It was a truly wonderful Hotel. The staff greeted us with warm smiles, and both the facilities and the room were spotless. The view of Mt. Yotei from our 6th-floor room was stunning—this is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again. Surrounded by Niseko’s nature, I was impressed that there were no insects at all in the open-air bath, and that it was so well maintained. The view of Mt. Yotei from the open-air bath was breathtaking. A woman at the front desk told me, “Please try going to the open-air bath while it’s still light,” and I understood exactly why. The next day we couldn’t see the full view, so it was great advice. I had read in a Review that breakfast would be a course-style meal with a choice of Japanese or Western, which I was looking forward to, but it ended up being buffet only—so that was disappointing. The creative course dinner, however, looked beautiful and had gentle flavors—it was absolutely delicious. After dinner, I was moved by the countless stars filling the night sky as seen from the rooftop terrace. I’ve come to love Niseko.

We stayed here while visiting Bokka no Sato. The food was absolutely delicious—especially the dishes with miso, vegetables, and meat, which went perfectly with rice. The children’s meal was also very generous; we were surprised that it even included sukiyaki beef. It looked so good, but the kids didn’t eat much of it, so the adults happily did (lol). The portions were plentiful, and we’re sorry we couldn’t finish all of the children’s meal. The monaka dessert filled with fruit and ice cream was a big hit with the kids. Breakfast was also excellent, and we enjoyed a hearty meal in the morning. The bath had a jacuzzi as well, and the kids had fun. There were hardly any other guests, so we could relax at our own pace—it was very soothing. We were completely satisfied with both the meals and the bath, and our whole family was able to unwind. Including our trip to Bokka no Sato, it became a wonderful memory. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity. Thank you very much.

Thank you for upgrading our room as a member benefit. The spacious room and the view from the couch made us feel truly pampered—it was wonderful. The bathroom also had a glass-partitioned shower area, and on top of that, the showerhead was a ReFa showerhead!! We didn’t expect such an enjoyable shower time. It was only a one-night stay, but if we have the chance, we’d definitely like to stay for multiple nights next time.

We stayed during Silver Week. Even with many guests, it never felt noisy, and the restaurant was run smoothly. There was a notice in the lobby with the sunset time, and the sunset over Ago Bay seen from our Room was very beautiful. The grounds are spacious, and the early-morning walking route was refreshing.

I stayed for two nights. The location was convenient and close to the station, just as other reviews said. I arrived in Takamatsu by ferry and often traveled to nearby islands, so being close to the ferry terminal was also a key reason I chose this hotel. Both the room and lobby were clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. It was also easy to take an early-morning walk around the port. From the large public bath, I could see Takamatsu Castle and the harbor, which was very relaxing. I would stay here again if I have another chance to visit.

Conveniently located near the station, with friendly and enthusiastic staff, a bright and clean unit bath, and beer served in plastic cups that you can take back to your Room.

I stayed at Ogawaya for two nights, and dinner was excellent on both days. The second night in particular made me very happy with its full Hida beef course. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of dishes and is delicious. There are many staff members from Southeast Asia, and most of them provide warm hospitality with sincere effort and a smile. The Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The welcome sweet, blueberry daifuku, was also delicious! It would be even better if the skincare amenities were a bit higher quality. Thank you very much.

Traveling with two young children, we were a bit anxious at first, but there were plenty of facilities for kids to enjoy, and they were delighted. With the all-inclusive plan, we never had to worry about meals, and we had a wonderful time making the most of the spacious pool, arcade, and hot spring facilities. All of the staff were very kind, and best of all, the loungewear was stylish and comfortable—making our stay extremely relaxing. It was such a great trip that we would definitely like to return. Thank you very much.

I stayed for two nights starting on 9/18. As it was my first stay, I wasn’t used to operating the machines and caused some trouble for the staff, but they assisted me each time with great care and kindness, making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious, and there were takoyaki (perhaps unique to Osaka?), which made for great conversation and a pleasant start to the day. Since I was staying multiple nights, I used the coin laundry; it was a very convenient system, and I truly appreciate how quickly and politely they responded to additional requests. Because it was a four-person room, it felt a bit cramped for four adults, and it was inconvenient that there was no wash basin in the bathroom. Thanks to the location, accessibility was excellent, and if I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

This Accommodation’s Onsen was simply outstanding. The large public bath is divided into “Toki-no-Yu” and “Inishie-no-Yu,” and there are so many options—including indoor baths and open-air baths—that you can’t enjoy them all in just one night. There’s also a sauna, so it’s highly recommended for anyone who wants to sweat and unwind. Another small delight is the complimentary drink (Yakult) provided after your bath. Our Room had twin beds. It wasn’t huge, but it was calm and relaxing. When we opened the window early in the morning, we could hear birds singing—an experience you don’t usually get in the city center. It was such a wonderful Accommodation that we wanted to extend our stay.

Every time Comiket came around, I really wanted to stay here, but I could never get a Reservation and ended up booking other nearby Hotels. This time, I finally got to stay. It was close to the waiting line, and the room size and Facility were more than enough if you’re just coming back to sleep. It’s not enough to lower my rating, but there was a light layer of dust on the humidifier, so it would be good to wipe it down. I hope I can book again someday. Thank you very much.

The building was new and very clean, so we had a truly comfortable stay. It was also a pleasant distance from the station—perfect for strolling back and forth. Kanazawa Station was wonderful, and the city center was beautiful as well. We’d love to visit Kanazawa again in a different season, and we hope to stay here again then. Thank you very much.

It was a last-minute stay. The Facility was more than sufficient for relaxing alone. The TV was large and easy to watch. There were plenty of power outlets as well. Since I used the public bath, I felt the Room could have had one more towel. The large public bath had spacious washing areas and even an open-air bath, so I could unwind. My only minor concern was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak. Breakfast was simple.

We stayed with our dog as a family of four. The surrounding area was wonderful, and with the hot springs available we were able to relax and unwind. Communication with the staff in advance regarding our dog’s size was pleasant and smooth, and both our dog and our family were very satisfied. The lobby and dining venue also had a great resort atmosphere, and we really felt like we were at a well-established mountain resort in Japan. One small regret was the dining experience: all of the food provided was delicious, and the dining hall itself had a lovely ambiance, but for some reason once seated it felt more like a food court, so I didn’t feel I could fully appreciate how good the food was. Perhaps it was the tables and chairs, or maybe the tray-style setup. That said, the food itself was excellent and we were very happy overall. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here as a couple. The location was good, the price was reasonable, and the facilities and services had everything we needed—no complaints at all. We would consider staying here again if we have another opportunity.

I stayed in a Moderate room with the breakfast-included plan. The room had a chic atmosphere with a simple, minimalist setup. Although I stayed alone, the linens were prepared for two—just as you’d expect from Hotel New Otani. The soundproofing was solid, and I couldn’t hear voices from the next room. A female housekeeping staff member I passed in the hallway stopped what she was doing to greet me. I felt genuine hospitality not only from the front desk staff, and it really warmed my heart. I’ll be happy to stay again. Thank you very much!

The Onsen was a comfortable size and felt wonderful. The bamboo bath was especially relaxing. Since there is an Onsen for guests, we were able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. The meals were buffet-style, and everything was delicious, with a menu that both adults and children could enjoy. If the observatory had been available, we could have enjoyed Kurokawa’s night sky even more. We knew it was out of order, but since there was a poster displayed, our child got excited and ended up disappointed.

I stayed in a double Room with my daughter. All of the staff were polite and very pleasant. The key was a standard type, and while the Room had a slightly retro feel that showed its age, it felt clean and didn’t bother me at all—perhaps because everything was so thoroughly cleaned. I could even tell how careful the housekeeping was from the way the hair dryer cord was neatly wrapped. I really appreciated being able to enjoy a delicious breakfast for free.

From the atmosphere at the entrance to every corner of the Accommodation, we could truly feel your quiet hospitality toward travelers. The meals were also thoughtfully prepared in many ways, and we enjoyed them very much. We would definitely like to stay again.

The room was very clean. In particular, the living room was spacious with no clutter, so my grandchild could run around freely. We would like to stay again next time.
