absolutely wonderful! Everything, including the Room and the bath, was clean and spotless, which made us very happy. The meals were generous in portion size, and the meat was tender; we had one older guest with us, and they were pleased because it was easy to eat. We had previously stayed at another villa that wasn’t clean and had a difficult time, so we arrived feeling a bit anxious—but this place far exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, and we were truly delighted. There were quite a few insects due to the season, but it was great that various insect-repellent products were provided. The amenities were also very well stocked and wonderful! The pool and the view were amazing as well. It was great to be able to refresh ourselves properly for the first time in a while. We would definitely love to stay again! Next time, we’d like to stay for two nights! Thank you very much.

I visited Kamikoshiki Island for a 2-night, 3-day trip starting June 8. The Hotel I stayed at, “HOTEL AreaOne Koshiki Island,” was just steps from Sato Port Terminal—an unbeatable location and the perfect base for exploring the island. The Room was on the 5th floor of a six-story building. As soon as I opened the door, the comforting scent of tatami welcomed me. The warmth of sleeping on a futon again made me want to just stretch out and relax right away. Unfortunately, light rain fell through the second day due to a weather front—but even that added to the atmosphere of the trip. Turning on the TV, I could watch NHK plus four commercial channels clearly (BS/CS wasn’t available), and it was genuinely pleasant to spend some quiet time unwinding in the Room. Best of all was the large Onsen bath! I eased my travel fatigue in the spacious indoor bath, then moved to the open-air bath where a refreshing breeze flowed through. Soaking while listening to raindrops made for an especially memorable and satisfying moment. Breakfast was a generous buffet-style spread. Even though I had it two mornings in a row, there were thoughtful changes to keep things interesting, so each morning still felt fresh and exciting. From Kagoshima’s famous crispy satsuma-age fish cakes to other local flavors lined up beautifully, it was hard not to keep eating from early in the day. (I had dinner elsewhere, but with breakfast this good, I can only imagine dinner would be delicious too.) Then came morning on day three. When I opened the curtains—clear skies as if all that rain had been a lie! From my 5th-floor window stretched a vivid ocean view as far as I could see. The sparkling sea and grand island scenery took my breath away in an instant—an unforgettable sight. It turned into an amazing 2-night stay where I got to fully enjoy both rainy-day charm and brilliant blue skies over the sea—truly luxurious in every way.

This was my fifth stay. The building feels a bit nostalgic, and that adds to the atmosphere—like a classic Resort Hotel—where you can relax without putting on airs. My summer highlight is the outdoor pool. You can use your own float without any hesitation, so I just drifted under the blue sky. Doing absolutely nothing by the pool is the best. We didn’t dine at the Hotel this time, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so it’s easy to go out for meals. I also appreciate being able to choose based on how I feel each day, even on a Multiple Night Stay. And every time, what stands out is how friendly the staff are. They always greet you with a smile whenever you pass them in the building, which makes for a very pleasant stay. Their warmth—speaking to you naturally rather than formally—is one of the reasons I keep coming back to this Hotel. It’s not like the latest luxury Hotels; it’s a place with a nostalgic charm where you can truly unwind. This trip made for another wonderful summer vacation. I’ll be back again to relax.

We stayed here during Golden Week. The front desk staff were polite and gave a sincere impression. The Room was clean, and we were satisfied with the breakfast for the price. It’s also a big plus that Ryusenji no Yu and many restaurants are within walking distance!

I stayed for one night in the middle of my itinerary, and this was my favorite Hotel of the entire trip. The bar counter and lobby that come into view right after entering the entrance immediately got me excited. The Room was clean and stylish. The washbasin area was the open type with no partition from the Room, which is common in newer Hotels, but it didn’t cause any inconvenience. If anything, it made the Room feel more spacious than its actual square meter size. Although I didn’t use them, it seems they also offer a thoughtful selection of items for loan, which felt very considerate for guests on a Multiple Night Stay. The sofa and bed were comfortable as well, and I enjoyed having dinner in the Room that evening. The Onsen was also more than spacious enough and included an open-air bath. Maybe my timing was lucky, but there were few other guests, so it was extremely relaxing. Breakfast was buffet-style; even with a pleasant level of bustle, there were many attentive staff members who made it a great experience. In particular, having egg dishes cooked to my preference was fantastic (you order by QR code so there’s no line, and they bring it to you). A couple of small disappointments: - Parking (I assume it will be improved in the future, but there wasn’t any specific guidance; since it’s simply gravel ground at the moment, checking in at night was a bit confusing.) - The reception staff at the breakfast venue (I had planned on No Meals Included originally, but I was so impressed by how wonderful this Hotel is—and seeing available seats—I asked if I could join the breakfast buffet last minute. However, whenever I asked about seating or pricing details, I received guidance that strongly emphasized only negative points. It made me wonder if walk-ins aren’t really welcomed. That said, once inside—especially thanks to the excellent male staff member overseeing service—the experience turned out very positive.) I’m not sure what prices are like during peak winter season, but this is a Hotel I definitely want to stop by again whenever I visit Hokkaido.

It was conveniently located near Sannomiya Station, and being on the south side, the area around the Hotel was clean and pleasant. The Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities and service are streamlined—you pick up water yourself after check-in—but I felt that this simplicity helped keep the price reasonable. The bath was a typical in-room bath found in many hotels, but I appreciated receiving a bath additive.

Located in the heart of Shinsekai, it was very convenient and I was very satisfied. I would have preferred a slightly larger toilet, but the value for money is excellent. I would like to stay again.

I stayed here to catch an international flight departing in the morning. This was my second stay, following last year. As soon as you leave the Hotel, you’re at the departure lobby, and both check-in and check-out are smooth, so it’s stress-free. The Room I used had a separate bath and toilet, which made it very convenient. I was also happy that the amenities were Decorté. Some beds don’t suit me, but at this Hotel I didn’t hurt my back at the start of my trip, and I felt reassured even for a long flight afterward. I have no complaints. I’d like to stay again.

Perhaps because of the location, most guests were tourists (non-Japanese). It was a great spot—just a few minutes’ walk to Namba Grand Kagetsu and Sennichimae Street. However, the sidewalks are narrow, so carrying large luggage might be a bit inconvenient.

Quiet despite being close to the station. The room was also very quiet, and I slept soundly. The hot towel at check-in was so refreshing. Receiving a tablet at check-out gave me peace of mind. The Hotel staff also had a calm atmosphere, which helped me relax. Thank you very much.

Used for a trip. Both the lobby and the room were tastefully furnished, and the welcome drinks and other amenities were plentiful. The double bed was king-size, so we stayed very comfortably. Great value for money.
