It was very comfortable. The front desk and restaurant staff were cheerful, courteous, and efficient, and the Room and restaurant were clean with excellent air conditioning—an outstanding Hotel in every way. The next morning’s breakfast buffet menu was posted in the lobby, which made me look forward to it from the night before. The signature jingisukan (grilled lamb), curry, and fried fish cake with corn were all delicious. If I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely stay here again.

The Hotel building is not large, but it was conveniently located very close to Matsumoto Station. The Accommodation rate was affordable, the cleaning was thorough and everything was clean, and the Room had the minimum necessary amenities. The shower water pressure was also sufficient. The staff were also very pleasant at check-out. I wish there had been coffee service. If I have a chance to visit Matsumoto again, I would like to stay here again.

The meals were exceptionally delicious and luxurious. Choosing this option was absolutely the right decision! The room was clean, and a Dyson humidifier was provided, so I stayed very comfortably. The amenities were well stocked, and I was happy they had Sekkisei. There were many kinds of bath salts, and it was fun choosing one. All the towels—even the hand towels served with meals—were Imabari towels. At the vending machines on the 4th floor, you could buy beer, chu-hai, and highballs in addition to soft drinks. When I visit again, I’d love to stay here again—it’s an Accommodation I’d also recommend to others.

It is conveniently located right in front of the station one stop from Sendai Airport, with a convenience store next door. The Hotel staff were also very kind and gave us helpful information about nearby sightseeing spots. The free breakfast and the natural Onsen Facility were both excellent. When I use Sendai Airport again, I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel.

This Hotel was a perfect fit for my trip and truly helped me. After a long drive on the expressway, I was soothed by the staff’s calm, friendly words and the well-maintained large public bath, and I was able to drive long distance again the next day and arrive safely at my destination. When I ordered one bottled beer at the restaurant in the evening, I was surprised by how many snacks came with it—there were also local ingredients, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was very convenient: close to the interchange, with a large supermarket and fast food nearby, plus free parking. Thank you very much.

While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we discovered Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed an even more soothing stay than we had hoped for. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs, and although everything was close by, they kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift station, which was truly helpful. We are sincerely grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed in particular was wonderfully plush—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to the restful nights, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin felt silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could genuinely feel my energy returning. It was a luxurious moment that washed away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and confident the team is in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt warm hospitality beyond any script or manual. For anyone seeking healing nature, superb Onsen baths, deep sleep with comfortable amenities, and heartfelt service throughout their stay, this is an Accommodation I can wholeheartedly recommend. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more via IKYU.

This was our second stay. The kids once again lost track of time playing in the large pool. With great access to Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and Motobu Genki Village, we were able to enjoy a variety of activities during our stay. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and we had another wonderful time.

It was very close to the station. The gyudon and ramen at night were delicious. The Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a slightly limited selection, but it tasted good and included curry, so it was satisfying. Everything we needed was properly taken care of, and I would like to stay again.

I originally planned to stay with two people, but it became just me, so I canceled and rebooked a single Room. At that point, only smoking Rooms were available. Since this Hotel allows cancellations until the last minute, I left a comment with a small hope that I might be able to get a non-smoking Room. Shortly after making the Reservation, I received a call offering a non-smoking Room across from the washing machine area, and I gladly accepted. I was also emailed that I could park even before check-in, which was truly helpful. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I slept comfortably. The calls and emails made me feel the staff’s kindness and consideration. If I have another chance to visit the area, I would love to stay again.

I stayed here on vacation with my dog. We were guided in through the back entrance, which helped us avoid running into other guests’ dogs and made our stay comfortable. I missed booking meals, but for dinner we were able to try whale dishes at a local restaurant in town. There are many sightseeing spots nearby, so it’s a great place not only to relax but also as a convenient base for driving out and exploring.

I stayed at another Accommodation in the same group not long ago, but this was my first return to Tamakiya in 10 years. Last time, discovering Abe Shuzo through the sake pairing was a real highlight, so I did it again this time. Since it was a special occasion, I decided to pay the extra fee and choose the optional premium sake course. It more than lived up to expectations—I truly enjoyed a wide range of excellent sakes, including some with a playful twist. The sommelier’s stories were fascinating, and I wished I could have listened even longer. I was traveling solo, but the staff were consistently courteous and attentive, no different from how they treated larger groups, which I really appreciated. The food was also outstanding: a course featuring plenty of local Niigata ingredients, with every dish delicious from appetizers to dessert. Next time, I’d love to stay in midwinter when there’s deep snow.

Stayed one night with breakfast in a twin Room. The Room was small, but it had everything we needed, and we were able to stay comfortably without any issues. Many Hotels these days seem to provide complimentary mineral water, but perhaps because Toyama has great-tasting water, there was no such service. Instead, the front desk offered free drinks such as coffee and barley tea, which we appreciated. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, though several dishes were empty, which was a bit disappointing. Still, considering the Accommodation rate, it was more than satisfactory. Thank you for your hospitality.

On a return visit after a while, we had a Multiple Night Stay and were satisfied. There were a few minor points: even though the Room’s open-air Onsen bath and the shower booth are separate, there was only one bath mat; and there is no temperature control for the Room’s open-air bath. Still, the Room, the staff service, and the Onsen were all wonderful. Valet parking had a 3,000 yen charge, but they always responded quickly. Overall, we were satisfied. The food, service, and wine selection at the main dining venue HITO by TAKUBO were also excellent. When I mentioned that breakfast drinks didn’t include tomato juice and I was disappointed, they kindly brought it for me even though it wasn’t on the list. I would be even happier if it were available from the start. We would like to visit again.

We happened to stay right when the pool opened, but unfortunately the weather was terrible and we couldn’t swim. What a shame! Still, we were very satisfied with the Room atmosphere and the course meal, and we were able to relax thoroughly. We’ve visited Harvest in Nasu and Hakone (Sengokuhara), but it’s a pity that Katsuura doesn’t have an open-air bath. Sorry for being picky. We’ll be back again.

During our meals, we were served by international staff. They were very courteous in serving and clearing the dishes, greeted us properly, and our family was able to enjoy our meal comfortably. The food was delicious and very filling. When the staff quickly noticed that there was a minor in our group, they promptly changed the pre-dinner drink to juice. We truly appreciated their thoughtful response. In the morning, a staff member offered us refills of rice in the ohitsu, which made it easy to ask for more.

This was our first trip to Shikoku by car from the Kanto area. Since my husband loves saunas, we often look for an Accommodation with a private sauna. This one isn’t completely private, but we chose it because the view from the barrel sauna is truly one of a kind. Right up until checkout, we were picking up shells with our child, spotting fish, chasing fast-moving crabs… and we were surprised to even see a ray-like fish. Even though we’re adults, we got way too excited—now that we’re back home, it honestly feels like the Urashima Taro story. For dinner, we had the “Tamatebako” shabu-shabu and added the optional sashimi. The photos didn’t show any carbs, but the shabu-shabu came with udon noodles to finish, and the portions were more than enough for our family of four. There were two types of meat in two tiers, plus plenty of vegetables—it felt very generous and good value. We couldn’t finish everything at night and had the udon the next morning! Are those breakfast croissants sold anywhere? They were so delicious! To the woman who explained everything in the building: when you showed us to our Room and saw that we’d bought lots of alcohol, you kindly said, “Please go ahead and use the fridge as soon as possible!” That thoughtfulness made me really happy—I wondered if you enjoy drinks too. Needless to say, the scenery was incredible. We were blessed with great weather and spent an unbelievably happy time there. There aren’t pajama-like items provided, so I slept in my sauna poncho—but Nishikawa bedding was very comfortable. It was also convenient to have two hair dryers. A drum-type washer/dryer would be even more convenient someday—please consider it (haha). Next time I’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay! Thank you very much for taking care of us.

My family of three stayed here recently. It was a last-minute trip, so we made our Reservation right before traveling. The Room we got was an 8-tatami Japanese-style room. I was a little disappointed at first, but once we checked in, I opened the door and found the entrance to the private bath right in front of us. A light at the entrance shows whether it’s in use, so whenever it was off, we could head straight in—such a convenient location. Best of all, the private bath is free, which was very appealing. The meals were also perfectly timed as a course menu, and everything was delicious! Both dinner and breakfast were exactly to our taste. It was a truly relaxing two days. This has become an Accommodation we’d love to visit again as a family soon.

The hot spring has an abundant flow of water, and the waterfall bath provides an excellent massage effect for the shoulders and lower back. I stayed for two nights, and the proprietress’s vegetable-focused side dishes were very delicious, with no repeated menu items. It is buffet-style, and the staff manage it hygienically, which gave me peace of mind. The cleaning is thorough, but the building is old, and footsteps echo when people walk.

This was my first stay at this accommodation! All the staff were kind and provided excellent service! The room was very clean and extremely comfortable! Moreover, there was an exceptional touch of hospitality on the bed! The view was great, and I have no complaints at all! It’s truly the best hotel! Breakfast was outstanding as expected! There were plenty of options, and everything was delicious! The lounge was also fantastic! Indeed, it’s the best hotel ever. I will definitely stay here again!

The welcome sweets reflected thoughtful hospitality and were a delight. The breakfast venue offers a spectacular view overlooking the Imperial Palace. Although there were many international staff members, both they and the Japanese staff were cheerful and kind throughout our stay.
