We stayed as a family of three with our 5th-grade daughter. The Room was clean and comfortable, and we had a very relaxing stay. Both dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious, and we ate so much our stomachs hurt. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have loved a bit more variety of local specialties at breakfast, but there was more than enough food overall, so we were very satisfied. We were a little worried about the midsummer heat and the rural scenery, but we trusted everyone’s Reviews and are glad we chose this place. We enjoyed it together with visits to the Honda Collection Hall and Mobility Park, making it a fulfilling trip that felt different from usual—and we truly got to enjoy Motegi. We even saw shooting stars when looking up at the night sky, and were able to fully experience both nature and mobility. If we have another chance, we’d love to come back next time just to take our time stargazing.

The ocean-view from the room was stunning. Above all, the meals were so lavish that we left completely full. We were amazed to see nine kinds of sashimi beautifully arranged on a large platter. Every dish was delicious. The hot spring baths were spacious and included an open-air bath, sauna, cold plunge, and jet bath—absolutely satisfying. We were able to relax at a leisurely pace. Thank you very much.

Everyone at the Hotel was very kind, and the bath was relaxing. I’m quite particular about cleanliness, but everything was clean and I felt comfortable staying there! Even though it’s a Japanese-style room, it had proper blackout curtains, which was great because the kids didn’t wake up early in the morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed the full course of fugu dishes—they were absolutely delicious. We were told that you can’t see the fireworks unless you go all the way to the seaside, but after our meal we were so full we decided to watch from our Room. To our surprise, they were right in front of us, and we were completely satisfied without even going outside. As for souvenirs, we ended up with an entire lineup of canned mackerel, and we’re looking forward to savoring how good it is.

We stayed for two nights with two young children and loved it. Check-in via the machine was smooth, the room was spacious, and we could relax comfortably on the sofa. The bathroom was also very large, and the big mirror at the sink was very convenient. The staff were kind as well. We will stay here again next time we visit Disney.

The attentive service truly lived up to its reputation as a “guesthouse.” The view from the main building’s open-air bath overlooking Lake Hibara was outstanding. The open-air bath exclusively for Nekoma Rikyu guests also had a calm atmosphere and was equally wonderful. There are many thoughtful services, including a shuttle bus you can board without a reservation, complimentary drinks in the lounge, a bar where you can enjoy darts and billiards, and the Lake Hibara View Room. The corridor leading to the open-air bath was dark and felt unsafe for my elderly mother’s footing, so I mentioned it at the front desk; the next day they turned on the lights from early in the evening. The staff were kind, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely like to stay again.

A historic hot spring ryokan that blends traditional culture with modern style. Hitenkan Stay: Newly designed Japanese-Western rooms with panoramic views of the Akiu townscape. Five bathing areas: a natural riverside hot spring, a traditional hinoki cypress bath, and a modern, luxurious large public bath—each with its own unique character and an excellent soaking experience. Both the evening kaiseki dinner and the breakfast buffet are high quality. The lobby features a garden-style landscape and koi pond, and the nighttime light show is especially memorable. The on-site history museum displays artifacts you can view to learn about the ryokan’s heritage.

From the entrance, the lobby feels very luxurious. The room lighting was quite dim, and I wished it were a bit brighter. There was no in-room safe for valuables; when I asked, I was told the front desk could hold them. Honestly, I felt a little uneasy leaving my wallet and cards in the room. Each room has its own bath, so the public bath was not crowded. The milky white sulfur hot spring was wonderful. Dinner blended Japanese cuisine with French elements; it looked beautiful and tasted excellent. The recommended sake was truly delicious—when I looked it up later, I found it is rare and difficult to buy as an individual. It was a bit more expensive than what you typically get at a ryokan, but it made sense. Breakfast featured many small dishes lined up beautifully, and everything was delicious—I was very satisfied. In the lobby lounge at night, we enjoyed alcohol and snacks. Being able to choose cocktails as well as beer and wine was a big plus. In the morning, we relaxed with after-breakfast coffee. Those looking for traditional Japanese ryokan hospitality may find some aspects lacking (for example, no help carrying luggage to the car or send-off after checkout), but for anyone seeking great food and exceptional hot springs water quality, this is a very satisfying place to stay. I would love to stay here again.

We were very satisfied! The welcome roasted marshmallows— my mother really enjoyed roasting and eating them. On our morning walk, we were shown many wonderful spots around Urabandai, and we were able to spend a truly relaxing time. Of course, we also enjoyed the local cuisine. In particular, the cleanliness throughout the property was excellent. All of the staff were very pleasant as well. We would definitely like to visit again.

We were able to travel directly from Sapporo on the hotel’s bus, and our luggage was carried to our room by the staff upon arrival. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The property is so well maintained that it’s hard to believe it has been open for over 20 years, and the room was spacious. Above all, the large open-air hot spring bath with free-flowing water was outstanding. All meals were served in private dining rooms, allowing us to relax, and both the presentation and flavors were thoughtfully crafted and very satisfying. We were able to spend a truly restful time throughout the entire property. When we visit again, we’d like to check in early and fully enjoy everything this place has to offer.

I stayed with a friend, and everything was excellent—we were completely satisfied with the service, meals, and price! The Room was clean and spacious, with the bath and toilet separate. The bathtub was large, and there was even a partition door to the bedroom, making it feel just like home. Breakfast was buffet-style, and everything we ate at the stylish café was delicious. The Kawagoe Koedo Sightseeing 1-Day Pass was included as well, so we enjoyed visiting several shrines and shopping along Koedo Street. My first trip to Kawagoe became a wonderful memory. This is a Hotel I would definitely stay at again.

Whenever I travel to Kobe on business, I always stay here. As a small suggestion to make the stay even more comfortable, I noticed a little dust in the elevator and near the bottom of the guest room door, so I would appreciate it if you could check these areas during cleaning. I am very satisfied with the staff’s polite service and responses, as well as the large public bath. I always enjoy a pleasant stay here. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next business trip to Kobe. Thank you for your continued support.

This was my first time staying at Storyline, and I was extremely satisfied—the place was very clean and the location was great! I usually stay at large Hotels, so I was a little worried about the Facilities, but after staying here I had no issues at all. When making my Reservation, I shared my Room preferences, and you prepared a Room that perfectly matched my request—I was truly delighted!! Both the building and the Room were carefully cleaned and felt very fresh and spotless. Breakfast wasn’t the typical buffet style; instead, we could put whatever food and drinks we wanted into a basket and eat anywhere in the Hotel. It was my first time experiencing that, and it was so much fun! My once-a-year reward trip turned into something really special!! I’d love to stay again next year! Thank you so much!!

Although it was a No Meals Included stay, the service was pleasant and made my stay very comfortable. The Onsen was also wonderful—before I knew it, time had passed while I was soaking (sweat). I visit Kochi Prefecture about twice a year, so I’d like to stay here again next time.

The location was a little hard to find, but I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. If possible, I would have liked a wider selection of bread at the breakfast buffet.

Just a short walk from Yokohama Station, with a drugstore on the first floor and a pub and restaurant on the second—very convenient! Even so, the Room is quiet, and I loved the calm interior. Breakfast was fun at the Royal Host buffet!! I’d like to stay again for a Multiple Night Stay.

I stayed for one night. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception counter made me feel very welcome and at ease. I was able to take only the amenities I needed, which was efficient and convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection—I ended up eating more than I planned. It was close to the station, so getting around anywhere was easy. It made for a very satisfying trip. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

I’m a repeat guest and have stayed here many times whenever I visit Fukuoka. This time, our family of four booked two twin Rooms. The Accommodation Fee is very reasonable, breakfast is free, the location is right in front of the station (almost inside it), parking is free, and there’s a 24-hour supermarket next door—everything you could ask for. I highly recommend it to anyone. All staff members at reception, in the restaurant, and housekeeping were kind and welcoming. Since we were attending a baseball game and couldn’t predict our check-in time, they also accommodated us flexibly. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well. The mentaiko was a big hit with my whole family. If I could share one suggestion, having milk available next to the coffee would make it perfect. Even though there were many group guests staying at the same time, they managed breakfast buffet timing well by staggering schedules, so we had a completely stress-free stay. Thank you very much.

It was my first time back in Kanazawa in 25 years for a conference trip. The accommodation options had changed so much since then. I was torn between a traditional ryokan and the convenience of a business hotel, when I found this place and booked it because I loved the concept. It felt a bit more spacious than I expected from the layout, and I was especially impressed by how comfortably roomy the bathroom was. The subtle fragrance throughout was what pleased me most. I hope to have the chance to stay here again next time.

At the end of my three-week hotel stay, I stayed here. Your outstanding hospitality made it a wonderful memory. Next time, I hope to stay longer than just one night. I’d also love to use the spa then!
