The Room was cleaner than I expected.

Located just steps from the Shinjuku New South Exit—an unbeatable location! Since the Hotel is on the 20th floor and above, the views are great, and we could even see Tokyo Skytree from our Room. Takashimaya is right in front, so it was easy to find places to eat. It was also very convenient for getting around with the Hotel as a base, so I’d love to stay again.

This Hotel was clean, and the staff were courteous. I had a comfortable stay without being bothered by noise in the Hotel. I will stay here again next time.

We always use this accommodation for an overnight stay before golf. The room is clean and tidy. My husband seems very pleased with the large public bath and enjoyed bathing early in the morning. This time, I forgot something, but since we live far away, you kindly sent it to us, for which we are truly grateful. Thank you so much. We will stay here again.

First, the Onsen water quality was excellent. I wasn’t expecting much since the purpose of my trip wasn’t the Onsen, but my long-standing shoulder stiffness improved. The next morning’s breakfast was said to be homemade. They kindly told me, “Please eat plenty,” and I felt the warmth of the staff.

The building and room were very clean, and my family was satisfied. Thank you very much.

Although the building shows some age, there were no particular issues. I only expected a light breakfast, but I was very satisfied with the buffet selection! Everything tasted great, so we went back for seconds, and my child was very happy too! I’d like to stay here again the next time I visit Fukui!

We had a wonderful stay. The open-air bath was a very calming space, and we were able to relax while listening to the sound of water and insects. The shampoo was also comfortable and didn’t leave our hair feeling squeaky. The Ryokan itself was spacious and felt like a maze, making it fun to walk around as if exploring. The barley tea and apple rooibos tea after the bath were also a thoughtful touch. I hadn’t been reading much for quite some time, but using the “Kotoba no Atelier” inspired me to make time for reading again in my daily life after this stay. I also wrote a Tokitegami letter and had a lovely time. Breakfast was buffet-style and everything was delicious—especially the fruit punch. Before breakfast, I ground coffee beans for drip coffee, which was also excellent and made for a very fulfilling experience.

I always stay here when traveling to Hakodate. Goryokaku is just a 2–3 minute walk away, and I enjoy a morning walk there. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Goryokaku downtown area, so the location is excellent. Lucky Pierrot and Hasegawa Store are also nearby. The streetcar stop is close as well, making it easy to reach sightseeing spots such as the area around Hakodate Station.

I’ve been using it for a long time, and I believe it is managed exceptionally well—far superior to Tabo Facility.

The staff were truly wonderful! The Room was clean and made for a comfortable stay! The complimentary curry rice was delicious, and we were very satisfied! We would love to stay again!

This was my first stay at this Hotel in exactly 30 years. While the interior shows some age, the staff were efficient and pleasant. The Hotel is located on a hill, and we enjoyed the peaceful surrounding scenery from the Room and the open-air bath. The meals were not extravagant, but dinner was served as a kaiseki course and was delicious. The indoor bath was quite hot, so it was hard to relax, but the open-air bath was at a comfortable temperature, and there was also a tub fed by a cooler natural hot spring source where we could soak leisurely. Considering the Accommodation Fee, I felt this Accommodation offered excellent value for money.

It was a stylish, modern Hotel with no unnecessary frills. It’s within walking distance of Oura Cathedral and Glover Garden, and although I expected it to be up on a hill, it was actually in a regular location. The entrance is a café, so I wondered, “Is this really the Hotel?”—but as you go further in, there’s a small check-in counter. On the right side of the entrance there are lockers, and they were able to store even fairly large luggage before check-in, which let us head out sightseeing hands-free. When we first entered the Room, there was a slight smell that bothered me; I thought it would have been nicer with a light, refreshing scent like citrus. After a while, though, I stopped noticing it. Inside the Room was great: our whole family loved it—an elegant sofa, a large TV, beds that were just the right size, and BAKUNE pajamas as sleepwear. There was enough space for everyone to relax together; after coming back from dinner we took our time enjoying dessert. The bath was also excellent—a jacuzzi in a comfortable space with a pleasant breeze coming in. My wife especially appreciated having both a washing machine and two toilets. One thing to note is that there aren’t many places nearby for dinner—you’ll need to go a bit farther out for meals. The price was on the higher side for the season, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

After staying in Toi the previous night, we took it easy, but this day brought such heavy rain that a weather warning was issued. There was nowhere to stop along the way with our dog, so we arrived early. While we were waiting in the car, they kindly let us use the dog run on the first floor a little ahead of time, which truly helped us. All of the staff were very pleasant. This time we had our meal in the Room, and the Asian staff member who brought it to us spoke excellent Japanese and served us with a constant smile. There is also an open-air bath outside; the water was soft and the temperature was just right, so we went in several times. Unfortunately, because of the weather, the view was misty and hard to see—if it had been clear, I’m sure it would have been wonderful. That was our only disappointment, so we’d like to visit again when the weather is better.

The service exceeded the price, and we were very satisfied with the meals. The evening events—Aibase! and Odoransho—were interactive and a lot of fun. We’d love to visit again in a different season. They also offer a great selection of local Fukushima sake, which is wonderful for anyone who enjoys Japanese sake.

This was my first visit. Above all, the open-air bath with its wonderful sense of openness surrounded by beautiful nature, and the atmosphere throughout the property, were truly lovely. I would definitely like to return in a different season. I was very satisfied.

Due to the recent heavy rain disaster, we stayed at Yachiyo Midorigaoka and Narita. The semi-double Room was spacious enough for my daughter and me, and it was very clean. I was too tired to use the large public bath, so I used the in-room shower instead, but the amenities were well stocked, so it would have been fine even if we had arrived with hardly any luggage. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again if anything comes up. Thank you very much.

It had been a while since I found a Ryokan that made me think, “I want to come back.” The view of Mikawa Bay right in front of us was truly stunning, and the sunset while soaking in the Onsen was unforgettable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming with warm smiles, which made our stay feel comfortable and worry-free. The meals, centered around seafood, were all delicious and very satisfying in portion size. The fresh sashimi especially left a lasting impression. This Accommodation is perfect for anyone who wants to slow down and relax away from the noise of the city. Next time, I’d love to return with my family. Thank you for a wonderful time.

There was no noise from neighboring rooms, and I had a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well. The large TV was also a great feature, and I was glad I could watch YouTube. It would be even better if makeup remover were provided among the amenities.
