I stayed here for one night before going to Taketomi Island. It was very convenient, close to the bus terminal, the remote island terminal, and the downtown area. The welcome drink in the lobby was a nice way to take a break from the heat outside. The Room bathroom is small, but I was able to stretch out in the large public bath and soothe my travel fatigue. I think this Hotel is recommended for those who want an active stay.

This is a Hotel I’d always wanted to stay at whenever I visited Lalaport Toyosu. I finally got the chance this time, and I was more than satisfied—the Room was even better than expected, with a great view. The amenities were well stocked, and it was nice to have complimentary mineral water in the refrigerator. The Room layout flowed well, and the bathroom area in particular was very convenient to use. The open view from the bathtub in the Room made it feel especially luxurious and was fantastic. I used the large public bath in the morning; it was clean and spacious, and perhaps by chance it wasn’t crowded, so it felt almost like having it to myself. If I have the opportunity, this is a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at again.

This was my third stay. I’ve stayed in a twin, a double, and a twin again, and this Room was my favorite. The first time was on the railway side, the second time on the opposite side, and this time it was on the city side with a view of the station and Mores. (For some reason this time, the refrigerator was as large as one for home use—it held a lot, and I was happy that the freezer compartment was also big.) It’s fun to see different scenery from the window each time. I really like the comfortably firm bed, pillows with adjustable height along with cushions, complimentary water service, and the pleasant hospitality from your Hotel staff. Thank you always. I’d love to stay again next year.

The large public bath is very relaxing and helps relieve fatigue. Whenever I visit, it eases my work-related tiredness as well, so I can stay with peace of mind.

We stayed as a group of three. It’s hard to find places where three people can stay in one Room, and even when you do, many Hotels are quite small. This was the first time we were able to relax in a spacious Room. The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner. At many Hotels and Ryokans, I’m often disappointed when I notice dust in the corners, but this place was spotless and felt genuinely caring. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was delicious—I wanted to eat it again and again. Located on Port Island away from the crowds, we also enjoyed the sea views and night scenery. Many places seem to close at night, so it may be better to have dinner on the mainland. I would like to choose this Accommodation again next time I visit Kobe.

The views are outstanding. The Onsen is spacious and includes an open-air bath; the spring water is a bit hot, so you can enjoy both. Meals are buffet-style, and the steak, soba noodles, and soft-serve ice cream were especially delicious. The Room is simple, and the bathroom area feels like a typical Business Hotel unit bath. I wanted a draft beer after the bath, but there was no such Facility in the lobby, so I bought canned beer from a vending machine. Satisfaction changes greatly depending on whether you can see the Northern Alps. I’d rate the facilities and Room as 3/5, but considering the price—about ¥30,000 on weekdays for two people with two meals—I’d give it 4/5 overall. With the Onsen and Northern Alps view, I was very satisfied. Choose a Room with a view on the 3rd floor or higher.

I traveled by train, and the walk from the station was not far, so I was able to get there without any trouble. The staff were kind after I arrived at the Hotel, and they even spoke to me at the shoe storage area, which was very helpful. They clearly explained everything about staying in the Accommodation and about meals as well, which made it easy to understand. The meals exceeded my expectations, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Very convenient, right in front of Sakurai Station. We stayed here to visit Hasedera Temple and Abe Monju-in on our way back from Osaka. We also planned to go to Horyu-ji afterward, so we used Sakurai Station, which is served by both Kintetsu and JR. The Room was more spacious than expected and very practical. The large public bath was also very clean. If I had one request, I would have liked mineral water in the Room.

We booked this place because our trip was decided at the last minute and only one Room was available. It was incredibly affordable!! After making the Reservation, we read some Reviews and felt a bit uneasy… but once we actually stayed, it was great. When we arrived near the Hotel and were wondering if this was the parking lot, a staff member ran out from inside the Hotel to guide us—what a surprise!! Their response was so quick it made us wonder how they even noticed us. We were truly impressed. The triple Room was spacious, with a large TV and even a sofa—perfect. The breakfast buffet had just the right amount and we were satisfied. If there’s too much variety, you end up overthinking and overeating, so that balance was ideal. For anyone considering staying here, we highly recommend it.

We stayed here for the first time just after New Year’s, and my spouse, our dog, and I were all very satisfied—so we came back again four months later. Everything was excellent: truly pet-first, wonderful staff hospitality, great meals, and relaxing baths. Modern stylish Accommodations are nice too, but we really love Kinugawa’s charming retro atmosphere… We’re already planning our third visit this year… We’ll be coming all the way from Izu (lol). I had business in Hokuto City, and until now I had stayed at a Hotel near Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station. This was my first time staying around Hakodate Station, and even though I’m not confident driving, the parking lot and the Hotel were easy to find since they face a main road. The Room was compact but perfectly comfortable, and having two pillows provided was a welcome touch. The breakfast buffet also offered a great variety, making this one of the Accommodations I’d like to stay at again.

This was my first stay at the AZ Hotel. This time I stayed in a Room on the 6th floor, and it was clean, with a beautiful view of the islands of the Seto Inland Sea from the window. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the mentaiko and raw egg. I would like to stay again.

It was a very clean Business Hotel where we stayed as a parent and child. My child was happy and said they would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The Room, baths, and meals were all wonderful. Both the in-room bath and the private Kashinoki-no-Yu Onsen were excellent. When I mentioned that the handle on the bath basket had come off, they responded immediately. As for the food, when I told them I have gout and can’t eat pork, they adjusted part of the meal. Every dish was delicious, and you could really tell how carefully everything was prepared. The soba was also great. All of the staff we spoke with in various situations were very pleasant, and it truly became a memorable trip. The view from the Room was amazing as well. There was a light mist over the mountains, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. It rained at night, but that actually made it even more relaxing with the sound of rain—I didn’t feel disappointed at all even though it rained. The American who traveled with me was impressed by everything and happily said they will definitely come again! I rarely write a Review no matter how much I travel, but Tsuruya was truly outstanding. If you’re considering a trip to Gunma, this is an Accommodation I would highly recommend—so I decided to write this Review. Next time, I’d love to enjoy the winter scenery along with the Onsen and meals. We will definitely visit again! Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night with a couple of friends. Since the price was low, I didn’t have high expectations, but the Room was clean as it had just been renovated. The amenities were plentiful and great. The yukata and loungewear were nice, and the bath facilities were excellent—the sauna felt a bit different in a good way, and the open-air bath was also wonderful. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes, and both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. I’d love to stay again.

To avoid Golden Week traffic on our trip from central Tokyo to the Hokuriku region, we drove to Yamanashi late at night and stayed here overnight. We booked two Rooms for our family of four, and the price was very reasonable, which really helped our budget. It’s a typical Business Hotel, but it offers standard amenities and breakfast, so there were no inconveniences during our stay. There is also a convenience store nearby, which was handy.

I stayed here for a live concert trip. The Room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax comfortably. I really appreciated having an air purifier in the Room. The pajamas were comfortable as well. The staff were kind, and I was happy that the breakfast was delicious, so if I visit Kagawa again, I would definitely like to stay here again. We stayed here because it was a short drive from the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. We could see the sea from our room, and since the Accommodation is located on the grounds of a shipbuilding company, we were able to tour the shipbuilding process from inside a bus, which was great. The room rate was also affordable and good value.

My monthly staycation is usually at a Hotel in my local Minato Mirai area, but this time I went a bit farther to Hotel Indigo Gora. I drove there alone, and the winding mountain roads in Hakone were a little tiring. I arrived before check-in and planned to relax at the footbath, but as soon as I parked in the outdoor lot in front of the Hotel, a staff member came right away and helped with my luggage. The welcome drink and Umaibo snack were a nice touch, and being able to check in comfortably while seated is one of those pleasures you expect from a Hotel of this class. When I entered my Room with the staff’s guidance, I couldn’t help saying, “Beautiful!” out loud. It’s a compact Hotel with around 100 rooms, but the Japanese-modern design—combining a raised tatami area with beds—was truly charming. I usually prefer modern Hotels, but this stay reminded me how calming and appealing Japanese-modern style can be. For dinner, I ordered à la carte at the on-site restaurant. The shrimp, scallops, and abalone in the bouillabaisse were surprisingly tender; the burrata was rich and paired perfectly with tomato and basil. The white wine went down easily. Since I don’t eat much, I also appreciated having à la carte options instead of only set courses. The bath in my Room was spacious, and I was able to fully enjoy the Onsen at leisure. The breakfast buffet also impressed me in both variety and quality—especially the green beans dressed with sesame sauce, which tasted far better than anything I could make at home. Even as someone who eats lightly (and can be picky), it was more than satisfying. The hospitality from everyone on staff was excellent, and the entire property was beautiful and comfortable. It was a wonderful Hotel that made me want to return again.
