I love staying at inns registered as Tangible Cultural Properties and have visited many. This time I stayed in the “Matsu” room, which I was told is where Emperor Taisho rested when he was Crown Prince. Pine motifs are incorporated throughout—what a wonderful setting. From the veranda, you can look down on Furogaike Pond shaped like a gourd, and in the distance see the Nobi Plain. The night view was beautiful as well. The newly renovated bath in the room also came with herbal bath additives, so I could soak in wonderfully fragrant water and truly relax. Both dinner and breakfast featured Hida beef as the main dish, and I appreciated the simple menu. The proprietress has a lovely personality too. I will be back again!

The Room was very clean, and the toilet was spotless, so I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

It was a gift trip from my wife to celebrate my birthday, visiting the Furuyu Onsen I had been curious about for a long time. I was very satisfied with the wonderful service of the staff and the sense of care in cleaning. Enjoyed two days of onsen to the fullest. The head chef seemed confident in fish dishes, and we were completely satisfied with everything from sashimi platters to grilled fish. We had checked reviews beforehand and were prepared for the amount of food, but as a senior couple, we were completely overwhelmed. At checkout, I was deeply moved by a surprise birthday gift from the proprietress. Thank you so much. While everything was satisfying, there are some suggestions: ○ It would be helpful if guides such as facility maps, emergency exit routes, and meal times could be compiled into a file placed in each room. ○ Since it’s easy to forget meal times for dinner and breakfast, it would be nice to receive them written on printed paper. ○ The course meals crafted by your proud head chef are delightful but quite large portions for seniors. If possible, creating a senior-friendly course with about 60% of the current portion size would be appreciated. This time I wanted to enjoy more drinks but couldn’t because I was too full! Apologies for making selfish requests like this!

The meals were generous in portion, delicious, and very satisfying. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and the open-air bath in the Room was also clean. The amenities were well stocked, and the foreign staff were pleasant; overall, everything was great.

I stayed at Naraya Ryokan before moving overseas in November. I won’t be back for a while, but I’m glad I had the chance to stay at such a wonderful ryokan. The room, meals, and hot springs were all excellent.

I didn’t know dinner was included for free. It was delicious.

We stayed here with our two dogs. It’s a charming, dignified traditional Japanese house Accommodation, and it was spotless and impeccably clean throughout. The Room was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of dog supplies, so even if you forget something, you’ll be just fine. The seasonal meals were delicious and beautifully prepared. Our dogs seemed to really like the handsome staff member, which gave us a good laugh. This is an Accommodation we’d love to stay at again—perfect for soothing both mind and body. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with their dog.

I had been wanting to visit the newly redeveloped areas, including Umekita Park, for a long time, so I was very happy to stay at this Hotel. The staff were kind and I truly appreciated their help. The location was also excellent, and using this Hotel as a base, I was able to fully enjoy Umekita.

I’ve stayed at LiVEMAX properties elsewhere, and the hot springs in Kawaji were excellent. I was a little concerned about the smell in the room’s toilet and the hallway on the way to the baths, but overall I was satisfied because the hot springs were so good. The meals were delicious as well. Thank you very much.

We recently stayed at Suimeikan for two nights. Because my daughter has pancreatitis, she needs to keep her fat intake to 10g or less per day. When we consulted with you about this, you adjusted the meals as much as possible within your limits, and my daughter was able to enjoy delicious food and feel completely satisfied. Even though we caused you extra trouble, you responded with warm smiles, and I can’t thank you enough. The service from the manager and all the staff was outstanding. The large public bath was excellent as well. We may cause you trouble again, but we will definitely come back to stay.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to enjoy an Onsen so close to Hakata Station. Breakfast was crowded, but the staff were very helpful, and even as a first-time guest I was able to dine smoothly. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. I also stayed on June 26 with a breakfast-included Plan, but it ended up being No Meals Included; this time it was ¥4,000 cheaper than then. The Room had a separate bath and toilet. I checked in at 3:00 PM and was able to relax until 10:30 AM. Since I knew the area from my previous stay, I had breakfast at Akita Citizens’ Market and then headed to my next destination.

We stayed as three generations. We made a Reservation for three Rooms: a baby Room for our young grandchild, a Room with an open-air bath for us grandparents, and twin Rooms for our two daughters. There happened to be a fireworks festival during our stay, and we were able to enjoy an amazing display—such a wonderful memory. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was replenished quickly so nothing ran out. We love traveling and have stayed at many Hotels, but this Hotel is one I would definitely recommend. Free baby food was available, and there was also a kids’ buffet set up so small children could easily help themselves. I think it’s a Hotel where both adults and children can have a great time. During the Reservation process, I made a mistake that caused trouble for the Hotel, but they supported us in many ways and we truly appreciate it. Thank you very much. We would love to visit again.

The hotel behind Suwa Shrine was very quiet. Dinner featured delicious vegetables, and we could choose our appetizer, main course, and dessert; vegan options were available. I think it would also suit guests who have many foods they don’t like or can’t eat. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed in a detached guest room with an open-air bath, and the Facility, bath, hospitality, and meals were all excellent. The Japanese garden is also beautifully maintained—truly an outstanding Accommodation. It is well worth spending a little extra to stay here.

Welcome drinks, especially the cold sake, were a delightful touch appreciated by the host. Although the walk to the bath was a bit long, guests could choose their yukata, and the men's and women's baths alternated daily for added variety. The Room was a spacious Japanese-Western style, and dinner was served in just the right portions. After check-out, guests could relax in the lobby or garden at their leisure.

The property is very close to the station and easy to find. There are many places to eat nearby, making it very convenient and highly recommended. The Room was relatively spacious, so we could relax comfortably even with our suitcases open. Both the interior and the Facility were clean and well equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The hair dryer worked great. We were also able to borrow a hair iron at the front desk. The loungewear with Hikonyan embroidery was very cute. All of the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was a big help that they could store our luggage even after check-out. Thanks to you, we had a comfortable trip—thank you very much. Next time, we would like to book meals as well.

It was an Onsen I wanted to visit at least once in my lifetime. It was wonderful. The water quality was astonishing—my first time experiencing anything like it. I can see why people say it can even help cure cancer. The food was delicious, too. The kiritanpo was simple yet full of flavor. The meal focused mainly on vegetables, but there was such a wide variety that I was very satisfied.

I chose this Hotel for my first stay in Osaka. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of Shin-Osaka Station. They kindly lent me a charging cable I had accidentally forgotten, which was a big help. All the staff were very kind. The Room was excellent, and APA Hotels are consistently reliable and reassuring wherever you stay.

I had booked for June and was really looking forward to it, but due to flight cancellations caused by a typhoon I couldn’t make it (thank you again for your very kind and thoughtful support at that time). I’m truly glad I was able to visit this October. It’s already autumn where we live, but Okinawa still felt like summer, with cicadas singing—so we could enjoy a late summer vacation. We checked in late, but because the private pool and jacuzzi were pleasantly warm even at night, we were able to relax and enjoy both at our own pace. The morning pool was also wonderful—the landscaping was beautiful, and the scent of shell ginger was so soothing. The room had a microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, and a hot/cold water dispenser, which was very convenient. We also appreciated the drip coffee provided; it would be even nicer if there were Okinawa-style tea bags such as bitter melon tea, turmeric tea, or jasmine tea. The staff were very kind as well. When we mentioned we were going to Kaichu Road, they recommended soft-serve ice cream at the Nuchima-su factory and Kafu Banta. The two-tone blue-and-white soft serve looked beautiful and tasted great with its salty flavor—and the view there was amazing. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.
